Mizuki wanted to give Danzer a fun gift for his BDay, but her cocky attitude gets her into a rough spot as she bets to Danzer that she can handle his huge gator meat with ease. So she offers to him "You can use me like a toy for your birthday, I can handle it gator boy ;p"Danzer's got a new froggy toy, however Danzer tends to be really rough with his toys... and often breaks them. Animation tests for an upcoming project, let's see if it ever gets released...

ShenaniGANG (Animation Tests)

My college semester is wrapping up and I took a 3d animation class! So thought I'd share what I learned during my time in school. Honestlyyy it wasn't that big of a hurdle to jump, having so much experience with 2D stuff really helped ease me in. It was more-so adjusting to the new program that was the real challenge, navigating the interface, learning the shortcuts, figuring out how to do what I want to do, stuff like that. But when I started actually animating, it came somewhat natural, so I didn't really struggle in this class, it was fun! I got so many weird looks from my teacher when she saw my "stylized walk cycles", that was worth the price of admission alone. Even if this video was kinda eh, I hope you still had fun watching, I'm still working on bigger more traditional animations, so sorry for the wait.Till next time!

2D Animator (Me) spends 3 months learning 3D (not 2D), was it worth it? (probably)

Blue Archive-Hoshino vs creatures and more

wanted to learn how to animate this was my first attempt at anything over 1 minute

When I first started making this I had no idea what I was doing spent a little over a year learning the basic principles of animation as I was animating it with help from (KRyy's) (how to animate madness combat tutorial) and (the 12 principles of animation) by (Allen Becker) .I know its not great but i did my best granted I had no prior experience and didn't know what arcs, ease in and out, or masking was at first lol. My subscription to the editing software i was using ran out and they wanted me to pay to use basic features like exporting audio, and pngs so i kinda rushed the ending and a few sound effects are missing. Also (NO AI WAS USED) I wanted to learn how to animate, using lazy ass AI would defeat the purpose of learning so I personally spent countless hours key framing on this in an attempt to see if I could do it and to pay respect to the source material and madness combat in general!!! I have receipts in the form of live streams showing the hours of effort I put in to prove it if for some dumb reason I need to.Originally wanted to share it Madness Day 2025 but I wasn't finished till March after it ended so I privated it and waited till Madness Day 2026 to republish it . Better late than never I guess. HAPPY MADNESS DAY 2026 !!! And thanks so much for watching!!! GRIMTHEGAMER

Youtube: <a href="https://youtu.be/2R-e2iZZW-o" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://youtu.be/2R-e2iZZW-o</a> "They didn't even return the money back!" Man, i had A LOT of fun with this one, my biggest dream was to make a stop motion episode, and while this obviously doesn't look like real stop motion, it still has that vibe and i personally like it a lot (Tho i can understand this might look creepy or uncanny to some!) This episode was more of a "Test Animation", because i plan on making this style my "secondary art stye", it's gonna appear in more episodes, so i needed a more simple episode just so that i can ease myself into this style and get more comfortable with it, which is why the plot is fast and kind of like a speedrun of a Groovy Dudes episode! But i still enjoy it, and since i now know how to animate this style, i'm probably gonna be more "ambitious" with the episodes. Also, while this art style will appear more (Again, it's my "second art style" now!). I'll also have more episodes where the art style is changed, like i plan on making an episode called "Door OS" that starts out in 2D but the characters are sucked in a computer and become more 3D tho they will obviously still be animated like they're 2D since it all just be basic 3D shapes photoshoped similarly to this animation, but they'll look slightly "cleaner", and the backgrounds will still be actual 3D, i might reinstall gmod again and have them interact inside a couple of those maps (Tho i'm too scared to pirate it cause i don't know if i'll get a virus XD) And, i also plans to make a lineless style, similar to something like Samurai Jack! Anyways, that's all i have for today, cya till then next episode, bye :D

Nico Robin and Roronoa Zoro got bored one day...

