HarrySwags The 3AM Pro, finds a number from the dark web to call AT 3AM THAT'S SO SCARY!!!

Harry Wodz, also known as HarrySwags: The 3AM Pro on Vidpeek, finds this scary number that if you do a dance ritual &amp; call at 3AM; The Big Scary Cracking Lady will start approaching your location to CRACK YOU! Now can Harry survive an insane cracking session from a 100+ year old monster woman that's also about 10 feet tall? Uhhhhhhhhhh, maybe if he believes hard enough plus someone's gotta edit the video after the recording is done u know ;) I originally came up with this animation while looking back at old 3AM videos from about a decade ago. I then came with this animation for the monster to be real and wanting to crack any man that calls her number. So i wrote the script in about 4 to 5 days, left it alone for a few months to work on other projects, came back to the script to rewrite it's contents a few months later, recorded some lines, &amp; drew/animated the animation you're seeing now in about 3 to 4 days! I learned some new tricks since my last animation. This animation was gonna be an 18+ one with on screen sex &amp; private parts, but i decided to make more accessible to be more sharable! I'll maybe do an 18+ parody animation based on PvZ or Pokemon idk yet? Also if the animation looks a bit choppy/sluggish at some points, that's due to this animation being made on a laptop within a public library. I should really just do these animation on my pc instead of my laptop so the laptop lag doesn't drive me crazy! It's also my birthday today, so be sure to leave a happy birthday in the comments below.

Calling The Big Scary Cracking Lady At 3AM (GONE SEXUAL)

a short animation i made in hype for Minecraft Dungeons 2

i spent most of the day making this, it has no audio and is meant to be a loop. (it may be choppy) if you didn't know the 'Twisted Warden' is a boss that'll be in the new minecraft spinoff game 'Minecraft Dungeons 2'. i made this animation because i'm really excited to play the game tomorrow (as of uploading this) and i did it around the twisted warden because i just really like the design. fun fact: flash was so laggy once i added the effects to the souls lol.

Twisted Warden

This took forever and I hope you can tell how I really didn't want a repeat of my last animation, with it felling really stiff and choppy with the audio and other things that I wasn't happy with, but I did my best to make it more fluid in how the character moves and making use of whatever I could to make it stand out more. Also if there is something that looks weird or just seems off I'm always up to hearing about it so I can hopefully avoid it in future projects, thank you!

Chompy the Angler Fish is the sweetest in the sea, but all people see is a monster. Will Chompy be able to change their minds?🐟 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This was my thesis film back in 2024! I had a lot of fun and freedom working on this project. Though I'm not super happy with how it turned out, I learned a lot from creating this short film. I definitely feel like I have improved a lot since then! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Follow me :3Links: <a href="https://www.youtube.com/redirect?event=video_description&amp;redir_token=QUFFLUhqbUxtUWNKak9sZzB6VExldUZZeWVSWklSZVJJUXxBQ3Jtc0ttWVhYVThBd3VURjdhcnhpcnlzUEVjR25taVZwaU9xQmo4bWVqajNySXJPaXVqYmNXUmM1R1JTZ1VkVjRabVUzbTFrQklMN09HTnptS2FMdGlVVm95TFJGSWE2UjBuYUJoREk5cFRvbGZCR09waUhGZw&amp;q=https%3A%2F%2Fjellyurchin.carrd.co%2F&amp;v=mW9gfydpJQk" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://jellyurchin.carrd.co/</a> Commissions:<a href="https://www.youtube.com/redirect?event=video_description&amp;redir_token=QUFFLUhqbEQyTkd6OWxYR1NPZDlmSFR6OWk5RnpqUF9Id3xBQ3Jtc0tud1pHaW5NcFFuNTkyZkdwd2xiTjFaWkFMUnA2SjRGN2dmNnYtOTdHTzNkR1V2SjRIQjA4LW1JMDdmTFdjSVNvUGI5VW03VTNoQUlmQ3liTnBMaWtKQ3ZQV2FvVUloWC15UFF3NmZzZkx3eEZ0UjNXRQ&amp;q=https%3A%2F%2Fko-fi.com%2Fjellyurchin&amp;v=mW9gfydpJQk" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://ko-fi.com/jellyurchin</a> ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ sound effects used:<a href="https://www.youtube.com/redirect?event=video_description&amp;redir_token=QUFFLUhqbTBlbU00ejQyZ2NzeE9FNE1udWNsc19aNUtWd3xBQ3Jtc0tuSndMZFFtOFJrU0NOX1dUOW44bWc5MTBPRm0ybXowZ0V1SUZkaHAxeXVicnpaQWhQa0xYSXhCd0tlUFZ6WEdPS2JmUmRXNElOamRMVU5BWlk5YUJEQzAzbjB6V3lBcWltUnczQ0JPTlFORTRiN0xZZw&amp;q=https%3A%2F%2Fpastebin.com%2FsWeHwWY3&amp;v=mW9gfydpJQk" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://pastebin.com/sWeHwWY3</a>

