Record Notes:
This videotape obtained from Ashton Library was considered high interest and archived.
What could be recovered from the tape has been manually edited and recompiled.
The tape contains footage of multiple persons who we have been unable to identify.
The footage appears to have been constructed as an audiovisual work, notably evidenced by
the "Epilogue" transition and music. One hypothesis is that the tape's original purpose may
have been artistic or persuasive, but the absence of dialogue, signs and context makes
drawing conclusions difficult. Another hypothesis notes similarities between persons
observed in this footage and in the footage for archive #001, which suggests a potential
link between locations. Current hypotheses remain unresolved due to record quality and
missing context. Noted: The end of the footage displays a Windows-based recording UI. This
was not added in post, suggesting the tape was a rerecording.