After four grueling months lost at sea due to a compass malfunction, our favorite pirate crew has finally found solid ground. The sexual tension between Robin and Zoro was at all-time high and they both know their chance has finally arrived. They volunteer to guard the ship as the rest of the crew goes to look for supplies. With limited amount of time for privacy they get right to it. They kiss passionately for a few minutes as Robin's arms begin caressing and fondling Zoro's muscular body. They begin removing his clothes all at once. "You are so shredded. I've been wanting to do this for a very long time." she whispers to him as her six hands begin to focus on his package. "These look so full baby. Please tell me there's four months' worth of semen in here. Funny thing is I have an addiction to seamen and semen too." says Robin as she gets down on her knees. She begins sucking on his cock passionately. "My cock is really making you drool fast. I've never felt a mouth this wet in my life. I got to admit, I've had a crush on you since we first met." says Zoro over the loud slurping sounds coming from Robin's magical throat. "I always wondered what you could do to me with all these hands of yours. Ohhh sweet mother of... But this is better than all the dreams I had about you. Ughhh. Yeah, just like that." he says as his cock grows quickly inside her mouth making her choke with spit coming out of her nose. He flips her around quickly and holds her body up with incredible ease as he begins to penetrate her dripping pussy. "All that frothy spit makes amazing lube. I see you're pretty wet down here too." says Zoro as he begins to pound her slowly to stretch out her pussy lips and then increasing in speed as his massive testicles swing up to smash onto her clitoris making her scream. His unmatched stamina really showed as he made her orgasm multiple times. Managing to hold back his massive load as he edges over and over. When she got three of her hands to massage his testicles, he knew it was game over. "I cannot keep edging babe. And yes, I haven't jerked to you in months, so I hope you are ready." says Zoro as he flips her over to receive a facial. "Let me fuck your face one more time first." She slobs his knob to perfection and he cannot get enough. "Ohhh Yeah! Hot mama Robin, don't stop giving me that sweet sloppy throat!"

Shipmates

When the walls start moving, it’s already too late.

A strange golden insect crawls into a bedroom on a stifling summer night. As it invades the sleeping body, the walls begin to shift and pulse — and the nightmare begins. This film was created in just two weeks, in collaboration with friends from different countries. On the surface, it unfolds like a fever dream, but beneath that, it serves as a metaphor for the experience of body dysphoria at the onset of puberty. Many trans people feel more at ease with their bodies during early childhood, before any visible traits begin to define them by sex. But as their bodies start to change, a sense of terror can emerge. The invading bug in the film symbolizes that moment when unwanted changes begin, and a cascade of complex feelings and thoughts takes over. It's about that invasion, both physical and psychological.

Pawns and Pieces is a claymation project I began working on in 2022. I came up with the premise for the film shortly after completing Clash of the Clay back in 2020, initially titled "Clash of the Clay 2". After making A Grand Day for Fishing in 2021, this project became my centre focus of that year, through to 2022. As I developed the idea, it became more complex than the Clash of the Clay sequel I had planned. The film was to follow a chess game, the queens of either side playing to impress a mysterious creature that lives inside one of the vases of the table (the lizard-like green thing sitting in the brass goblet), with the gormless pawns and pieces going along with it, the greatest threat to the game and the entertainment of the green thing being the friendship of the White and Red Kings. The game I chose to base my story on was Game 15 of Spassky vs Fischer 1972 - the reason for this being that in order for the third act to work, I needed a game that ended on a draw with all of the kings and queens in tact. You can view the game here and compare the movements to that in the film: <a href="https://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=1044730" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=1044730</a> What you see here is the second act of the film, mostly animated and partially storyboarded. The first and third act were never animated, but the former was fully storyboarded. The reason I began with the second act first is because (on paper) it moved at a nice slow pace, which would allow me to ease myself into the more complex parts of the film. It was also the seemingly shortest of the three! Production was halted to work on my final University project; The Curse of Dracular. I had planned to continue working on it afterwards, but it became evident that the idea I had developed was far too large for me to complete on my own - the second act of the film coming to around ten minutes, which was only partially animated and the rest left to an animatic. In the middle of 2023, the company that produces the plasticine I use (Newclay), also announced their closure, and I’d still need tons of the stuff to complete my film (still have a bulk load knocking about somewhere, though). This spanner in the works allowed me to take a step back, evaluate the uphill battle this project was going to be, and accept that I would not be able to complete it. So for now, it is shelved. Initially I was very sad about this as I felt I had come up with some great scenes and gags that would never be brought to life, along with many sketchbooks filled with concept art and storyboards. However, I now appreciate this little venture as a great learning curve; sculpting and animating more detailed characters, prop-making and animating walk cycles. I’m sure elements of this film will also be reused in future projects. Perhaps down the line I might even reboot it with a team of people to refine it and finally get it completed! Getting this thing posted is long, LONG overdue, but getting it out there is a weight off my shoulders. I hope you enjoy! Additional music provided by Musopen.

Rifles Rifles is another digital collage motion graphic, as part of a series that plays with print collage in an animated format. This one's got way more energy than the Motomag Vol.1 mograph, super chuffed with it.

