Cliffside Chicken

Pussy™

A Father trapped in a world; joins an unlikely Sailor in battle to make it back home.

Hey Newgrounders, I am happy to be sharing an animated trailer I created for my newest graphic novel "Wiley Mouse: In The Land That Never Was". With Steamboat Willie &amp; Popeye entering the public domain I have been able to create this love letter to classic cartooning. Western cartoons meet anime flare! Comic set to drop early 2025 The project is <a href="https://igg.me/at/WileyMouse/x/38093227#/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">NOW LIVE ON INDIEGOGO!!</a> With some really dope rewards such as appearing in the graphic novel and animated adaptation stretch goal. Sample pages can also be seen with the link. Wiley Mouse is a no nonsense kind of guy; when Captain Hook an evil from long ago threatens the world of cartoons, it is up to Wiley and and unlikely Sailor Man to team up to make it back home. Cloaked in drapes of this destroyed ship and armed with an anchor; Wiley will stop at nothing to make it home to his son "Little Michael"... Would you watch/read a full series of this? Please rate and comment. Much love!<ul><li>Project is not affiliated w/ Disney company</li></ul> <img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/294/iu_1294485_3009173.webp" width="764" height="401" alt="iu_1294485_3009173.webp" data-smart-scale="764,401"><img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/294/iu_1294489_3009173.webp" width="764" height="611" alt="iu_1294489_3009173.webp" data-smart-scale="764,611"><img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/294/iu_1294492_3009173.webp" width="764" height="573" alt="iu_1294492_3009173.webp" data-smart-scale="764,573">

Wiley Mouse Animated Trailer

The epic fight cut scene unlocked by playing Troma Presents Poultrygeist video game

Check out my Troma game: <a href="https://store.steampowered.com/agecheck/app/2958420/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Troma Presents Poultrygeist on Steam (steampowered.com)</a><a href="https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/p/poultrygeist-6ab305" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Troma Presents Poultrygeist | Download and Buy Today - Epic Games Store</a> AND my newest game<a href="https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/store/little-weasel/9MWL7X4R9HNJ" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Buy Little Weasel | Xbox</a> This is an unlockable cut scene from my game "Troma Presents Poultrygeist." This fight scene was a long road of an animation dream of mine. I wanted to combine classic anime movement with classic kungfu movie fighting. Specifically I felt the use of magic in the world of kungfu and casual ability to become air borne wasn't being done. Anime ramps up with a certain speed that I felt took away from kungfu style combat. The stytle art wise of the game speaks for itself if you have animation/comic literacy but to say it out loud: I wanted to combine late 90s early 20s comic book style with ps2 geometry. A lof of ps1/2 era art focuses on replication of both the shapes and the textures and limit polygons. I wanted to do something different, By putting vertices around joints I could have more movement while still having the shapes of ps1/2. I was not interested in the horrific ps1 era textures that were muddy and pixelated and blurry. I felt that shapes, raw shapes, are avoided in cgi. I want to bring that back; not every mesh needs to be smooth or even fit a design. My goal is always cartooning. The aim is to take a real object and represent it with a simple shape that has style. The best example in this piece is the Alchemist's (Bart or Bartender's/teal character) Hair. Like I said this isn't game footage. You can't play as this character or fight like this. This is an animated cut scene that has some extra stuff for upload to Negrounds as well but I think I may use this animations to create an action game down the road. The magic involve is also signficant. I wanted beams to look how they do in manga and comics NOT ANIME AND MOVIES. I wanted them to look solid and tough not radiation like. I want the viewer to see the effects and think "are they conjuring and object or a force of energy?." That confusion is being animation one way but looking another is meant to expand the horizons of what magic can look like in animation.

Dark goofy humor that will make you think. Even demons get existential too.

Existential Demon, Part 1

It's a short "animation" that I did on a software I managed to find recently. I thought about getting a bit back into animation, so I can broaden my horizon, find paid work, etc. All of the voices and…

Astrology Tales 1 of 2

The true tale of what goes on in the 100 Acre Woods.

TXM Studios wrote a series of comedy sketches to perform as stand up. This is the first of several cartoon translations of those sketches. The artist, Kevin Nuut, was given five minutes to draw each frame without knowing anything about the sketch itself. We hope you enjoy our first attempt at cartooning!

I made this as a Christmas present for my dad. I thought I retired from cartooning but because I'm so cheap I had to make a cartoon for my dad and his wife. the first "his and hers" cartoon was done f…

His & Hers: Christmas

Ace, Tera, and Gordon solve a mystery of a lifetime.

UPDATE: Hello again. Thank you all for the daily third place. I don’t have a speech prepared but I can ramble on endlessly: - If you want to contact the voice actors or me, clickety click click on their names in the credits.
- If you all want subtitles I’ll add ‘em but I desperately hope you don’t.
- There’s no pause button because most of the symbols in the movies are movie clips and will not stop running for a little while after you pause. So even if you pause the movie, the characters will keep moving for a little while. You could of course always right click and press pause on there anyway.
- There’s no fast-forward/rewind buttons because of the same reasons, and the fact that this cartoon isn’t very long. However, I could always divide the movie into scenes and add a next/previous scene buttons if you guys ask for it in reviews.
- I should probably give a little more credit to some things. Most of the music is royalty free, but the song at the end is "(Shake, Shake, Shake) Shake Your Booty" by KC and the Sunshine Band. (BEST DISCO BAND EVAH!)
- I use a lot of flash tutorial sites and books. Same goes for writing, and drawing. Here are just some of them: - <a href="http://flashkit.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">http://flashkit.com</a>
- <a href="http://www.kirupa.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">www.kirupa.com</a>
- Fantasy/Action Cartooning by Ben Caldwell (<a href="http://www.dare" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">http://www.dare</a>
detectives.com)
- Flash MX 2004 Bible by Robert Reinhardt and Snow Dowd
- Pretty much everything by Christopher Hart
- Mad media - I should probably credit Extralife radio (<a href="http://myextralife.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">http://myextralife.com</a>) because without them I would have been bored to death sometime in the middle of the animation. Ok, I think that’s it. END OF UPDATE Happy frickin’ New Years Newgrounds! As I’m submitting this, it’s already four in the morning, but we all need extra holiday spirit jammed into our private areas even when the season is over. Yes, this was supposed to be a Valentine’s Day parody, transformed into a Christmas parody, transformed into a Halloween parody. We’re very indecisive. More here tomorrow, as I’m dead tired. Cheers, Tim
