A lil' cartoon we made for Pico Day. Enjoy!

Pico Joins the Army

I made this flash for Pico Day 2014, happy birthday Tom!

Pico's Cat Fight

When girls need their gender to be known. They aren't a true gamer.

Hey everyone, This is one of our more circulated videos from our YouTube. Its quite old, and we've improved a lot since this flash. BUT critique is still welcomed! This video was made in response to the female gamers out there, that online think games are Eharmony. Fishing for complements on their super sexy voices. When you feel its necessary to define your gender without being asked, reconsider purchasing your next game. Watch on YouTube: <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=44AmqL5tWCM&amp;list=UU5Byb3kyBo6lVmUw8jWi5aA&amp;index=4" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=44AmqL5tWCM&amp;list=UU5Byb3kyBo6lVmUw8jWi5aA&amp;index=4</a>

Girl Gamer

The Awesome series was my introduction to Newgrounds, just a few years back. The notion of combining my childhood games, swearing, and the universally frustrating, hilarious, and bizarre moments in gaming ... grabbed the nuts of my imagination and didn't let go. A year later, I'd join Newgrounds and submit my first flash. After almost 2 years on Newgrounds, I thought it was time I paid tribute to the AwesomeRaptor. Thanks for sharing and ultimately inspiring us, Arin. Happy Awesome Pico day. [ps. there's a 'menu' button in the bottom corner if you wanna skip around]

The next installment in the musical adventure... not!

An exclusive preview to the 4th installment to the Patapon series for PSP. Featuring all new game modes along with readapted minigames such as Bon Bon Lumberjack and Mine the Baby Mountain. Customize your armies with a wider variety of classes and weapons between ancient melee swords, arrows and spears to modern assault rifles and heavy machinery. (Okay seriously, it's a parody, if you haven't caught on to that yet.) Long overdue for the original due date I had set, or as a good April Fools prank. Nonetheless, after much fooling around and debugging, my dramatic comedic parody can finally go live! May have taken a little over 5 months, but it was well worth the fine tweaking to create such a fine product. A High Definition version of this video is now available on YouTube at the following link: <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ShSmedgMQf0" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ShSmedgMQf0</a> Thanks everyone for their insightful reviews and criticisms, as well as the 1st Daily Prize. This is the first parody cartoon I did of something I liked, every cartoon parody I made before this one were on things I wasn't a big fan of. (Possibly why some of them weren't that great)

Patapon 4: Modern Warfare

Pico's grown up and finding out that life sucks.

Scene one of a longer toon I originally planned to do the whole thing, but there just wasn't time. So I figured I'd at least get scene one out rather than miss out on Pico day completely. So please take it for what it is. Thought I'd try something a bit different from my usual and try some new things. Ended up learning a lot, even if getting it all done in the time frame took a LOT out of me. Massive thanks to all the voice actors, who got jumped up and gave such sweet performances on mega short notice! Stay tuned for the proper movie! And happy Pico Day everyone! Negrounds 4eva, baby

Construction Men (Scene1)

Three mysterious villains are wreaking havoc! What could have brought them together?

Sup newgrounds, Here is a Pico Day flash by myself, Hulalaoo, and Afro-Ninja. Hulalaoo and I animated the flash and Afro-Ninja did the menus and programming. Happy Pico Day!

Pico's Unwrapping!

A short comissioned piece i did for Tomska of Cakebomb.co.uk I wanted to try a different animation style this time around and i think it worked out quite well. Also was my first proper time animating to sound instead of vice versa, that'll take time to get used to. *Edit* Cheers for the front page Newgrounds~

Cooking (bocodamondo)

"Snake?" "Otacon!" "Snake!" "...what...?"

***Hey thanks for the Front Page Newgrounds!
I didn't expect this to be liked that much since its a sprite movie,
Im glad you liked our voice acting so much! **For whatever reason, the preloader doesn't seem to show up,
bear with it, it should load quickly *You can use the TUNE arrows to skip codecs and go back -Id be glad to voice act for anyone's flashes, just send me an email, a pm, something-
-Alex would be too, but unfortunately he doesnt have his own computer or mic xD,
but if you want us both to play as Snake and Otacon in a flash, we can do that- If you don't like "sprite" movies, don't watch
If you don't like things that focus mostly on the writing/audio, don't watch This was a small flash I made with my friend Alex,
it's not so much a flash persay then like a radio show The "animation" is obviously designed to be portraying the codec
calls of Metal Gear Solid There's 10 codec calls, and 1 hidden blooper that youll never find,
its not even that great xD ANYWAYS, so if you were hoping for hand-drawn stuff or something,
too bad Lighten up, itll at the very least kill some time

