The Metric system is the superior form of measurement, the month should come first and not the day, We need to spread freedom. THERE! After a little over 2(now 3) months, the animation has been completed and published for your consumption. Right before the new year too(for the other half of the world). This would have had better relevancy sometime in November, but oh well. Reason it took so long was a combination of procrastination, lack of motivation, and not really having an idea of what to do in some parts... -ation. Along with my computer not being able to handle all those moving E's. I'll leave one more art submission for the year and a blog post. Other than that, Happy New Year and stay tuned for more! I've been working on this since October, It's a long story about why it's so low quality, but at the end of the day, I'm done and I got it out. This is the best you're going to get, unless someone knows how I can fix this. Some error occurred when I tried converting the SWF in swivel, the "ABC" corrupted.

Three friends try to capture and eat the last cow in the world.

HERBIVORES is a short indepedent animation created by Cut the Mustard Animation, a 2D animation studio from Norwich, UK. Created in 48-hours, the film was pitched, written and created in one weekend, a yearly tradition for the team. The film follows three down-and-outs (affectionally called 'hair', 'hat' and 'bald') in a dystopian future where meat consumtion is illegal. After hearing that Wagyu, the last cow in the world, is coming to the UK, they hatch a plan to eat her. The film is written and directed by Liam Gilbey, and animated by Liam, Amy Howard, Eleanor Linder and Finley Geen, among other peers, friends and family who came down to say hi, help out and contribute something to add to the film. The film is animated in TVPaint and Adobe After Effects, with sounds sourced from Freesound or recoreded on-site. Jake Taylor created the original music. We're huge advocates for indie animation, so this is our way to break away from corperate projects and make something wacky for people to enjoy.

What's good, y'all? Today, I bring you a remake of a classic YouTube video called “Dining Room or There Is Nothing.” I’ve been watching a lot of Creepypasta retakes that turn lost episode stories into reality. This consumption led me to make horror content because of it, and I’ll never regret it. This time, I made a retake that no one has done yet, and it takes a unique and different approach. I took my sweet time on this video with the people who helped me during production. Synthetic bread addresses food and climate problems but creates bread zombies

In a world plagued by both food shortages and the looming threat of climate change, the solution seemed simple enough: synthetic bread. And so Themill.world set out to create a food source that could sustain the world's population while reducing the environmental footprint of agriculture. But the bread, it turned out, came with a peculiar side effect: it transformed those who consumed it into a passive, bread-based zombie state. At first, it was thought to be a fluke, a glitch in the programming, perhaps. But as more and more people succumbed to the bread's strange power, it became clear that something more sinister was at work. And so the inverted pandemic began, spreading not through the air or through physical contact, but through the consumption of walking bread. As the ravenous living devoured the walking bread, they too were consumed by the same passive, zombie-like state. The world began to change, its streets filled not with people, but with walking bread and those who had become one with it. It was a surreal, Kafkaesque world, one in which the line between food and life had been irreversibly blurred. And yet, in the midst of this strange new reality, there was a glimmer of hope. For those who had fully embraced their bread-based existence, there was a sense of peace and contentment, a release from the endless cycle of desire and consumption that had defined their lives. They were no longer plagued by the worries of the living world, no longer burdened by the weight of choice and consequence. In the end, it was unclear which was the true pandemic: the inversion of life into bread, or the never-ending cycle of consumption that had brought the world to this point. All that remained was the walking bread, and those who had become one with it, wandering the empty streets in search of something they could no longer name.

The bread will become ubiquitous and widespread.

Here's a small story if anyone was interested, if not just skip over. Have a good day my dudes: Experiment 1: On closer inspection, the human males seem to have very large reproductive organs which are very astounding to me given their body size. However, this may differ from other humans or perhaps the darker humans are similar in size as my current subject. I will need more subjects to prove this. I start to stimulate the male's member which required both my hands to get an efficient reaction. After a short time, the human male's body start to spasm as his member started to leak a white substance. I was not expecting this and was taken aback by the male's motions. I looked at the white substance and did not seem harmful at first glance. I will need to test it to see if it is safe for either consumption or any other uses. - Zetana Any feedback about the story is welcomed and thanks a lot for taking the time to read through it .

Consumption

This was my senior thesis animation that I finished in December. Artist Statement:
I believe that the food we eat and our eating habits affect our behaviors and states of mind at very basic levels. Our behaviors influence our eating habits in turn, resulting in a vicious cycle. Much of our food is becoming increasingly processed, modified, and engineered. Over-indulgence of this packaged and processed nourishment often contributes to filthy lifestyles and consumption of unhealthy foods beyond moderation for the sake of pleasure. This habitual self-destruction often continues to the point of becoming the norm, and then we are not only consumers of our microwave culture, but products of it as well.
This work depicts these messy and gluttonous tendencies in an exaggerated and fantastic manner. It also examines and plays with this idea of how humans continue to change with our shifting habits and processes pertaining to our food, becoming a product of fast food culture.

