Depends on who you want to focus on. I have a ton of GT and MH characters so I lock myself in there. My Navia uses 4GT instead of her signature because I don't want to spend the resources on a set just for her and get some useless Song of Days Past artys.

Are you a newer player? Just spend a week's worth of resin on each character you want to build and call it a day. The worse your artifacts are the easier it is to find upgrades and vice versa so it's easy to get started with a serviceable build.
If your character isn't level 81/90 and skills 8/8 don't even bother with artifacts before doing that shit.>>1779665

I've been playing since 1.0 so I already have dozens of generalist artifact sets lying around. For example, my Navia used 2pc + 2pc atk% sets for the longest time until I had the patience to farm her BiS set. At some point you'll have enough unused pieces that you can make every character playable without breaking a sweat. After farming talents and stuff I move on to artifact farming. Usually getting into top 5~10% of the akasha is enough for me.>>1779752

Think I'll farm leylines for the mora and work through leveling all my "maybe" artifacts until the next onslaught. Probably shouldn't have let them pile up so much anyway.

No, I'm not a new player. I think I'm just getting bored with that domain (codex/scroll since I have a bunch of Natlan units and it's not in the strongbox) and the Akasha rankings got into my head. My fault for looking them up and being a prideful little shit to begin with (apparently the character I'm most inclined to spoil, and uses codex, is barely top 40% and all the roll values are mid... and I've been farming it daily since Januaryish).

I'm not the most focused when it comes to strong boxing for the rest of my roster either... so a lot of those builds still need a lot of work (sometimes with basic shit like proper main stats and sufficient ER). Speaking of, you can get Navia's signature set that way now if you were so inclined.
