So uh this was really just made to enact my character, Ultra B's story in visuals, which is why it isn't full on animation. But, I tried my best to make it a character pilot with all those constraints (like it being my first pilot, letalone animation, ever). I did make some artistic decisions, like construction lines at certain time for lore reasons, but I realize now to people who dont know the lore its a whole bunch of terrible drawing..but I hope you enjoy!

Vengeance Rite - The Calamatics | Ultra B

Grunty finds themselves confused by the robbery of their precious juice, are they able to retrieve it back home? This animation has been anticipated for quite a long time, and to be honest, I'm really excited about how this one turned out. I've been doing madness animations since 2020, but none of them have been of an outstanding quality until now. That's why I decided to make a Madness animation in my own style, and that's probably one of the best decision i've made, I can't think of this animation with the original Madness artstyle haha. Hope you enjoy it, as it's one of the most ambitious works i've done, thanks for watching the equivalent of being a fan since 2016! The 40th anniversary of Super Mario Bros. animated!

This animation is a sequel to my very first hand-drawn animation. This time around, I used a Huion drawing tablet instead of drawing with purely a mouse. The quality is quite a bit different . . . maybe I'll need to remake the first at some point . . . Check out the original animation here, if you haven't seen it yet: <a href="https://youtu.be/2xDUeHmDdMI" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Super Mario Over the Years! 1</a> - Unfortunately, you'll have to watch it on YT because I didn't have a NG account back then :( Isn't it technically the 41st now of Super Mario Bros?: Lol, yes - this project is a culmination of short vids I've been putting out during the 40th anniversary across my socials, plus a bunch more! I still wanted to call this an animation for the 40th, as it's the bigger milestone year than the 41st. I also just work slowly, and had a bunch of ideas, causing the release time to continuously get pushed back. Art Direction I've had the thought for quite some time to make a more faithful animation to the Mario series to emulate and honor the stylistic choices of Yōichi Kotabe and Shigehisa Nakaue. My decision on the art direction also came down to me wanting to "understand the generations of Mario” from its official art standpoint. Furthermore, I wanted to embellish some of Mario's movements, not limited to the games, to give a greater sense of action and adventure! I referenced all types of official cover art, licensed activity books, instruction manuals, classic 80s/90s commercials and other promotional material for the games and time periods. It took way more effort than my past simpler, often rough character animations - but it was totally worth it! For later games in the franchise, including games like Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Odyssey Characters, I choose to fuse the official render designs with the linework used in the manual art in the earlier games. I wanted the animation to have the hand drawn feel, but still have the evolution of Mario's design aimed to hit several of the "key poses" from the Super Mario Bros official art, and “bring them to life” in the animation. In order to execute this idea, I started with several of the key frames as these key poses, with some adjustments (like eye movements, hand placements, or perspective tweaks) to flow with the animation. As far as the backgrounds go, they involve a stylistic approach to Shigehisa Nakaue's work on the fairly consistent Nintendo summer artwork. I tried to simulate this by blending some watercolor texture scans I painted with digital watercolor brushes created in Photoshop to create laying and show a brush stroke on a more rough, coarse paper. The color usage references the internal colors displayed when playing the games on their respective consoles. This challenged me when it came to using a very monochromatic color scheme in Super Mario Land's Birabuto dungeon to quite the opposite of using a wide array of color in Mario's character animation in the Super Mario Odyssey segment. Easter Eggs Woah, you actually read up to this point? Okay, well, I'll let you in on a little secret: this animation is jam packed with a ton of hidden secrets/collectables. Try to spot the following: <ul><li>Bosses and/or friendly side characters from each game</li><li>References to different Nintendo game console generations</li><li>5 cherries to give you "invincibility"</li><li>2 wonder seeds for a "sense of curiosity"</li><li>Franchise game/console codenames</li><li>A bunch of coins. Count all of them if you dare and they may reveal some meaningful Mario number lol . . . The following are variations of coins and values associated with them (does their final value mean anything?):</li></ul>⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀◦ Regular/Gold Coin - Simply 1 Coin⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀◦ Red Coin (SM64) - 1 Red Coin = 2 Coins⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀◦ Blue Coin (SM64) - 1 Blue Coin = 5 Coins⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀◦ Purple Regional Coin (SMO) - 1 Regional Coin = 2 Coins Credits Music in chronological order:0:00 ~ Super Mario Bros 2. - Ground Theme ~ Super Smash Bros. Have I made good decisions?