A game mock-up of a bat themed sidescroller involving shooting owls with lasers

This is a mock-up of a Flash game whose assets I am still making. Not done the cinematic for it yet, though. My idea: You are a little bat trying to get home. Gameplay includes an appetite bar, as being a flying mammal is tough work and requires near-constant consumption of insects to refill it. Your sonar attack also consumes your energy, and though you'll need it to take down the owls and other predators you face, you'll need to manage yourself carefully in the dangerous night skies. Music is 'Forest Interlude' from Diddy's Kong Quest.

Although today's ketchup is tomato based, it did not appear until about a century after other types. By 1801, a recipe for tomato ketchup was created by Sandy Addison and was later printed in an American cookbook, the Sugar House Book.[3] James Mease published another recipe in 1812. In 1824, a ketchup recipe using tomatoes appeared in The Virginia Housewife (an influential 19th-century cookbook written by Mary Randolph, Thomas Jefferson's cousin). Ketchup on a hot dogAs the century progressed, tomato ketchup began its ascent in popularity in the United States, influenced by the American enthusiasm for tomatoes. Tomato ketchup was sold locally by farmers. A man named Jonas Yerks (or Yerkes) is believed to have been the first man to make tomato ketchup a national phenomenon. By 1837, he had produced and distributed the condiment nationally. Shortly thereafter, other companies followed suit. F. & J. Heinz launched their tomato ketchup in 1876. Heinz tomato ketchup was advertised: "Blessed relief for Mother and the other women in the household!" The Webster's Dictionary of 1913 defined "catchup" as a "table sauce made from mushrooms, tomatoes, walnuts, etc. [Written also ketchup]." Modern ketchup emerged in the early years of the 20th century, out of a debate over the use of sodium benzoate as a preservative in condiments. Harvey W. Wiley, the "father" of the Food and Drug Administration in the U.S., challenged the safety of benzoate. In response, entrepreneurs, particularly Henry J. Heinz, pursued an alternative recipe that eliminated the need for that preservative. Prior to Heinz (and his fellow innovators), commercial tomato ketchups of that time were watery and thin, in part due to the use of unripe tomatoes, which were low in pectin. They were less vinegary than modern ketchups; by pickling ripe tomatoes, the need for benzoate was eliminated without spoilage or degradation in flavor. But the changes driven by the desire to eliminate benzoate also produced changes that some experts (such as Andrew F. Smith[4]) believe were key to the establishment of tomato ketchup as the dominant American condiment. Until Heinz, most commercial ketchups appealed to two of the basic tastes: bitterness and saltiness. But the switch to ripe tomatoes and more tomato solids added a stronger umami taste, and the major increase in the concentration of vinegar added sourness and pungency to the range of sensations experienced during its consumption. In the past, ketchup was produced from fresh tomatoes after harvesting. Vacuum evaporation made it possible to turn tomatoes into a very thick tomato paste that is easy to store at room temperature. This enables a factory to produce ketchup throughout the year.
In fast food chains, ketchup is often dispensed in small packets that hold ketchup inside. Users tear the side or top and squeeze the ketchup out of the ketchup packets. In 2010, Heinz is offering an alternate squeeze and dip cup intended to offer a cleaner method of dispensing the product. In an earlier, and more environmentally friendly approach, (though potentially less sanitary or convenient for travel) some fast food outlets dispense ketchup from pumps into paper cups. Some restaurants still use this method. In October 2000, Heinz introduced colored ketchup products called EZ Squirt, which eventually included green, purple, pink, orange, teal, and blue.[5] These products were made by adding food coloring to the traditional ketchup. As of January 2006[update] these products have been discontinued.[6] Tomato ketchup is a pseudoplastic, or "shear thinning," substance, a type of Non-Newtonian fluid, which can make it difficult to pour from a glass bottle. Often, the neck of the bottle will appear to be blocked. A common method to getting ketchup out of the bottle involves inverting the bottle and shaking it or hitting the bottom with the heel of the hand, which causes the ketchup to flow rapidly. A technique known widely among caterers involves inverting the bottle and forcefully tapping its upper neck with tw

