Decades ago, an unnamed regime rose from the ashes of global collapse. Their symbol: the “Ascendancy.” Their goal: absolute order through manipulation, suppression, and synthetic obedience. They rewrote history, erased cultures, and reprogrammed the minds of millions using a broadcast system known only as The Signal—a frequency that reaches into thoughts, bending free will like metal in fire.

But when one of the regime’s own experiments went dark—a facility known as Site-09—the world changed forever.

Inside Site-09, a covert neural warfare initiative called Echo Protocol was launched. Designed to engineer perfect soldiers immune to The Signal, Echo Protocol sought to break the loop of control. But something inside the experiment broke containment—something not fully human, something with memory fragments of every soldier who died within the walls.

The regime tried to bury Site-09. They failed.
