Played FF9 a while back and really fell in love with Zidane and Dagger's dynamic.

I was really surprised by how much they won me over by FF9's 3rd act. There's something really endearing about Dagger's determination to stand on her own two feet, and how ZIdane's own admiration of her evolves into something more real vs. the playboy attitude he holds earlier.

Had a lot of fun trying to come with a more economic pipeline for the body animation so i wasn't redrawing everything constantly. I think I've figured out better methods since this one, but I still really like the results.

Anyways, this title/animation is a spin on the song 'unrequited love', which plays during some of their more romantic scenes. By the end of the game they really do love eac-hother. Daaw.
