This is from the memory banks of a machine buried at the Ecto graveyard. Unfortunately his optics were heavily damaged in the memory so the visuals are out of focus. I looped the only usable visuals I could find. From what I gathered this was some prisoner locked in a room with this machine known as Roger. Where the location is, I'm not sure yet. But, it's clear he's behind the attacks that wiped the 5 cities. I wonder who else this Roger is working with? I will continue my investigation alone. I don't trust the government to help. Perhaps in time you all will help.
