You can do it in deep meditation. You have to imagine you are where you were 10 years ago, except you remember all you've learned and experienced in the past 10 years, and you will wake up there. But you have to imagine with all your senses, imagine the lighting, the mood, the energy, the smells, the texture of your clothes, the taste of the air, your emotions, you old body, etc. And you have to have the will, belief and desire. Also you can't be nervous or scared, and you have to detach from the current day completely.

Maybe practice having Out of Body Experiences and Remote Viewing, and Shifting, those skills will help with time travel.>>39484562

I highly doubt it'll be that hard, the younger body will adapt and receive a boost.
what a better way to look into it than enlightenment? your younger self will be enlightened into getting the info from the future if not taking over fully.
