I rode on the LIRR M3 train and was blown away by the fact the sign glowed in the dark.

I animated my character Alice Contreras riding the train and the demons that haunt her appearing as the lights go out on the train.

Lore Drop: Alice Contreras is a 16-year-old who is haunted daily. After her mother died, life had been a struggle. Her dad tries her best to keep things a float, but they never acknowledge how they feel. The suppressed emotions and struggles eventually manifested into an aura only visible to demons. Mare saw this aura during a walk in a park, catching her interest. Mare's abilities plague her victim with nightmares. Yet, Alice is a 16-year-old who stays up playing video games and watching reels until the sun shines. Alice has yet to see Mare physically as Mare hides herself from the public eye. After not sleeping for 5 days, Alice caught a glimpse of Mare. There was always a creepy feeling around Alice, but she was never able to put her finger on why she felt that way. Mare usually ends her victims after being seen, but Mare had spent many weeks with Alice. She couldn't do it. Eventually, the two of them begin to discuss once Mare revealed herself.
