THANKS FOR YOUR REVIEWS! After receiving over 350, I CAN'T PROMISE I'LL RESPOND TO NEW REVIEWS! I'll try! Here is the Newgrounds Flash version of "A Bid for Freedom". It is a story that I wrote and converted into a small fable with images provided by the talented Nacho Rodriguez (who created Mr. Coo and won the #1 slot in Cold Hard Flash's Best Animated) and lush watercolours by his girlfriend Cecilia Deshayes.
It is an illustrated storybook, narrated for your pleasure by the debonair Andy Dennis, with guest turns by Sasuya and Josh "Tomamoto" Tomar you HAVE to hear!
The Storybook route was pursued so it could enter ReNaeNae's excellent Storybook Collab;
http://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/topic/1003968 Talents in writing, art, voice, sound, code etc. should give it a look! To turn the pages, hover your mouse pointer over the bottom corner of the page, then left-click and drag the page across with your mouse until it fully flips over.
Narration starts on each page as you view it, but you're free to read at your own pace (you can right-click and select "Zoom In", then drag around to see all the fine details). This story is NOT an attempt at hair-pin-bend trigger-happy balls-to-the-wall FBF hentai-maniac game-parodying shenanigannary. NO REALLY, IT'S NOT!
The power here is in the words and the pictures.
There is COMEDY, ACTION, DRAMA and ROMANCE, all skewed at odd angles.
There's fantasy, exotic locations, body odour, and even a fast car if you stick with it!
Have patience, we've many things to offer you. Stick with us. We're a good group. Please vote and review showing respect to the combined talent and hard work involved in this Flash. A lot of passion went into this just for you guys, so be fair.
Critique, constructive criticism, suggestions, these are things we graciously accept.
If you vote or review abusively, you let Newgrounds down. Don't.
If this is "not your sort of thing" or you're somehow disappointed by the lack of animation, this is not the fault of anyone involved; no-one's forcing you to watch! With all this in mind, we hope you enjoy (with your drink or snack of choice) our hard work, vote and review responsibly... and may your day be brighter. For more awesome while you wait, check out:

Enough people are happy with the results as they stand for me to go forth and submit it.
Trust that this will blossom over time as we come back to better adorn this work. My preliminary thanks are on this page:

Further thanks go to the Newgrounds Team for their support of this work, and to all Newgrounds users who do the same (including Mr GUS, who is highly underrated: be sure to see his latest http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/483436 and vote for it in this year's Treasure Hunt).

Moogleslayer and Shin confront Vince once again in a full blown Jedi lightsaber battle!

Update: It looks like our good friend Shin2k27 has won the "Drama Queen" award over on the Newgrounds General forum! I pulled a George Lucas 🤣 In case you guys don't know, this movie is also known as Vince Trigger 3. This is the final episode to the Vince Trigger trilogy. It's been 6 months since my last movie so this was a big project for me. I got Omahdon to voice act in this movie (he's the voice of Black Mage in the "8-Bit Theater" series and has done some voices for the "FF Mixed In Balamb" series). In this movie he is the voice of Vince. I want to thank A17Roolz, Mightydien, and Omahdon for their support. And I want to thank the fans, who have inspired me to make this movie. I worked very hard on this so I hope you guys enjoy it! Special thanks goes out to @TomFulp! He inspired me to make this movie after putting my "Chrono Trigger: Fall of Guardia" movie in the Chrono Trigger Collections page AND on the front page back in 2004! The fact that I was on the front page the same time as the Numa Numa guy was pretty surreal and it is a memory that has stuck with me over 20 years later! I thank him for all of the opportunities he has given me. Here is the movie that was featured by Tom. In addition to making the front page, it also won Daily Feature, got hand picked to be put in the Chrono Trigger Collections Page, and got over 120,000 views and hundreds of reviews! Needless to say this is still my most successful movie to date... If you have no idea who Shin2k27 and Moogleslayer are, then continue reading to learn about our history... History of the Vinstigator vs. Shin2k27 feud: This was one of the biggest rivalries on Newgrounds! It spawned many topics and flash movies. It all started when Shin2k27 challenged me to a flash duel because he felt I was getting too "arrogant" so he tried to "take me out" so to speak. Well it didn't turn out too well for him and he lost... big time. So you can imagine how pissed he got. What made matters worse was the fact that he thought that I had sent some fans to virus him and crash his computer! But I never told anybody to do that. Hell I didn't even know about it until he announced it! As for Moogleslayer... he became Shin's right hand man after he started hating me for some stupid ass reason. His grammar is HORRIBLE! The reason he made this is because I joked that there wasn't enough positive topics about me. So he made that thread. However, Shin made an appearance and the rest is history... http://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/topic/170441/1 "Shin2k27 vs. Vince Trigger" this was a topic Shin made about our flash duel. He was upset that I was beating him score wise so he wanted to get the opinions of the Newgrounds users... http://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/topic/125261 This next topic was the Downfall of Shin2k27. He was voted "Drama Queen 2004" by the Newgrounds users. Well he didn't take too lightly to that and basically proved why he was picked as drama queen lol https://web.archive.org/web/20141224215906/https://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/topic/219850/3 "A Shin2k27 Tale" this topic was made after Shin was voted "Drama Queen 2004". Edit 2: I found it again using the wayback machine lol https://web.archive.org/web/20081017074927/http://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/topic/219943 And that was the end of our feud. In the end, Vinstigator stood victorious. I haven't heard from Shin since 2005 but I'm sure he has just as much hate for me now than he did back then. Gotta thank him for this legendary feud. Without it, the Vince Trigger trilogy wouldn't exist.
