Vi gets a run-down on her top priority target... She gets a bit too eager to start.

There's a bit of a style shift between Ep 2 and this one. I've started using thinner lines to further emulate the feeling of a mid-90's toon. We see a bit more history of Reaper and Reina and most importantly... The Reaper's Scythe. Also, Vi's in another cute outfit.
