90 years after the exploits of Time Log & Time Loog and the numerous universes their time traveling adventures, rifts in the space-time continuum have begun to pop up and the universes have begun to blend together into one horrifically disfigured universe. Pee Dog, after years of extensive physical and psychological training under his guru Time Loog, has brought it upon himself to fix the rifts and save space and time from ultimately collapsing upon itself.

Due to a freak accident during his test travels, Pee Dog has ended up trapped in the dirty south during the civil rights movement. To make things worse the KKK has stolen his time traveling mechanism. Now Pee Dog must rely on the help of some vicious black panthers and fight back against the KKK to get his machine back at all costs, even if it means using his dangerous, untested PEE DOG URINE GEYSER power on an innocent.