Metal Gear: Codec moments

Pico is thrown into a ride around the Portal

Hello everyone! Welcome to Pico's Portal Party! This collab's theme centers around an idea I had on the very first PicoDay back in 2006 when I wanted to see Pico appear in as many genres and styles as Newgrounds had to offer. To take on such a task, I had to acquire the very best! Even though we couldn't of possibly made a flash for every genre and style on NG into one collab, I'd like to thank Nogfish, Zombie-Pimp, LeafWorthy, and De-Line for helping make that idea come closer to becoming reality. Happy PicoDay everyone! Happy Birthday Tom! And Enjoy! -Flecko- Also, the song for LeafWorthy's submission is World Town by MIA. So there's no reason to send us any more messages :D

Pico's Portal Party

A story about Chainsaw the Children's son's life. Happy Pico Day!

February 1st, the day that the Shape 'n Shape Collab was submitted for a second time. I can't say I was happy with the outcome at first, but you know what, collabs are about working with others and having fun. That one was short, but I couldn't stay mad at anybody. We also got some great feedback. Even Mindchamber wants us dead. Hehehe... Well, here we are on good old Pico Day. I decided to make something this year, and still can't beleive I made a three minute movie in 12 days. BUT, I have spent at least a good 50 hours working on this. Nonetheless, I handled this movie with care and really love the outcome. I hope you will too to some extent. If you have any problems watching the movie, please tell me. This is a small story of events in the life of Chainsaw the Children's (Dad) son's life. I think it's pretty enjoyable. A simple comedy, but I have to warn you, the art is pretty shitty. Enjoy. MEDIUM QUALITY HIGHLY RECCOMENDED Edit 1: Finally! I got the Flash Ads working. Some minor trouble there, never used it before. That dickhead JohhnyUtah told me that I didn't have to add that 4-digit code. Specs
Runtime: Three minutes, two seconds (not counting credits)
24FPS
5348 total frames
Flash Ads online and working Edit 2: It got in the collection? Alright. I know that most non-spam submission for hte occasion will get in anyway, but now plenty of people will be seeing this movie. Awesome.

Dad 'n Me: Beginnings

Happy pico day everybody!
I woke up this morning and..."OMG!IT´S PICO DAY!I MUST MAKE AN ANIMATION,QUICK!"
then I made "nene´s gift",(in about 1 hour)I´m sorry because it´s short and bad animated...but well...
It´s PICO DAY! ^w^

Nene's gift

There are certain things you just don't want to steal from Nene.

Nene enjoys a cup of hot noodles when somebody bursts into her room... I've been working extremely hard on this movie, and after two months, it's finally done and I sure hope you enjoy my hard work. And HAPPY PICO DAY EVERYBODY. It's Tom's birthday too! EDIT: The replay button now works.

Nene's Noodles

HEY GUYS. I don't know how to describe this. All I'll say is that it's a Pico animation without fighting.
Special thanks to Lu-bear for watching it and dealing with me. HAVE FUN TIMES.

Pico 09

Uh Oh! Dads son got kidnapped can Dad save him? Of course.

Fatherly Bonds

Darnell and Friends go on a WACKKKY ADVENTURE!!!

It's been a while since I submitted a proper cartoon. This took me quite some time to complete. Hope you enjoy. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TOM!
and
HAPPY PICO DAY TO EVERYONE ELSE!

Run, Darnell, Run!

Pico, Darnel and Nene have a discussion about racial tolerance.

I just pulled this out of my ass yesterday. I thought mixing these two Newgrounds things would satisfy my sacrificial offering to the ceremonial ritual of the Tom's birth. bless me Tom, for I have sinned. -HVH CREDITS: voices/animation: Hans Van Harken preloader music: Pico Theme

Pico Gets In Shape

Vlad's castle is invaded by a loud-mouthed building inspector. With SA2's David Humphrey!

Press Start Adventures - "Up to Code" Vlad's castle is invaded by a loud-mouthed building inspector. Featuring the voices of David Humphrey (SONIC ADVENTURE 2 &amp; SONIC HEROES) and Arin "Egoraptor" Hanson! "Press Start Adventures" is a monthly animated series that follows the live-action videogame parody movie "Press Start", available on DVD at <a href="http://www.PressStartMovie.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">www.PressStartMovie.com</a>. Some folks have asked why these episodes are a little shorter than the earlier Press Start cartoons. They were originally intended for mobile devices and needed to be under 3 minutes -- ideally around 2. We've got a batch of toons already in production, but we'll revisit the length after those. Thanks for your support!

