If you already have, please wait a bit for the Patreon bot to admit you into the server automatically. If it doesn't, go to Patreon on desktop browser, select membership > quick links, and you should find the link to the discord! If you can't find it, pop me a message or reply below, and I'll sort you out a link ASAP, but PLEASE KEEP IN MIND I'm in the UK timezone and might not get back to you right away because I'm asleep
