I really like the jam mechanic and all that shit but I fucking despise weapon degradation in games. Even if I did play with the degradation mechanic and jam for one and a half zealot runs. it's just too much of a nuisance.

I played with the full mechanics on figuring I would change it eventually if it impeded my enjoyment.
It never did except for that one time I was forced to keep using a gun at 14% durability and it jammed three times in a row ultimately killing me.Does anything change if you don't talk to angels before bosses?
I tried it with the last one, but because of what happens afterwards, I have no idea if it did anything.