Press Start: Up to Code

A short message from the Captain about Pico Day

I was enjoying pico day too much to not do ANYTHING.... so i stayed up really late animating and rendering this one for you... hope you like it! oh and for informative purposes, this is my first ever movie completely rendered in 3D so the animation is pretty sticky because i'm a noob... forgive it plz :) somebody give this guy a hug, he needs it... HAPPY PICO DAY!!

a PICO DAY message

Heroes of NG assemble! These cats must be stopped!

Sup NG, here's my third annual Pico day flash. This year, The heroes of Newgrounds are on a mission to stop some trouble-making cats. I was very tight on time with this one, so to get it done I got some help from fellow Newgrounders Afro-Ninja and Eronn. Thanks guys, I couldn't have done this without you. This flash is graphic intensive, so medium or low quality is highly recomended I would also like to apologize to Tom Fulp for not drawing him with a beard. I started working on this before I realized you were growing a beard, and it would have taken too long to go back and add the beard. I'm very sorry.

House of 1000 Cats

Steves been nabbed in enemy territory and it's up to Captain and his crew to save his ass.

...:TANKMEN INFINITY:... This is our Pico-Day 2008 Submission.
We take off where JohnnyUtah's last submission left us. Steve's been nabbed in enemy territory and it's up to Captain and his crew to save his ass. All the regular Tankmen are back along with a few new, sexy additions. Oh yeah. After we had a basic script, I had little over a month to animate this. It was hell getting it out by the deadline, neglecting exams and responsibilities. I've been saving up to get a monitor-tablet, so if somehow this does win any place in this year's top 10 submissions, the money will go toward getting that, so I can animate better and faster. And I talked to Tom about having a unique preloader, he said it was fine. I thought it would be good to have some variation among the competitors. Happy Bday Tom! Enjoy!

Tankmen Infinity

Just a short one to say, Happy Pico Day!

Dad N' Me: Ginger Bully

Pico relieves himself on a seemingly normal day at school.

Everything seems normal enough, so Pico decides there's no better time to settle down in the best stall at the school and take a nice, long, shit.

Pico Takes A Shit

So, like, Dad took a walk in the woods... you'll never guess what happened!

I really can't believe I won something... man. It's so surreal to me. I'm going to try not gushing or anything, but I just want to seriously thank everyone. This really means a lot to me. Thanks so much
-----
Hey guys, here it is, my Pico Day movie. Lot of sweat and tears went in to this one, like everything though, I had a blast making it. There's a few references in this, both Newgrounds and others, I'll be curious if anyone can figure them all out, some are harder than others. Special Thanks to:
NegativeOne
Coaly
The Swain
Luis
Tomamoto
Wes Anyways Happy Pico Day, and Happy Birthday Tom!

Purple Sawdust

An interactive movie. You decide where you want a fight between Pico and Darnell to go.

ATTENTION!!!!!!! WHILE WATCHING RYANS PART WHERE IT ENdS WITH PICO HOLDING A LITTLE GIRL, MANY PEOPLE THINK THTA WHEN YOU CLICK DARNELL IT TAKES YOU TO THE MAIN MENU. I MADE THE MISTAKE OF PUTTING THE MAIN MENU BUTTON OVER THE DARNELL HITS BUTTON, I CAN'T FIX IT NOW FOR LONG REASONS BUT JUST BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU HIT THE DARNELL BUTTON, IT STILL WORKS. My second pico day submission. Pico fights are the generic thing to do on pico day. I wanted to do that but give it a twist. I decided to do a collab, give it some sort of continuity, but then the idea of making it interactive came to mind. where the viewer chooses where to take it. I admit there are some continuity flaws. But over all it's a first of it's kind. maybe this will spawn more similar idea collabs that will all together be more polished ideas of this concept. As for the collab itself, i am really happy with the result, personally. I think that it consists of a good variety of styles and approaches to a pico fight. I think the videos produced by the artists are very fresh and interesting to watch over and over. I seriously cannot pick a favorite. Each is literally fantastic in it's own way. For that i thank the artists who joined up to make this project what it is. As for Thanks, there is also a good handful of people i'd like to thank. To start off I'd like to thank MaestroRage who produced some great musical pieces. Unfortunately time grew short, and couldn't finish up some great music he had in store. Secondly, Christian B. Christiansen, cause i thought of this collab with him and he stuck to making the intro and his part through whatever circumstances. Thirdly, the Swain, who jumped in yesterday to help how he could through some technical difficulties the project was going through. Fourthly, Corey Griffin (Atomic-Noodle) who i know is great at making menus and displays from making my site and was open to designing some kick ass menu work for this collab. I suck at making menus. And lastly, (but definitely not least) Keith, who successfully fixed all the faulty programming at the last minute and saved this project. Thanks Keith, I owe you a bunch of drinks at the London Meet in August :) AS FOR TECHNICAL STUFF, DON'T FORGET THAT THIS IS AN INTERACTIVE MOVIE AND MAKE SURE YOU GET TO WATCH ALL THE POSSIBILITIES. JUST SO YOU KNOW THERE ARE 4 POSSIBLE ENDINGS. I hope you enjoy... Happy Pico Day everyone, and Happy birthday Tom. -HVH

