This submission was done in a month for the Toons-2-Tunes collab, where the basis was to make a 8 second long animation that followed the bassline heard in this video

This entire animation is based on a game I made, Ally's New Life, that you can play here on Newgrounds or download for Windows, the latter having an exclusive Profile feature that changes the game in minor but potentially neat ways.

Now, enough self promo, here is some background on the animation lol

Originally, I was gonna make it more of a stickman style as I was inspired to join through midnightsausage's previous Sketch Collabs and thought that would be easier.

But that ended up being the first draft of animation to plan out what I needed, this becoming the draft for the animation instead

This animation cut a lot of corners so I could get it done quickly, one thing was using the fast pace to abuse smear frames. Try pausing the animation to see how ugly they can be

Ally having a satchel is not a permanent design change, at least not in the final game, and is moreso a way to have her toss items without going into a weird flesh pocket or something lol

The items are also mixed up from the actual game, as throwing an actual bottle of oil into the pot might be a bad idea though you can see it in the background, so liberties were taken with the second portion of the game's item being thrown in instead

The background art was originally gonna be more detailed, resembling the idea of how Marrows' room looks like in the final game, but I decided to stay loyal to the Newgrounds/It's Your Lucky Day version as it was easier to do and not get too caught up in taking forever with this animation
