If you want, please give this project constructive criticism, as this is my first movie. I don't own the sprites or sounds in this movie. I however created the movie in Scratch. This is a parody, and is therefore fair use and not copyright infringement. Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use. This movie comments/make references to how the game usually goes, and puts the characters in absurd situations. It also parodies and pays tribute to Super Mario Bros. Z and other sprite animations. Now, this movie is bit out of context, but I might post the prequel soon. I made this in Scratch and converted it to HTML. Most of the sounds and sprites are credited to Nintendo. Once again, I don't own anything in this movie, but I did animate the sprites. This movie has no copyrighted music and uses music from the royalty-free Incompetech website.
