Then the original developer got a C&D from Capcom and shut everything down, just before it was completed.
This is a modified/translated version of that demo build, implementing the end of the game following teased content, as well as various QoL changes and bugfixes.

Unfortunately I should be realistic here: There's been no progress. I've got my notes, I make sure on every PC upgrade that I've got the source code set up and everything still compiles and runs, then it just sits there. No excuses, I just keep doing other things instead of working on it. Sorry.
At this point there's not really much point continuing to make Cancelversary threads, I kept hoping I'd just pick things back up and have something to show but that never happened. Three years in a row seems to be a good cutoff, so this is the last yearly thread I'll be making, I'd just be repeating 'didn't get shit done' year after year. It was a good time while I was actually getting things done, but there's no point dragging things on.
Of course, the source code is still where it's always been, and permission from me means less than nothing. Do whatever.

canon. To start things with a funny one, what was Alice pretending to do when she put a nailed up voodoo doll in the Hakurei Shrine?

- THE FOREIGN IP BAN HAS BEEN DROPPED. A VPN/proxy is no longer required to log into the game
- All of the servers have gotten hardware upgrades.
- Mochi the fuji until exploded has received a kai ni. She requires a blueprint, 65 dev mats, and 2 New Model Armament Materials. She can equip tanks.
- Several UI changes have been made. The icons for AP shells and Type 3 shells have changed. The equipment menu now compartmentalizes equipment into their varieties.
- 2 new permanent quests have been added. 5 limited quests have also been added, one of which is monthly. Additionally the time limited quest prerequisite for "BatDiv 3 Emergency Deployment" has been dropped.
- October ranking rewards have been distributed. They are the RUR-4A Weapon Alpha +2, Prototype Jinpuu, Suisei Model 12 (634 Air Group w/ Type 3 Cluster Bombs) +3, and the 12cm Single High-angle Gun Mount + 25mm Machine Guns Additions +9.
- As of mid October 2023 The terms and conditions for the DMM games platform have changed. After 1 year of inactivity games on the platform will have the right to delete your account information if they wish to. Put simply IF YOU GO ONE YEAR WITHOUT LOGGING INTO SHIPTHIS YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO SEE YOUR SHIPS EVER AGAIN.