RyleeAdventure Poor Decision 3

RyleeAdventure Poor Decision 2

I know it was only a day ago I annouced this but I've actually made the painful decision to cancel it due to multiple factors (some of those factors being in the credits + the fact that I got a new mouse... one of them that uses a rubber ball to (slowly) move around the cursor), even though it is practically unfinished (I know I don't usually post unfinished movies onto NG but it just came to me just a couple hours ago as of typing that a bunch of people did post unfinished animations in the past, so it can't be that bad right?), I put in credits to make it look an "actual" release... so oh well, it's better than nothing I suppose. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I decided to publish it anyway mainly to show off that I can do slower camera pans, not only in gifs, BUT in movies too... so that's cool I guess Also, <a href="https://archive.org/details/theadventuresofbongo" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">for those that want to actually know what it's based on.</a> <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nDdq0bFNqa4" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">YouTube</a> (incase this goes down one way or another)<a href="https://leopard.hosting.pecon.us/dl/uywst/adventurez+of+b0ng.zip" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">.vmm</a> (for those that REALLY want to)

An animatic/storyboard based on the Wrath of the Sun OCT

Please read the <a href="https://wotsmyaugur.thecomicseries.com/comics/1/#content-start" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Audition</a> and the <a href="https://wotsmyaugur.thecomicseries.com/comics/28/#content-start" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">first Round</a> here for further context. Program used is Clip Studio Paint EX (v1.13) <a href="https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/1054921">Round 3</a> Author's Notes: This took the better part of six weeks to get set. I went into this wanting to focus more on my comic skills, but due to the combination of a shorter round-than-audition time and my own limited time outside of work, I made a last minute decision of doing an animatic as I did a quick one in-between rounds. This way, I was able to get enough story and character interaction to where I felt satisfied with how it played out. There's certainly room to grow, but I think this was both fun and exciting to do. :] Also, for those who are curious, the various monster sounds were both from Dead Space (2008) Slashers and Monster Hunter's Odagaron characters (and one fun scream from Bloodborne's Blood Starved Beast).

Wrath of the Sun: Round 2

Surely Randy is a responsible adult who recognizes what the boys are up to

Finally brave enough to try and post this. This was made right when I realized my laptop actually can process 1080p scenes. I would fuss over the decision in not up-scaling Randy's shots, among other imperfections, but I REALLY rather start a new project so...enjoy some low-res Randy. --- 2d rigs provided by IncinaNeverDies and BeanietheDAguy on DeviantArt High res bits and bobs by Miyuki Miura "Faux Sapphire Earrings", The Amazingly Randy artwork, and backgrounds by the South Park Team Further alterations by myself All other assets handled by myself With apologies to Trey Parker and Matt Stone

I had to make some scenes unnecessarily long to fit the structure of the Brazilian Portuguese version (which I did first), and my English is quite bad. Sorry about that. One of my drawings received complaints for being "suggestive," and it made me so sad that I created a court to judge the art. I couldn't let my friends judge because they wouldn't be impartial… (and because I don't have any friends…) so I let an AI do the judging with all the characters being cats.(But don't worry, the AI made such a loose script that I had to rewrite everything; the only thing that remained was the bizarre final punishment decision the judge gave… It was such a bizarre decision that I decided to make this video because I thought it would be funny)Yeah, I know... A compilation of short animations that I made

If you’re wondering why the characters look different after the first 2 animations, I made the decision a couple months back to redesign them, and those 2 animations were made before I made new designs for them. All of the voices here are text to speech.

You have destroyed my life and the lives of my family due to my addiction, and many other addictions that I have also developed because of this, which you are responsible for.So I hope you enjoyed this animation. Hospitality is the best form of gratitude

Nothing like a drink at night to unleash yourself, or loads of them. I was looking forward to finally bringing these two to the show. In this chapter, a lot of irreversible decisions will be made in the heat of the moment. A lot of tension, the fire of desire, will break the ice and release one shy bear from her self-restraining routine. Every character in the video is designed to be a consenting adult! Tears Don't Fall in Space - Ep. 2: No Home, No Escape

A more serious post than usual. I know things are scary and uncertain. Despite the horrors of the world, I don't regret the decision I made earlier this year. I got to experience some truly wonderful and beautiful moments that made things worthwhile. Speaking from experience, things can still turn around for the better. You're not alone, you're not a burden, you're not a failure, and it's not too late to reach out for help. There is still hope.