Very choppy in a lot of places and also uses a much different design for H (the one seen in the video)It does start the tradition of how my current thumbnails are made, that being taking inspiration from Gameboy Advance game boxarts for creating them

Progress on this so far, I don't like how choppy this animation turned out, but I'll just finish this

A man comes home to a surprise involuntary guest and reacts accordingly.

A little warning: Some flashing video effects (Lights Flickering On/Off)This man, we'll call him 'Buddy', returns home from a date with some snacks bought for his brother and has a quick supernatural encounter. Is it a chance encounter or a planned intrusion? ----- Personal Note -----The quality itself has some issues because I barely use Blender and I definitely messed up on setting up keyframes, so some shots got extremely inconsistent. The good news is I learned how to do it better, the bad news is I wouldn't be able to fix it by my Halloween deadline lol. I may make more to expand on it down the line, just gonna do it in a less time constrained way next time. I focused more on the latter half than the first, so it does look a lot more choppy there. The SFX itself I went and found or made in the last two days, so that also may not work the best either, but we work with what we got lmao.

Intruder

Seabee finds an interesting conch, what could it mean?

A very short animation simply because the idea came to mind and I wanted to get it finished. Still pretty choppy with my animation skills, but I think they're improving a bit. Massive thanks to Critterville for helping me out with the background moving!

Seabee and The Conch

idk man I just needed to make something for a weird dream I had

Ever just get possessed by the desire to make something late at night and come back to it the next day wondering what the hell you made? Well I did and I found it funny so here, have a condensed version of the dream I had a couple of days ago. PS: Canva really fucking hates it when you try to make it do 10 FPS so if the animation stutters or is choppy it's because I couldn't preview any of this and it kept blackscreening anyway LMAO. That one dream

"aengus takes his Zan-axe, eats his dinner and gets off. the end?" i know some of it is choppy but i made this within only a few days just running on my last ounce of brain-matter. more IS coming your way! with only one animator and two writers, only so much can be done at a time. we're doing our best. aengus's voice is by the one and only.. animator (me)co-written by Bea (NG account to be added)

This video was created for the Brickfilm.com VocalFlix 2025 which you can support me there and on YouTube. I personally think this video turned out ok. As a beginner I obviously will have a few choppy movements and camera nudges, but as far as I can tell the humour as everyone I know who watched the video found it funny. Overall I like the final video

Just Keep On Gowing

this is my first time doing a small &amp; short animation like this. i have zero experience, so i hope anyone who sees this likes it at least a little bit. its pretty choppy n stuff but im hoping to get better. any tips or good apps to use would be appreciated.

A short unfinished test animation for an animated series of Blue Sage!

