First of all, if you don't get the joke, this is supposed to be a trailer for a film that doesn't exist. YOU CAN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE! Although, that wasn't always the case..

DIRECTOR'S NOTES:

• Originally this started off as another dark holiday themed short in the vein of Christmas Hangover, only this time it was going to have a much sillier plot and be a lot more self aware. The original story was that a leprechaun named Lennie was going to a factory made up of object show esque clovers to get revenge on the owner for stealing all of his gold.

• However, once the 14th of March rolled around and I realised that I only had a minute and a half of usable footage out of the 5 minutes that I had created in the animatic, I decided that I didn't want to go through the same long and drawn-out process that I took on Christmas Hangover (a shame too, I had some fun action scenes planned out).

• Instead, I decided to take all the footage I had and create a parody of movie trailers by making my own fake trailer from it. Whether the trailer's one-trick-pony of a joke lands for you or not is up for you to decide, but I thought that it was pretty okay.

• To make a long story short, that's how you save a potential disaster of a production by turning it into a big joke!

Special thanks to my good friend Dan Warner for providing the trailer's narration. His voice isn't actually that deep, I just lowered the pitch in Audacity in 5 minutes.
