Both my entry for OGCA 2026, about Redemption: Fall of The Star King, and also the overview of the whole series to come.

Fall of The Star King is a turned based RPG mixed with Platforming-Combat, with an explorable overworld, Hammers, Guns, Magic, different characters, and about 37 different colors that somehow end up looking like 48.

It's an adventure that involves you, but also everyone else. As the Oracle, you will guide the different characters through their lives as the end of the world slowly approaches. You will run, jump, fight, hit people with hammers, pipes, fists, and lever action shotguns. But if you try your hardest, you might be able to find a future where the end isn't everything!

Despite everything, I managed to finish this. I don't think I've ever put more effort into anything I've done in my entire life so far. This is also probably the happiest I've been working on something in such a long time, it really is like a dream come true! If you read even one of my many news updates within the past 2 months, you'd know this has entirely taken up every ounce and second of my energy and free time since the deadline crept up on me while I was working on 0-5. But God, I'm so happy I could finish this! It's absolutely a little short, and I should've leaned MUCH harder into more gameplay, but I'm happy that it's even out. I didn't know if I could do it in time. This was the last possible day where I was free that I could work on it, and it's 5:12 AM as I'm writing this. I did it and god I'm happy for it!

I really feel like this is so much more than a hypothetical game trailer, even if that is all it is for now. You will see everything here play out eventually, no matter how long it takes. We may only be on 0-5 after 2 years now, but with time, we could see more of everything here take place, you just have to stick around. Thank you so much for watching or even just reading this, and if you really do want to believe this can be more than a trailer, stay and watch the rest come out month by month! It will be an animation long before it will be a game, but eventually, you will be able to play this someday, I promise. Thank you. I'm going to sleep now.
