Summary

High school student Jake wants a day off from school and he's developed an incredibly sophisticated plan to pull it off. He talks his friend into taking his father's prized Ferrari and with his girlfriend head into Chicago for the day. While they are taking in what the city has to offer school principal is convinced that Jake is, not for the first time, playing hooky for the day and is hell bent to catch him out. Jake has anticipated that, much to the principal's chagrin.

Meanwhile, The Tender Toadies rob motels and gas trucks. Younger kids watch and learn well...too well. Tom Flup has prospered very well and owns the city. He causes violence and fear as he wipes out rival gangs without mercy. His best friend Dadinho is the only one to keep him on the good side of sanity. GreatAnimatorOnizuka has watched these two gain power for years, and he wants no part of it. He keeps getting swept up in PICONJO m00vies when he uncovers secret code hidden in the frames of animations that lead to a great treasure. Things are out of control when the last two remaining gangs team up to beat him to the treasure of the Lost City of P.

Bo is a 14-year-old middle school girl who lives in Tokyo. She is a bookworm and aspires to become a writer. While looking for historic books about PICONJO in the library, she finds out that someone just previously checked out all the books she is looking for. Over the next few days, she meets a boy who always annoys and teases her. One day, she finds a dog in a wheelchair riding a train and follows it only to discover an antique shop run by an older man by name of Legendary Joey. She sees a p3n0r statuette, and the owner tells her its name is Baron Humbert von Jerkoffman, though he says his wife has taken to calling it “teh Humungus.”

Bo finds the shop fascinating and asks the owner if she could visit again, to which he agrees. When she goes back there, she again encounters the same boy who always teases her. His name is t0mmy, the same boy who took those books from the library and she becomes friends with him. The story proceeds as Bo starts writing a fantasy novel with teh Humungus as her inspiration. t0mmy aspires to become a violin crafter and also loves playing it. However, in the middle of two teenagers aspiring to make their dreams come true, they have a run in with Tom Flup's gang members in a street fight with GreatAnimatorOnizuka. The three fight them off and GAO invites the two to accompany him and Jake to find the Lost City of P.

The party of adventurers eventually reach what they believe to be the Lost City of P, but not all is as it seems as they delve into a dark labyrinth microcosm ruled by SickDeathFiend who explains each of their lives were intertwined for a specific reason integral to the enlightenment of man. He presents them with one last puzzle to solve, a mysterious cube that can lead to eternal damnation or elevate them to a climactic heavenly ecstasy... or both?

At this time Tom Flup has finally discovered the ultimate weapon, the Toady Gear. With the powers of the world tipping towards darkness, there is only one man that can be summoned from the heavenly realm to battle the most mighty of foes birthed from the darkest terrors of the deep bleakness.

That man is PICONJO.

But will the fellowship prevail, or will Tom Flup usher in a world of bad Flash m00vies and make everyone sux his tiny penor for eternity?
