shes had like 6 lines of dialogue...
Her entire thing is being skeptical of Tomoko and not understanding why shes on the good side of most of the popular kids (imae included). She doesnt have to bring a super unique personality, she just has to bring a nice dynamic, which i believe she does. Shes an 'outsider looking in' and makes for a good way to show how far Tomoko has come since the beginning, since she sees Tomoko the same way Tomoko saw herself at the beginning of the manga. Its a nice little bow to Tomokos journey, especially since her best friend is the one that kickstarted it (which i can also see being a nice dynamic since imae understands Tomoko).

Youre acting like shes going to be the next main character or something instead of another one of the series many reoccurring minor characters, and setting your expectations too high. The only actual complaints ive heard about her are "this could be yuribait so im mad", "shes an antagonist" (we dont know this), and "she appears in an arc that is too long". Just comes off as looking for reasons to shit on a character before shes even had a chance. its like shitting on Kaho or something because shes not unique enough