Rifles Rifles

Experimental motion graphics, animated versions of compositions from my MOTOMAG zine series. Did this one about a year ago, first of a series, I've much improved my workflow for this sorta thing since... Very interested in giving new life to imagery from the past, what that is and how that comes together. The music is from a game jam I worked on, had to produce a fake radio show for an office setting.

Silly Billy returns with a brand-new style in a remake of his first eight rap battles!

This is a remake of the first eight episodes of the Epic Rap Battle comic series, originally created by WitchDoctorDB and adapted into video form by me. Originally, i animated the comics in their original style as created by the original creator. However in order to promote the ninth and final episode, I decided to redraw and reanimate the first eight episodes and compile them into a single collection. While it was made to promote, this collection was also created to help ease older fans into the new art style that would be used in the final episode.

Silly Billy: The Beginning

I tried experimenting with positions and proportions in this one!! the little wolf guy in the video is my fursona, rex the coyote. I threw him in mostly because I can't draw people lmao. just a little vent about an old friend who "unfriended" me irl over roblox, and it affected me a lot and negatively because I didn't understand why at the time.I'm still recovering, I don't usually post vents but I really wanted to use this song tbh lol

PUT YOUR MIND AT EASE.

[Super Mario RPG] A retelling of the Star Road Warrior’s story in an animatic format.

