In this animated OVA, Quetzaly hosts the FIFA World Cup in Mexico, supporting the Japanese national team's waifu, Sayaka. However, in the World Cup draw, South Korea will be their opponent once again, just as they were in the 2018 World Cup. This brings back bad memories of when the Korean waifus helped Mexico qualify for the next round by defeating Germany 2-0.

But the Korean waifus couldn't qualify because the Mexicans were too confident and didn't take the Swedish team seriously. The Mexican team let the Koreans down T_T

Fate has brought them face to face once again. Let's see how this tale of betrayal unfolds.