!!! Attention !!!If you're wondering why the Pilot episode was released after 5 previous episodes, please allow me to clear up any confusion! The show originally had a pilot episode that was released BEFORE the current episodes. This pilot was split into 3 parts and was animated in 9:16 format (vertical phone screen). I was still experimenting at the time and learning the ropes when it came to animation and releasing a show so in retrospect I regretted the decision of releasing the show in that format (which I changed in following episodes). The animation style was also far below the standard I set in later episodes after developing my skills and honing in stylistically. Due to all these factors I decided it was time to scrub the original pilot off the internet and recreate it with better animation, better voice acting, better sound design, and brand new added lore + scenes. Okay!!! I hope that clears up any confusion. On the bright side, if you've only just discovered this show then there are currently 5 more full episodes for you to watch right after this (Which adds up over 80 MINUTES OF ANIMATION) I hope you enjoy and are ready to join us on this amazing journey T Shirts - <a href="https://bigshotandfriends.com/products/a-j-supa%F0%9F%92%80deth-t-shirt" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://bigshotandfriends.com/products/a-j-supa%F0%9F%92%80deth-t-shirt</a>Patreon - <a href="https://www.patreon.com/bigshotandfriends" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://www.patreon.com/bigshotandfriends</a>Insta - <a href="http://instagram.com/_podge___" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">http://instagram.com/_podge___</a>Website - <a href="https://www.podge.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://www.podge.org/</a> Credits :Podge - Lead Animator/Director/WriterAlconteh - Assistant AnimatorQianson - Sound DesignSilas Roe - Lead Composer Music :Silas RoeKAMI EXPRaceCarBedLitoTheDonReevehBen CrystalT1MB3R Voice Actors :Nelson Abrego - Big ShotPJ Kanis - A.JDrew Pengilly - BossRachel Adkins - MaryRay O’Hare - O.X 1Momo Seto - O.X 2Nate Washko - O.X 3Elijah Kim - O.X GoonsPodge - Big Brother

Amture Stop-Motion Fight Featuring The Worlds Greatest Fighters.

What's up everyone! my first upload on here I guess? anyway this my first attempt of doing a Stop-Motion fight scene I know It’s not perfect I still have a lot of room for improvement and I know I won't get good ratings on this , but I feel like I should show a little of my potential of what I can do and the kind of style I'm trying to craft, when it comes to this type of animation I don't know if this the best way to described but I looking at it like sharing a rough draft an idea that hasn't been finalized. It's worth noting I've done all of this on my phone and I personally don't find it the most ideal I feel like a tablet or an iPad would benefit me more. And I've made a dumb decision by recording near by my window and as most of you could tell by the end I've lost daylight and I had to end it abruptly because my phone died.I've except feed back and advice/criticism just try to go a little easy on me lol.Later Track Name: Sharp Eye by Micheal Staple (Twilight Remix)<a href="https://soundcloud.com/djmaxeofficial/sharp-eyes-twilight-mix" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://soundcloud.com/djmaxeofficial/sharp-eyes-twilight-mix</a>

This one took long to do, ur wondering y? i have all summer to make one simple animation? well the production behind this was not easy, with scrapped animatics like the last one i uploaded. Taken from my expulsion letter when I sent it over to California Institute of the Arts: Dear Soren,It is my duty to inform you that, following a thorough review by the Academic Review Boardand in accordance with its institutional policy, you are being terminated from the CaliforniaInstitute of the Arts effective immediately.Reasons set forth by the program involve a result of violation of code of conduct exhibitedduring the production of the Student Film "Earth", which is found to be in violation of multiplesections of the Student Code of Conduct. Alongside repeated failure to gain project approvalsfrom staff and unauthorized usage of facilities and live animals, there has been violations ofinternational safety protocol at play during the production. This includes indecent exposure andself harm by genital mutilation for the sake of "authenticity", lack of etiquette towards arespected political figure and the alleged summoning of unseen entities and energies beyondhuman comprehension, localized entirely within the basement studio.Furthermore, outside of the production you have engaged in behavior deemed by staff and peersto be unsavory. This includes mailing explicit photos of fecal matter to elderly lecturers as"immersive marketing", attempting to start a trade union for the hallway shadows, and yelling ata high school tour group claiming that "Earth is fake and so is whatever form I forgot to filebefore the moon cycle resets my visa clock".Please be advised you no longer have permission to attend classes, use campus resources or bepresent on the institution's premises.