The Press & Punch Collab

Pico Day 2008 Entry! EDIT: WOW! I can't believe this was so well received! I honestly thought that everyone was going to be like YOU SUCK JEINU SIT DOWN NO ONE LIKES YOU AND AGNRY FAIC IS STUPID RAAAAHH but i guess not. A late thanks for the frontpage, reviews, and favorites. This really makes my day : )==================== ORIGINAL MESSAGE ====================I know it's early, but I'm going out of the country tomorrow, so I had to submit it today :) Visit Winterwind's myspace page!<a href="http://www.myspace.com/tibetanresonance" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">www.myspace.com/tibetanresonance</a> So here is something I've put all my time and energy into the last 2 months. It's my first solo flash animation, as well as my first full "music video" as well as my first ever frame-by-frame animation to date, so, PLEASE for the love of all that is good, keep this in mind when voting and critiquing. There are TONS of continuity mistakes, so do your best to ignore those, as I'm fully aware of them, but didn't have the time to go back and change them. Thank you very much, and enjoy! Some fun facts:18 fps600 x 3002827 frames431 symbols2 file crashes3 all-nighters??? caffeine consumed The funny thing is, I still haven't quite learned to draw Pico's hair correctly.

Operation: Warehouse

Hey there! this animation is special for a couple of reasons...
1. I did it at work because my computer died, thank God I managed to save the hard drive (I must get a new one ASAP cuz TRL3 is on the way).
2. First movie I make with original soundtrack made by FP!
3. It's the first movie I make for some NG contest.
So I hope everybody likes it and happy Pico day!

N.G. Showdown

What the theme music in Brawl really means is... -----
***For those of you who were asking, we didn't intend to steal any ideas from the God of War 2 theme, the Yu-Gi-Oh song, or any of the Youtube videos. I didn't know several of those existed. We just thought of this idea ourselves and figured it would be fun to animate.***
----- Oh yeah, and HERE are the REAL LATIN lyrics straight from the game in case you were wondering: Audi famam illius.
I have heard of his rumor. Solus in hostes ruit
He alone rushed into his enemies et patriam servavit.
and saved his homeland. Audi famam illius.
I have heard of his rumor. Cucurrit quaeque tetigit destruens.
He ran across the lands and everything he touched was destroyed. Audi famam illius.
I have heard of his rumor. Audi famam illius.
I have heard of his rumor. Spes omnibus, mihi quoque.
He gave everyone hope, as he gave me. Terror omnibus, mihi quoque.
He gave everyone fear, as he gave me. Ille
He is now iuxta me.
next to me. Ille iuxta me.
He is now next to me. Socii sunt mihi.
My allies are with me. qui olim viri fortes
My allies, who were once heroes rivalesque erant.
and old enemies, are here. Saeve certando pugnandoque
As they fiercely competed and battled sprendor crescit.
their splendor grew.

A third Halo: Pramape. Join the blue Chief and Cortana on their mission... again.

Over a year in on/off production, this movie is finally finished. The third installment of Halo Pramape. Might be a bit graphics-intensive, so quality settings are in options. Thanks NG for putting it in the collections page with the others. Thanks to all those who helped me with this. This is the last Halo Pramape (for now). Don't expect another one. Also, lots of hidden jokes, Marathon references and stuff. Can you find all Mr. Boxes? The movie has been finished pretty quickly near the end, so if you find any bugs with the sound or other stuff, please tell me.