This was a little test animation I did for when I finish the comics and actually make it an animated series. Yes I know it’s very choppy and shaky but this was 2 years ago 💀

Blue Sage 2D/3D Test Animation

just a short animation i've been working on the past week. hope you enjoy! definitely want to do something with piranha gal and the other minus8 girls again someday. love their designs.special thanks to the <a href="https://x.com/OpenNSFWSP" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">open NSFW pack</a> for providing the sound effects and moans! sorry if this looks a bit choppy and inconsistent at some points. had fun making this, but this was taking way too much time to get done so i sort of gave up mid way (thats why there's no background in the second half haha)also let me know if yall mind the dialog or not. tbh im worried if it distracts a bit from the animation cause when it comes to suggestive/NSFW animations who watching is gonna care about the story lol. i dont know though, you be the judge

Piranha Gal And The Slurple

Short animation of my characters. Not sure if I did a good enough job showing it, but Eikimmi is falling and Kless saves her in a way she doesn't expect. I made this to practice animation workflow in Clipstudio Paint. I really want to get better with making my animation look less choppy and more consistent. Especially smaller and subtle movement.

cartoonsmart tutorial on Animated Landscapes

Abstract:After Christmas Eve and the family went home I decided to look up some tutorials to help job my memory on Flash I came across <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@cartoonsmart" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">cartoonsmart's</a> tutorial on <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-qNPleVv1s&amp;list=PL96AA4040D4FE8A18&amp;index=2" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Animated Landscapes # - Adobe Flash Animation Tutorial</a>. The tutorial goes over the usual timeline and motion tweening with the usage of converting symbols to MovieClips. However what caught my attention was the use of <a href="https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/how-to-use-masking-in-adobe-flash/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">masks</a> and effects for waterfalls, fire, and particles to make the still JPEG more animated. I've completely forgotten how to use <a href="https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/how-to-use-masking-in-adobe-flash/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">masks</a> and a lot of advanced stuff mentioned in this tutorial so this was an excellent refresher. Not only that but the Flash Player this tutorial was made for was v9 so its definitely Ruffle Compatible. If your impressed with the given example I would recommend everyone to checkout <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@cartoonsmart" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">cartoonsmart's</a> channel and his newer stuff. When I went to publish it the Flash Player 11 really struggled to reach the designated 30FPS, for the most part it only reached 14 FPS. The animation looked choppy and rough. Even when I set the FPS to 120 the entire scene just really struggled to render. Flash Player 32 (release ver 32, not 32 bit) had the exact same issues. On the other hand, Ruffle rendered and played the entire scene flawlessly. No matter the framerate I set the stage to Ruffle managed to outperform all of the native Flash Players and run at the desired FPS. With confidence I can say this example runs on Ruffle better than the native Flash Player. Still not back home yet, merry christmas everyone! Controls: <ul><li>None</li></ul> Bugs:<ol>

<li>EDIT (5:41pm): I think I found a memory leak in Ruffle? After inputting the data for Ruffle (Windows port, Nightly 2023-11-29) the Ram is now 386.8MB and is continuing to rise. Ill leave this running for a while to see what happens to the ram (Please god please let this be an issue with Rust so I can indulge my confirmation biases)</li>

He really doesn't! But Hofnarr insists XD

(This is probably a bit OOC for Hofnarr but I don't care lol) My first submission in the animation category! Woo! I finally got a new pc like 3 months ago, now I'm able to animate for real! I'm still a beginner animator tho, so I apologize for the choppy-ness (plus it being at only 12fps lol). I remembered this meme from flipnotes back in the day, and I wanted to make my own version! It took me 5 weeks workin on and off of this...all for 25 seconds of animation 0_0 It took me a bit to find the original, as flipnote has horrendously compressed audio.. <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wKXEHaIJmts&amp;t=0s" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">but here's the original audio</a>. This was animated in Pencil2D by the way. Anyway enjoy! I feel like choppy animation works really well with action scenes. Been doing tests with it.
