GF's Night Out

OPENSHOT CAN YOU STOP MAKING THE VID FLICKER

Hey Openshot can you like, not make the video flicker when I'm working on it, thanksseriously what the hell openshot i'm trying to make a video here and you're just making the footage blink WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TELLING ME anyways....It's been way too long since I did one of these, holy crap. I wanted to encapsulate my feelings about how discouraged I've felt from making videos with my OCs in them, or really any characters, for that matter. I also tried working with my Android tablet with Drawpile for this, hence the experimental label, but rendering this video is the same as always; my laptop with Openshot. Before you ask, yes. I've tried rendering this video with different presets selected within Openshot and I would either not have the intro play or it would just still flicker and IT'S SUPER ANNOYING, THIS WASN'T A PROBLEM BEFORE. I tried man, I really did, but jesus christ if I had to render this vid a few more times I woulda lost my mind so y'know what? Fuck it, I'd rather get this vid up than never have it existing in the first place. .... Maybe I'll just stick with making vids the classic way, 'ol Windows Movie Maker style. Didn't quite reach that 100% I was aiming for with the result. IDK it's because I had the dimensions of the assets be 1/2 the size and then later on resized up to be 100% instead of 50%, but like, uuuuuuuuuuughhhh this was a pain to deal with. Do I need a different video editor or something? I have zero idea man. Yesterday, I tested Drawpile, and I decided to use five tools for this animation: Adobe Animate, Adobe Premiere, Krita, Drawpile, and Paint.net. Watch it on YouTube.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Follow me on: Twitter: https://x.com/NGJose1967 Deviantart: https://www.deviantart.com/elngjose YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@ngjose

4 characters, 4 styles, 4 planes and 1 big speedy boy

And so finally we send that plane off 😩📢 Context: Hello all! Here today with some interesting experiment.Back in 2023 an ad was posted looking for animators interested in some odd collaboration concept! Many answered the ad, but out of all, only 3 really cool peeps and wonderful animators remained. This was my very first attempt at hosting anything ever. Art, life and procrastination are a deadly combo and I'm forever grateful to the 3 of them. They stuck around through thick and thin, patient as we figured our way out in this unusual but incredible collab! Credits and infos: Time taken:From July16th 2023 to September 16th 2023, in weekly group sessions. The collab could have been put together a lot faster but that's my bad. The editing half took a while (only started in 2024 and done recently). I learned from my mistakes and the ones to come should be smooth sailing!
