A boy named [Redlo] finds himself wishing that there where more pumpkins for Halloween so he puts his hands together and wishes upon a star. Out of nowhere, vines start growing and pumpkins start showing! But what is this? This pumpkin is way bigger than the others and it started to glow. The boy is amazed and can't believe his eyes, but he isn't afraid and wants to stick around to see what else will happen. To his surprised the glow became more concentrated on the stem of the giant pumpkin and just like magic a girl emerged. Who could this be? Redlo walked towards her to help her down. This is [Kissty] a girl who mysteriously appears and disappears in random places. She is confused most of the time and will take whatever help she can received. It looks like she has no parents and has been lost for a long time. That alone is reason enough to be afraid but she has one more thing to worry about. She is being followed by a witch and today is no exception. Thinking that she was safe, a peaceful moment to gaze at the moon took a dark turn. The giant pumpkin exploded, the shook wave throwing the kids far away from each other and the witch exposes herself as the fog fades. The children run away from the witch as fast as they can but she keeps shooting green magic at them. Luckily she misses them but one shot in particular got very close. Redlo and Kissty went flying from the impact and started to free fall from a maintain. Against the wind's gust they are able to reach for each other's hand to fall together. As they look into each other's eyes, Kissty sees fear in his eyes. Redlo doesn't understand how she is being so calm and right before his eyes this girl simply vanishes leaving him to fall alone. His confused state makes him forget how scared he was but that didn't last long as he looked down he was able to see a lot of very sharp brambles. Embracing for the impact Redlo closes his eyes. Without his knowledge, a small flower grows larger and larger. The flower is able to soften his fall, and he is completely unharmed. The boy looks around and then up to the sky, up the mountain where he fell from. He sees the witch staring back at him but after lightning strikes she leaves as he is not the one she is after.

I really love making animated shorts like these and this one gives me hope that if I really put my mind to it, I could animate a little animated short every month. I don't think I will anytime soon but maybe? Right now my priority is with my passion project, I still feel like I need to make up for the huge gap between episode 1 and 2. I like celebrating when something like this happens by doing a celebratory drawings but since this is an animation that got this opportunity, should I make a celebratory animation instead of a simple drawing? It may be a while but hopefully I can make something nice!
