Beth Lilith Oghma Plague is a decent enough mono dark melee comp. Beth is so tanky she should get you through most shit.
Some 2 star heroes can be ascended to a higher tier after you max limit break (MLB) them. So far only Craig, Karina, and maybe Elvira is worth it.
Tetis might not be worth burning your stamina on at this point. But if you want to tackle it, OP has a video guide.
Range characters tend to do well in guild raids. I don't play the PVP or co-op expedition modes so can't help you there. Just focus on building one element at a time. Refer to the CN and KR guild raid character metas in the thread for an idea of who to pull/build.

Ascend Karina (or just use Eunha for now) and go through as much story as you can with that team. Main story stages in season 2 force you to use Knight anyway though.
Once you can get characters to level 100, you can get carried in coop for more rewards/resources. After that, it's just about gradually building for other modes like colo.Thanks, anons. There’s a ton to do in this game, but I’ll take it slow and have fun.

So you are at world 11, the last world of season 1. I suggest you refresh yourself on w10 and 100% it before doing w11, there is a lot of backstory there that also carries over into w11.
And also make sure you 3* every stage and do the side stages of w11 before going to the next story stage, there are some missable things in w11 that affect some of its ending.
~~You will get to see Lana late into w11 for what is legit one of the best story moments of the game. It even got voice acting, though after I played it~~A new or returning player will have no clue what to do or what to focus on for progression.

I left due to incompetence and laziness from the devs. I don't care about collabs, so if the game hasn't progressed significantly since about 8 months ago, I won't bother returning.
