For context, she used to be a spoiled and evil princess back in her world, however her people and her brother had enough and banished her from her world with magic. Here on earth she spent some time in the streets until he decided to take her in and now has to deal with her.

The context for that scene where she says "Just like old times". Basically back in her world everyone was head over heels for her body and beauty and asked her out all the time, however she was rejecting people left and right solely because breaking their hearts amused her.
