Also the level of the AI depends on the strategy you go for an what stage of the game you're in. If you make archers and park some at its woodline, some at its gold etc, its super easy to beat the extreme AI. But if you let it boom it can probably play at 1200-1400 elo in the late game.

Anyway get the Immortal AI, its way better. Plays more like a human. I'd say it plays around the 1200-1300 elo level.>>2055347

I think a lot of people playing today are boomers that aren't really used to playing ranked or multiplayer games. I don't feel like I'm even really that good at the game and well above average elo.