The Star Road Warrior’s story retold in an animatic/motion comic format. SPOILER WARNING: This animation covers a lot of ground in the Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars storyline. Despite some of the original storyline being retold in a different light in this project, I recommend playing either the original game or the remake first if you want to avoid any potential Super Mario RPG spoilers. Frogfucius, also warns you at the beginning XD If you couldn't tell already, I'm a huge fan of the Mario RPGs, and PMTTYD and SMRPG: LotSS are two of my favorite Nintendo games. It's so exciting that these two RPGs were both remade and released within a year apart from each other (and M&amp;L: Brothership later this year as well!). It’s wild that the Super Mario RPG remake was developed by Nintendo and Square Enix, which seems like an unlikely partnership nowadays! I can't believe these two remakes are still real! Be on the lookout for many hidden Mario RPG references - across the Super Mario PRG, Paper Mario, and Mario &amp; Luigi series in the animatic. At the announcement of the Super Mario RPG Remake I started to work on this animatic. With my Donkey Kong animation nearing completion I decided to sideline that project for a little while and make DK the priority. Returning to this project every so often with my interest perked at more Mario RPG announcements, I decided to complete this in a more animatic-like format. For anyone unaware of the character Geno (or ♡ ♪ ! ?) from Super Mario RPG, he is a star spirit that inhabits a wooden doll owned by a young Toad boy, named Gaz. Geno has been sent from a “higher authority” to restore peace in Mario’s world. His purpose is essential to the Super Mario RPG storyline, and when fighting in battle he acts as a glass cannon (with high offense and low defense). In my opinion, he is one of the coolest and chillest Mario characters and he has only been on this one stand alone game (with a few notable references in other Nintendo games). Square (Square Enix nowadays) had previously described Geno having close resemblance to "Pinocchio" in a Nintendo Power article. This animatic is a little unorthodox and in some ways feels closer to a finished animation and in some ways not. It's more of a hybrid between a motion comic and an animatic, with some more heavily animated elements mixed in. I also wanted to give each character their own unique outline color, to make them all stand out from each other as well as background elements. The colored outline for the characters also represents life - which is most notable when the Geno doll is inhabited by the star spirit. It may be disappointing that this is not in full color and as of sharing this, I don’t plan to continue to build on this project, in an effort to pursue newer and different animation ideas. This project was not built at all with Adobe Animate (my typical animation tool), instead I had just used Adobe Photoshop and created animation through the use of layer comps. This style is mostly experimental and I don’t plan to continue in this format. Initially this process seemed to work quite well (when more story boarding the animatic), but when it came to animating sections the process felt a bit clunkier in my opinion, despite the ease to create some different line work and broader depth in shading the characters. This animatic also brings back my amateur voice acting and this surely tested out my range with a whole bunch of characters lol. I had a focus on trying to voice all of the characters and avoid the use of any voice clips from Mario games. It was fun trying to recreate some classic Mario voice impressions and at the same time create new voices for Geno, Mallow, Bowyer and other Super Mario RPG characters. Check out the extensive change list below! Update v0.5 release notes:NEW: Experimental feature - You can now make your own motion capture animations. The focus here is on ease of use - simply press the select button (there's a prompt that pops up) while grabbing a sphere to start recording. Press it again to stop recording and play back the animation as a loop! You can for example record movement to a characters hip, then while that plays back record another movement to their arms or legs and layer it up. This is experimental and quite basic in functionality (no saving yet), but later I should be able to make it work with elbow and knee controls, maybe it could even be used to record motions for toys, lights and other objects.NEW: I finally managed to add elbow and knee controls! This has been requested since day one but I hadn't had a chance to work on it until now. They are hidden by default, with an option to toggle visibility in the animation menu.NEW: 57 new face morphs, including eye shape, size, position and angle, and new nose and mouth shapes.NEW: Face morphs are now organised into sub categories (nose, mouth, eyes etc) for ease of use.NEW: The clothing system has been completely re-done and improved on. It's now possible to add and remove as many clothing slots as you like, and each slot can have any item of clothing equipped. This makes it possible to combine items and accessories in any way you like.NEW: Clothing colours can now be edited! Some items have multiple sections to edit.NEW: Click on a morph name to go into "Thumbstick mode". You can then adjust and scroll through the list using the thumbstick which makes it much easier to keep your eyes on the girl and see the changes.NEW: Auto stretch setting - the ass and pussy gradually stretch and become wider as they are penetrated. Afterwards they will slowly return to their original state.NEW TOY: Doe strap-on. This is still work in progress. Once inserted use the attach system to attach it to the characters pelvis and keep it firmly in place.NEW: Drink collectables with dynamic fluids (WIP). A few of these are scattered around the ship, they don't do anything yet but in another update I'll be adding the names chosen by patrons and a collectable system which keeps track of which ones you've found.NEW: Thumbstick deadzone setting, this should fix any problems with drifting.NEW: Dark empty environment very similar to the Quest level, it's simplicity (it's literally just a floor mesh) should give you better performance than some of the other environments. There's also no baked lighting so you can create a nice dynamic lighting setup from scratch.NEW: 10 new clothing items/accessories including 2 pairs of stockings.NEW: Added 3 new built in scenes and updated the old ones.NEW: Added 5 new character presets and updated the old ones.NEW: The attach system for joint handles now works in VR. Select a joint handle by grabbing it and then press the attach button in the Animation menu. The laser will turn blue, aim and press the select button to choose an object and attach. You can attach two characters hips together for example, or attach their hands to a table etc.NEW: Playing without motion controllers is now much better. This is good if you don't have a full PC VR system yet, like a DK2 or any cheap mobile headset supported by RiftCat for example. You can now grab and pose characters and move toys and objects with the middle mouse button. The laser is now controlled by moving the mouse instead of turning your head.NEW: Added Vive tracker instructions to the help menu/startup room.IMPROVED: Clothing assets are now loaded asynchronously when they are needed which saves memory, improves loading times and eliminates stuttering during loading. This is essential to keep memory usage down in the future when there will be a lot more clothing items.IMPROVED: Character lights are now turned off by default.IMPROVED: Clothing system now supports accessories with physics like the bunny ears (more to come later).FIXED: Grabbing the head should be easier now.FIXED: Crash when placing a character between the chair and the desk in the captain quarters.FIXED: When loading a character created in an older build the custom morph values should now be retained and any new morphs will be added to the character with their default value. Known Issues:- Motion captured animations do not save yet.- Object attachments do not save yet.- Recording animations is experimental and missing some features. There's no way to control playback or clear a recorded animation yet, and you can't re position an animated point. As a workaround you can save and re load the character in place, or move the overall scale slider which will remove any animations. I will add more controls later!- When a mocap animation loops it's not smooth, I should be able to fix this later by adding a blend.

It's now possible to add and remove as many clothing slots as you like, and each slot can have any item of clothing equipped. Clothing colours can also be edited! You'll be able to combine lots of different items and accessories this way. I've also done a lot of optimisation, clothing meshes and textures are now loaded asynchronously when they are needed which saves memory, improves loading times and eliminates stuttering when objects are loaded. This is essential for good performance in the future when there will be a lot more clothing items. I've added 57 new face morphs, including eye shape, size, position and angle, and new nose and mouth shapes. They are also now organised into sub categories (nose, mouth, eyes etc) for ease of use! There's a new "Gape" animation setting, when enabled the ass and pussy gradually stretch and become wider as they are penetrated. Afterwards they will slowly return to their original state. I've also added a new environment very similar to the Quest level, the simplicity (it's literally just a floor mesh) gives better performance for creating more complex scenes! There's no baked lighting so you can create nice lighting setups with dynamic lights. There's a few more things to add to finish off this update, but it shouldn't be too long before it's complete, I'll post an update once it's ready!
