"Rumia Jump"a Touhou Project fan animationBased on original animation made by Goombo.Directed and produced by Gentoku Koubu.Project started May 7th 2025, concluded June 9th 2026.Total working time: 13 hours and 36 minutes. Animated at 18fps for a total length of 362 frames.Original plans simply consisted of a 12-frame animation. What originally started out as a simple practice exercise for Miniatures No. 2 evolved past its bounds. Coupled with the fact that we never had a true workflow to begin with, work soon stagnated. The Koubenian animation craze started out of hatred for an insult (and a threat) to animation, yet it suffered and stagnated from its own unaddressed flaws. Ultimately, deadlines were pushed back, month after month, until we decided that something needs to end. Thus the Koubenians rose up again, but this time, without any grand ambitions. We simply showed up, so that the past could rest. We simply showed up, so that our debts may be paid in full. Two restless nights later, and finally, the curse has been lifted. Let us rejoice. FLASHING LIGHTS CW. Asriel's rapid-fire, confusing & upsetting dream...

TUMBLR || YOUTUBE || DELTARUNE BOARD THREAD this is incredibly silly, but the reason I didn't finish or post this sooner was because I knew the walk cycle somewhere in the middle was going to look bad and I didn't want to do it as a result. When i finally accepted it was going to look bad, I finished the rest of the animation in one day (though a huge chunk of it was already done I was just, well, you know) Sometimes we have to post the things we make and accept they will be deeply flawed... it's what Toby and Temmie and their whole crew did with the original UT, and it's what I will do now. Our flaws make us human, in the end. Anyway, the original version of the video was uncompressed which was a big problem. I didn't realize this until I checked the file and realized it should definitely not have been 8gb. I think I might have compressed this one a little too much, but I kind of like the result on my video player, so this is what I am uploading. Better not view this with an AI upscaler, lol. Comments on NG uploads of animations will be counted towards the story. You will be represented as a disembodied voice, not yourself, to preserve the little semblance of anonymity the internet has left.

An unreleased special music video from the MLP TYT series

So we all know that Tell your Tell/G5 as a whole got cancelled right? Well, there was still some unfinished stuff lying around relating Tell your Tale. Doing some digging, I had found this music video called...."Smile (HD)"? I wonder what that is about. I wanted to share my findings so I am uploading it here for everypony to see. Sucks stuff like this got canned. The description for this "music video" had read, "Izzy shows her friends how much she appreciates them!" That sounds nice doesn't it? ----------This was inspired by many other versions of smile hd. :p Animated in Flipaclip at 12fps. Took like about 2 months. Elastigirl is shirking her superhero duties... A collaboration from myself and Slappyfrog! It's just a simple loop, but I'm pretty happy with it, though I think the guy's hand movements could use some improvment. I went with 24fps for this one over my usual 12. It looks much smoother, and my thoughts were that it emulates the 24fps look of the film, where my 12fps is usually meant to mimic the look of 2d animated television.
