What your watching is an obscure PC edutainment game released in 1991 by F.N.P Entertainment. At the time the company and the restaurant "Felix 'N' Pal's" were bleeding money and needed a game so they partnered with BrightPath Software to program a quick game for Felix 'N' Pal's called "Felix's Spelling Bee" which is what your watching right now. While it's not known exactly where the game was sold it was likely given away at the prize area in the restaurant. The game is a little buggy since it was only programmed in two months yet it remains a highly sought after collectors item.
