Hi, I know that the critique can be demanding and I thank you for that. I had some problems with the audio at the beginning, so I'm putting the text here for you.

Pyno: Hi everyone, my name is Pyno and my friend here is call Samuel

Samuel: Hi Guys

Pyno: Today we're going to make a cheese pizza

Samuel: for the ingredients we need...

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 220°C

Step 2

Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Step 3

Spread the fresh cream on the dough or if you don't have any, use cheese

Step 4

Spread mozzarella over the entire surface of the pizza or add the grated emmental afterwards, crumble the gorgonzola and finish with the parmesan for the gratin, drizzle it with olive oid and pepper

Put the pizza in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted
