The Whistlestop - Episode 11 - Space Rangers

A cozy-ish cabin scene with a few spooky characters doing small things in the background.

Here's an animation I rendered in Blender 4.1. It's a cozy-ish nighttime cabin scene with a few spooky characters reading or doing small things in the background, along with some spooky music playing and some ambient fire crackling sounds (basically mimicking those lo-fi videos a bit). The characters are Karaka and Kiduna, both by an artist called Merafume. The models were made by Sumsnermin. I used a procedural toon flame material for the fire This animation was actually made last year for Halloween , but all of the materials and modifiers that the models had were a lot for this meh-level computer to handle. Rendering it took over 70 hours total over about a month of separate sessions. I couldn't meet the Halloween deadline, so I saved the video for the next year. Still Alive - a song from the game Portal, performed by the main antagonist GLaDOS, a completely unhinged computer with a human inside. The song is a farewell to the player, who was sure the AI had been defeated, but as the song itself puts it: "I feel great, I'm still alive!!!" https://sojy.ru/content/page/still_alive

Episode 5 of season 2 of my lost media animation series. Treat it as a Pilot

Important context:The indestructible man series is a little cartoon series I started working on when I was around 13 years old and learning how to animate (2016), It was a madness combat ripoff. This particular episode you are seeing is actually Episode 5 of chapter 2 (Unstoppable), each season having 7 episodes. The first chapter Indestructible as well as the 4 episodes of chapter 2 (Unstoppable) are complete lost media, since it was animated on a now defunct website called Toonator. Unstoppable 5 on the other hand has been animated on Drawn.digifi.ca a website I moved to in 2019. This cartoon has spent an insane amount of time in development hell. I started working on it in 2021 but right after starting, my computer decided to die and I didn't animate for 2 years. After that I managed to get a laptop but I was busy in general only being able to work on the animation the past year. There were a ton of technical issues relating to the built in animation editor that Drawn has, it simply wasn't powerful enough for what I wanted to do, but the creator of the website actually optimized the editor many times just for this cartoon to exist. I had to hold back A TON with the details such as backgrounds and other details like not adding bullet casings and stuff like that. This thing was animated at 13 fps (to prevent lag) and it was 95% done with my freaking mouse believe it or not. The actual plot of the animation series revolves around Danny, a lowlife criminal that was taken advantage of by one Doctor Kevlar, the brightest mind to ever exist, he gave Danny the N.P.D. (Nano-Power-Drive) a device that makes the user heal so fast you can't even register it, and it also gives the user god strenght, they live in a crime filled excluded region named Craterdome. Episode 5 doesn't show any of the main characters as it's actually a MEANWHILE episode that takes place at the same time as episode 4. This episode being so out of context is kind of a good thing in a way as I can easily modify the context for the first season and improve it since those were just a bunch of random cartoons I made growing up and this gives me the chance to overhaul the whole series. I will animate the next episode, episode 6 of chapter 2 in flash and after episode 7, I will restart form season 1 to catch up with everything, atleast that's the plan, this shit will probably take up to 10 years to recover anyways. So take this pilot as a little taste of the action that is to come. The characters and world are heavily inspired by Krinkel's Madness Combat, you can see a TON of references from weapon sprites to literal sound effect I used form that animation series. I will MOVE ON from making references to that series since I want to turn this into my OWN thing and stop using so much inspiration from madness in general. This cartoon was supposed to have an original OST but I couldn't find somebody to do it for me, so I had to use two tracks from Dusk composed by Andrew Hulshult, I hope it won't blow up the video with copyright somehow but I doubt it. Anyways hope you enjoyed this little cartoon I made and shoutout to the Drawn community for being so supportive of my work over the years, y'all are the best.Songs by Andrew Hulshult:Reflection of Violence:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vVa9B8RPw3Y&list=RDvVa9B8RPw3Y&start_radio=1Crypted Chaos:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6WITALqm4Cc&list=RD6WITALqm4Cc&start_radio=1Join Drawn and become a member of the community if you happen to stumble across this video, you are very welcome here, and you can find more Unstoppable related content on there if it peaked your interest.https://drawn.digifi.ca/account/SwagTomatoSound effects from CturiX-Kemilon's dropbox.

There are references to many movies, series, games, characters, even youtubers and videos in the video, so don't forget to look carefully. and this is the 2nd last part. Part 1 is having fun with gregory and roxy (coming soon) The video production took 3 months. By separating it with 40 sfm sessions and then exporting it, it totaled 108GB including 38 cut videos and sounds. First of all, I would like to explain as a long text.Firstly, our Youtube channel mostly grew with GaFF (gregory and friends fun) series, but I, as a famous youtuber's dream, wanted to make all kinds of different videos, but this is difficult because of youtube's algorithm. The phrase "you reap what you sow" is a good term for YT channel. If a video has grown, you should continue with that video, especially since it is the most suitable site to earn money from each video, I paid attention to copyright. My mother insisted that I make long videos that were liked on this subject, and I decided to make this video by combining all of these things. I came up with the movie Puss in boots 2 and was inspired by many youtubers (e.g. pootis engage and others). When I first made it, I thought it would be quick and easy, but when I tried to make it to the end, I had no idea how long this video idea would take. It was the longest animation video I made on my Youtube channel, even in my life. It may sound exaggerated, but I started this video on February 7th and finished it in 3MONTH (90 days). actually it took about 81 days, not counting the 1 week wait, when I tried to make the video until the end, I started to lose my mind because it took a long time, and I had many incredible disasters, crises, even I went so crazy that I was going to break the computer, Or I would throw myself out the window. All my means were not enough to make this video, but I still tried all my efforts and did not give up. I didn't give up and finally got it done.Normally, I would make models for reference from more places, but I forgot to do some of them and I didn't want to tire myself too much, I'm already tired. normally I wanted to cut the movements with pootis engaged style and I was going to do the smear effect, but I thought that the cut movements would decrease the realism a little bit, and the smear effect is constantly breaking the model with every movement, so I wanted to use montion blur instead. I asked everyone for help on many Discord servers, they helped a little, albeit a little. I couldn't do it because I didn't have the capacity and time to make a model and I could have asked someone else to have isn't done, but unfortunately I didn't have the money to pay for it, so I made it on my own. I didn't make this video for money, I made it to become a famous youtuber. After these things, it doesn't matter to me how much it will be watched or who will like it and find it positive (already, thanks to youtube, such videos are recommended). What I want from you, I want you to recognize and appreciate the hours and efforts I spent on making this video, in short, I want you to be respected. thanks for listening

Hymn's Dream 1

This is the fifth episode of Roasted Meatloaf, originally made in 2022, marking a three year gap after the previous episode. The original production behind this episode was very complicated, though weirdly this version was much easier to adapt in some respects than the previous episode's adaptation. This episode marked an art shift in the series, relying much more on Inkscape than GIMP. Initially, GIMP wasn't going to be involved at all, but then there were some issues I had to fix that were a bit complicated to fix in Inkscape so I used GIMP to help (I had gotten GIMP back on my computer by this point.) One problem with the art style here in my opinion is that a lot of things don't really have as much texture as they might have had before. It has a more flat feel. Nonetheless, I guess it was good to play around with what Inkscape could do. Both GIMP and Inkscape would continue to be used for later episodes. I did a bit of chroma key/green screen experimentation in this episode. I sort of did that in the previous episode, except not as successfully. I initially wanted to use green screen for the part where Jeff is on the TV in that episode but ultimately I just poorly composited the clip over top of it. In this episode, however, I managed to rather efficiently use green screen to put in two vehicles. Another thing I experimented with were the transition effects available from Pitivi. Only two transitions really appear, but nonetheless they were fun to play with I guess. Characters from previous episodes make some cameos as extras in a crowd, albeit most of them in a redesigned Inkscape form. Some other extras are subtle pastiches of characters from pop culture, although one or two of them were ultimately altered a bit as to not look too similar to what they were referencing. Copyright/right of publicity concerns got to me a little bit again. Speaking of copyright, the only sound I really had to change in this production was the "wee" sound, which, like in the other episodes, was originally a different "wee" sound with a conflicting license. Pretty much all the other sounds were fine. Exporting was a slightly bigger obstacle. Like the previous episode, when I exported through Clipchamp it resulted in some weird graininess in some parts. Again, I had to employ the help of Blender's video editor to get a cleaner result. Pitivi was used for the bulk of original production, but there might have been a bit of OpenShot involvement as well. I decided to include it in the credits just in case. A few different screen recorders were involved in the animation process. One of them was recordMyDesktop, which I had used in the previous episodes, but others included Deepin Screen Recorder, Peek, and VLC's built-in recorder. I think I lost access to recordMyDesktop at some point in production which explains why this occurred. recordMyDesktop would ultimately be retired from usage in later episodes as I moved towards new and better tools for making animation. The card that honors people who have died in recent years originally listed some names of notable people, but I ultimately removed the names because I felt like it wasn't necessary to elevate anyone above everyone else. One extra who appears is based on the Rush drummer Neil Peart, who had died in 2020. Originally he was going to be a pseudo-Force ghost in reference to one tribute I saw that was an edit of a Return of the Jedi frame, but ultimately I decided that might be taken the wrong way and seen as poor taste so instead I made him a guy who plays drums (the sound for which I made using Online Sequencer.) Neil had a mustache at one point so that's why the guy has a mustache; he was sort of a conglomeration of Neil's appearances in life so as to not realistically resemble him too much (due to potential publicity rights concerns.) The WHAT News broadcast also contains a small reference to Rush as another tribute. The WHAT News anchor is voiced by my dad, who is credited under a pseudonym. He also has connections with the band that created the outro song, hence its usage. Well, that's all I'll say for now. Hope you enjoy, but it's okay if you don't.

I made this video for my song Die Alone (streaming link here: https://songwhip.com/max-oakland/die-...) by collaging my drawings and paintings into a video on my computer. The story follows an alien who becomes a ghost and wanders the earth, far away from any home he’s ever known. I really like how it turned out! I wrote Die Alone sitting on the floor of my room. It was really different from my other songs at the time, but it stuck with me. At first I recorded it with GarageBand on my computer with loud vocals and noisy guitars. After several versions with different musicians, I recorded this one at Orangutan Studios in Missoula Montana. All the way across the country. Never realized travel would seem so impossible The result is energetic and dark. It has a heavy beat and some really cool vocals. I especially love the bridge where it gets really quiet and echoey and then builds to the most intense moment of the song I recorded this song at a really hard time when I had to go to voice therapy because I had hurt my vocal cords and I was just recovering after a year wondering if I’d ever be able to sing again. I still hadn’t fully recovered during the recording process, but the result is cool because my vocals are a lot breathier than usual. My philosophy is: turn that mud into gold if at all possible Die Alone. It’s about knowing that something or someone beautiful is gone, hoping they might come back someday, but not waiting around because you also have a life to live. It’s a dark song. Not exactly happy, but not unhappy either. Just fresh and raw from the pain and disappointment. The title comes from the phrase “You don’t die alone on the road”, which came from nowhere but really fits the overall energy, about moving forward despite all the uncertainty Listening to it, following me on Spotify and other social media, and sharing it will help me make this hard-won song as successful as possible. Thanks for your support, it’s always helped me keep motivated Lyrics:Oh I know it’s gone forever, but I can’t help but wonderCan’t help but wonderingFilth dissolved in rain, like the clouds crashed and we're OK You don't die alone on the road. Too many monsters to take your soulYou don't die alone on the road. Just gonna sell everything you know Oh I know it’s gone forever, but I can’t help but wonderCan’t help the wonderingSalts like cyanide washing away in the tide Keep this one in my pocket to remind me of younger dayswhen the smoke we saw was dragons evolving in their cavesinto you and your little sister all alone now in the snowhave we become the monsters when we drive away all alone? You don't die alone on the road If you’ve made it all the way down here, you know what you’re doing. Comment “colgogni pie" and I will give you a secret special link

Die Alone Animated Music Video

The origin story of Medusa. A beautiful lady is seduced by a god...

This project began as an art song. I composed the music using a text by my friend Ken Hallowell. The poem depicts the unhappy transfiguration of a beautiful woman into a Gorgon (e.g. Medusa), with snakes for her hair and a petrifying gaze. The performance was by mezzo-soprano Liz Cass. The animation was rendered by artificial intelligence using Nightcafe (VQGAN and CLIP). Each visual sequence began as a text prompt, which the software attempted to represent as accurately as possible through thousands of iterations. Some of the imagery the computer produced was quite beautiful and relatively faithful to the original concept. As for the rest...well, it tried. This holy place,Defiled by your lustings,Will anger someone. A once beautiful ladyIs cursed. The beautiful, waving hairTurns serpentine. The eyes so beautifulNow petrify. Out of your passion was born a monster:You. A beautiful lady upsets Athena.A Gorgon is born.

Aura Arms - episode 29

The story is about war. Here I tell you a little about the past of history.

ThanksIf we got this far I appreciate that we have seen this little animation that we had to do as the final project of a subject, unfortunately for reasons beyond our control (Covid-19 / Quarantine) we could not completely design some things, for example the tree and literal the teacher He gave us a week to make sketches, storyboards, animats, characters, etc., to such an extent that they had 2 days to work on animation with the programs, put sounds, etc. We know that it is not justification but we decided to leave it that way because computers barely hold the designs ... I hope you liked it and if you can help us by sharing I would appreciate it.The main animation was going to be with a single song, but unfortunately the author never answered us and that's why we decided to use different songs ...AnimationThe story is supposed to be a memory where you can see how the protagonists' son cannot control his power and he ends up doing a massacre (logically he didn't give us time to cheer all that up) our idea was original that the characters didn't speak, but as part of the exercise the teacher we put voices, although we do not regret it since we give a more human touch to the characters (we know that the voice sounds horrible, but we do not have a studio to record, microphone - we are beginners)The story is divided into 2 races, the Luminas (Latin: light) and the Tenebris (Latin: Dark), originally the characters were going to be white (Luminas) and Gray (Tenebris) but due to creative differences with the teacher they ended up being one of those colors (since according to him they express the story better). The son is supposed to be a combination of both races, which cannot exist and therefore cannot contain that "power"The names of the characters are Ali and Sileo, the son has not yet decided on a name and we are thinking of leaving it that way, so that the public can give him the name that he likes the most.We wanted to work the video in 1080 and 60 frames, but the teacher told us to go to 720 with 24 frames, an argument for that ...Originally the characters have an anime style, but we wanted to try another style and we ended up liking it, we waited and attacked them as we do.History (Comic)The comic currently what we publish, but for a matter of time we have only made 2 chapters, the story of a (human) man who arrives in a strange world where the lights are (specifically) and there began to fight a war that he It was not expected ...Chapter one (spanish) (english in the future) <a CREEPY GHOST (Aswang) Tagalog Horror Stories Animated - Part 1 - English Subtitled

Welp, here's a little Maple collab I did with a friend, Star64. This was originally going to be longer, then my friend lost everything in his computer, so rip. Then I asked another friend to join in, but she took too long and got busy, so well, here it is. I was planning on uploading this a week before a bigger project I've been working on, but certain circumstances happen that's further delaying it. You can tell by the watermark disappearing, but if you're wondering who animated whatStar64: 0:00-0:12Me: 0:12-the rest I normally would link the YouTube channel of the participant, but he's done with animating for now, so there's no point. Just to rant about a couple things about my friend and this FLA share. First off, this guy made this FLA freakin 28 FPS. Not 24, 25, or 30 FPS. 28. I'm pretty sure this was a mistake because he normally animates in 30, but I never noticed it until I got rendering issues on Sony Vegas, which is what I usually use. As a result, I had to use After Effects to render this video out, which was absolutely painful because it was the first time me using it and it was so confusing. Secondly. this guy is the most bizarre and retarded person I know. Take a look at how he names his graphics and even the FLA. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/566315861439152147/566317109525872641/unknown.png And look what he did to a timeline layer https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/566315861439152147/566320419255353345/2019-04-12_13-50-16.gif I seriously don't know what is going on in your head, but I love you. Get cucked in FGO summons though. Excuse me for my language. Have a good day, guys! [FLA Share] Random Maple Animation Battle

The 34th Cyanide & Happiness Animatic I've Worked On!