Tamias is Greek for "storer," a reference to the animals' habit of collecting and storing food for winter use.[1] The genus includes twenty-five recognized species,[2] with one species, T. sibiricus, in northeastern Asia, one, T. striatus, in eastern North America, and the rest native to western North America. Some authors have recently suggested that Tamias should be subdivided into three genera, corresponding to currently recognized subgenera Tamias, Eutamias, and Neotamias.[3] This usage, however, has not been widely adopted. The common name originally may have been spelled "chitmunk" (from the Odawa word jidmoonh, meaning "red squirrel"; c.f. Ojibwe, ajidamoo). However, the earliest form cited in the Oxford English Dictionary (from 1842) is "chipmonk". Other early forms include "chipmuck" and "chipminck", and in the 1830s they were also referred to as "chip squirrels," possibly in reference to the sound they make. They are also called "striped squirrels", "chippers", "munks", "timber tigers", or "ground squirrels", though the name "ground squirrel" usually refers to members of the genus Spermophilus. Tamias and Spermophilus are only two of the 13 genera of ground-living sciurids.
Eastern chipmunks mate in early spring and again in early summer, producing litters of four or five young twice each year.[5] Western chipmunks only breed once a year. The young emerge from the burrow after about six weeks and strike out on their own within the next two weeks.[6] Chipmunks have an omnivorous diet consisting of grain, nuts, birds' eggs, small frogs, fungi, worms, and insects.[5] At the beginning of autumn, many species of chipmunk begin to stockpile these goods in their burrows, for winter. Other species make multiple small caches of food. These two kinds of behavior are called larder hoarding and scatter hoarding. Larder hoarders usually live in their nests until spring. Cheek pouches allow chipmunks to carry multiple food items to their burrows for either storage or consumption.[7] These small mammals fulfill several important functions in forest ecosystems. Their activities harvesting and hoarding tree seeds play a crucial role in seedling establishment. They consume many different kinds of fungi, including those involved in symbiotic mycorrhizal associations with trees, and are an important vector for dispersal of the spores of subterranean sporocarps (truffles) which have co-evolved with these and other mycophagous mammals and thus lost the ability to disperse their spores through the air.[8] Chipmunks play an important role as prey for various predatory mammals and birds, but are also opportunistic predators themselves, particularly with regard to bird eggs and nestlings. In Oregon, Mountain Bluebirds (Siala currucoides) have been observed energetically mobbing chipmunks that they see near their nest trees.[citation needed] Chipmunks construct expansive burrows which can be more than 3.5 m in length with several well-concealed entrances. The sleeping quarters are kept extremely clean as shells and feces are stored in refuse tunnels.

In professional American football, the Super Bowl is the championship game of the National

In professional American football, the Super Bowl is the championship game of the National Football League (NFL). The game and its ancillary festivities constitute Super Bowl Sunday. Over the years it has become the most-watched U.S. television broadcast of the year, and has become likened to a de facto U.S. national holiday.[1] In addition, many popular singers and musicians have performed during the Super Bowl's pre-game and halftime ceremonies. Super Bowl Sunday is the second-largest U.S. food consumption day, following Thanksgiving.[2]
Television broadcast rights of the Super Bowl are held exclusively each year by only one major network (currently, NBC) in the United States, and the annual broadcast is famous for having the most expensive commercial airtime space of year. As a result, commercial watching during the Super Bowl has also proceeded to become one of the sub-cultures of the annual event.
The current Super Bowl, XLIII is being played on Sunday, February 1st, 2009 at 6:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. The matchup is between the Arizona Cardinals and the Pittsburgh Steelers at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.

This is the first animation I've ever submitted to Newgrounds. Usually this is not a good phrase to read in a commentary, but in my case it's because I'm a bit of a perfectionist and have never really made anything I've thought worthy of Newgrounds before. When I saw that Madness Day was coming, I knew I had to submit something for two reasons. Firstly, because Madness was the first thing I ever saw on Newgrounds, and it inspired me to start animating, and secondly because otherwise I'd never get round to submitting anything. I hope you enjoy this as it toke quite a lot of effort to make. Just over a week ago I suddenly realised I only had 9 days left to complete my animation, and at that point I had just done the titles. Over the last week I have put a huge amount of effort into this, including two 45 hour solid stints at my computer, resulting in the consumption of approximately 27 thousand cups of coffee. At the start of Madness Day I still wasn't finished to my satisfaction, so eventually I decided to make this the first of a two parter. Although I was annoyed with myself over this, and still am (I hate sequels), this gave me the time I needed to polish up what I already had and get some decent sound sorted out. Although I'm still not entirely happy with this, here it is: Enjoy! P.S. Please don't give me any extra credit for this being my first submission when you vote. I can take criticism well, in fact I enjoy it; it gives me the motivation I need to improve. I personally hate it when someone asks me to vote 5 for something, so I'm not going to. Just give me the score you think I deserve and no more. Thankyou. UPDATE: Wow, It's good to know people actually like what I've been doing. Please keep the comments and suggestions coming; i do like to know what people like and don't like about my work. I'm sorry about the big file size, I will try and compress it some more so it's easier to watch, although I'm not really sure why it's so huge, so I'm not sure whether I'll be successful or not. A few people have said that they'd like to see the sequel as soon as possible. Originally, I intended to make it as one long animation, but I ran out of time, I promise i will continue this soon, so keep your eyes open! Thankyou everyone for your support, it's made the days spent staring at my computer screen seem so worthwhile! UPDATE: I have now made a few changes and have managed to upload a lower bitrate version. Hopefully this will make the loading time shorter and help it run smoother. Enjoy!
