This was originally uploaded on Youtube in 2018. The Scarlet Derby is a steampunk superhero, who often hops onto the radio because he considers himself a major role model. By answering yet another email from C. Davis, The Scarlet Derby gives some workout tips. I was attempting a parody of the 90's spoken word track, "everybody's free to wear sunscreen." Not only was this one of the first shorts to be made in Adobe Character Animator, I also dipped it in black and white and played the drums for the backing track. I will be uploading stuff in continuity for the next few days until I get to the latest installments, which are actually action/adventure oriented.