This is owned by Explosm Entertainment, but I drew and animated everything here! This is an animatic, not the final animation, but if you're interested in how it turned out, click here to watch Winning Numbers on YouTube! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tJeDovg3aVk For temp music, the first thing that came to mind for a lottery backup track was a song used in Robotech for the "Miss Macross" competition, so I slipped that in as temp music. I tried giving the Dad a beard, (trying to give more C&H characters beards in general, because they're usually just mustache'd) and it didn't take. Beards are pretty expensive when you take into account a character turning and looking around, so it makes sense that most of them either have no facial hair, a layer of stubble that can behave around a masking layer, or a mustache. I went into this knowing that it was the last animatic short that I had been assigned to. The animatic was completed on May 30th of 2018. There was major budget concerns for the studio around that time, what with the "Youtube adpocalypse", and uncertainty all around about what's next for studios. There was gloom over the horizon, but I looked at this short and promised managed my time well- no rough red inks. I was going to do this one right as a send-off. After this short wrapped, shorts were put on hold in the pre-production pipeline as the producers and partners worked hard to explore new options for revenue to enable weekly shorts again. I tooled around doing art assets here and there for stuff like the News To Me with Chip Chapley segments on Facebook, but ultimately my performance was struggling from the stress and worry. It was some of the worst days of my life and it amplified my anxiety and depression to degrees I don't normally endure, and at this point in time I had completely weened off of the antidepressants. I started taking therapy, but clenched my funds and started preparing reels to brace for the worst. They decided to lay me off a few months later as work was drying up during this slump period, but kudos to them for trying and fighting for as long as they did- the partners, Rob, Dave, Kris, and Joel were paying out of pocket to keep the studio afloat, and I was the only layoff from the animation department during this period of time in 2018. It hurt me a lot, but it made sense- Being in pre-production doing animatics and storyboards, and there was nothing new to conceptualize at that time, so I didn't take it personally. Plus the stress and anxiety was causing my performance to slump as well, so...I kinda fucked myself on that one in a few different ways. But I was still depressed and I floundered about for a few months afterwards I kept in contact, though. I cultivated a family with everyone at Explosm, and I continued to interact and hang out with them. I tried returning to retail, and that was an abysmal mistake. I was reverting. Settling away from a professional career that changed my life. Until one day, Jerald Lewis II, our character designer, had a ticket to go to an Industry Giants meeting that he couldn't attend. He hooked me up with it, and it was the strike on my soul that I needed to get motivated again. It turned me back around to the light. I quit my retail job, put my nose to the grindstone, and out of happenstance, VRV had greenlit Season 4 of the Cyanide & Happiness show, and January 1st of 2019, I was back at my same desk, on the same computer, same Wacom, doing animatics again with my team. It is August and I am still here. I hope you enjoyed this :D Now- I may have said this was the last short that I've worked on, and that's true! Chronologically speaking, this is the most recent short I've done to-date. I have one more short to upload that I worked on earlier in 2018 that took a little longer to make and was released after Winning Numbers. After that, I'll upload animatics I've worked on for The Cyanide & Happiness show. From then on, it'll be something a little different. Something non-Cyanide & Happiness related, for sure, but there's also a possibility that I'll work on shorts for C&H in the very near future. Once the final products are released, I'm in the clear to throw 'em up here as well. Thanks for watching, and I appreciate you taking the time to read all of this. You're all wonderful and beautiful. A video all about how amazing Dr. Wario's clinic is I guess.

This is my first time working with computer animating programs; this is a video all about how amazing Dr. Wario's clinic is I guess. The video is supposed to look like a low budget infomercial made by Dr wario, and was made using After Effects, GIMP, Photoshop, and Pain.net, NOT PAINT Left video: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/654525 Right video: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/654496 Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/user?u=257311& I do NOT own the music played. The dispute between two kingdoms must be settled before it is too late.

"The dispute between two kingdoms must be settled before it is too late. Follow the exploits of the Falcons as they make an urgent delivery. The end of one man's selfish tale brings a future to those who continue living in this strange world, but at what cost?" This piece is a bit of a sci-fi take on the classic Polish/Ukrainian folksong "Hej Sokoly", what translates to "Hey Falcons". The song used in this is a remix by my good friend Initial P of DIsko Warp Music Be sure to check out the audio link for more music by him if you enjoy it! **Some of the scenes in this get pretty intense with layers, so if your computer is chugging, I have a Youtube upload of this with you can find on my goshadole channel, or view it in Chrome** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kHVqDvQz_S0

Hej Sokoly

This is a project that originally started out as an experiment in emulating vector graphics as if on an old-school Macintosh computer, then it evolved into a title sequence for a yet-to-be-produced web series, then it evolved into this. This shit right here. I sincerely hope you enjoy it. BTW, the audio is a chip tune cover of a song that was used in a movie called Dark Star, thus, the title of the animation. It was composed by "R-Sunset", and is available for free. Look it up.

NOTE : The song is set to event, so the synconization may be wrong with slow computers.
