King Bubbler is out of prison and now he's back!

After King Bubbler and General Boring's escape, they come back more vengeful and with the Bubble Army rejuvenated, they would soon regain strength, and strike back by launching their long awaited invasion as the aftermath of the prison break is being processed. And now both Scooterman and Gus now has to fight against the menace that is the Bubble Army, now regenerated and vengeful again. Making this 1 is quite the shit show. This is by far the 1st (and hopefully the only) time I have literally gone through development hell. And production of this film, I did not anticipate how much of a shit show making this film would've been. This was made between Autumn 2024 to Spring 2025, but I got burnt out many times on this 1. I was experimenting with trying to make a Scooterman film using Vegas and using its image frame motion features, but the problem with that is that the frames do get into unusual aspect ratios when I click options to get them to move, and having to constantly fix that was a headache in itself. So yeah, this is kind of the 1st animation film I made using Vegas and while the motions are a bit more smooth, it was energy consuming. And while yes ColtRockGreen has done plenty of the work, I didn't think I'd burn out so easily, especially right after making my last Gacha Mini Movie prior to this non-Gacha film, Swallowing Blood (the rest of its plot that is). This film has been shelved for a long time from 2025 until this year. While I also have thought of remaking it from ground up. My brother and I can't do much with it either since my brother was already burnt out himself doing his GMOD film Revenge on Nijima. So co-ordination for this film is a bit laggy, and while I make my estimated prediction with what I originally intended for the plot, I feel like doing all of its intended plot might've dragged this film out to the point where it becomes as long as a full feature length film like what happened with Revenge on Nijima, so to prevent another Nijima effect, I have decided to split the film's plot in half into 2 films, so since half of its plot it done, I'll just be leaving this film as is and make it a part 1, with another continuation coming later instead of any actual end. At this point, I feel like this current arc I have planned to end, had unintentionally festered up its own sub-trilogy within itself, which I call the Dr. Bubbles trilogy, so expect another film with Dr. Bubbles as the unintended central antagonist in the later films to come I guess. And also the motion blur was from compressing the clips together over and over again, I mean I get that the motions may be unusual, but this was kind of my 1st time trying to make an animation film and putting frames and stuff together on Vegas, so I was inexperienced in Vegas when I made this, but after this film, all future Scooterman films will be made on Movie Maker instead since this experiment turned out to be an energy consuming, image bending, and motion blurring failure.

Four madness collab invitations. (But sry, I won't join any, except for...) /// INTRODUCTION
Hi. This is work of my last 5 months. I put lots of my ideas into that. If it doesn't make you laugh, no problem. I know that there are lots of jokes in it, but this is not supposed to cause ROFL, smile on face is enough :D. And it is not a pure comedy, there is also a lot of action in. Do not believe the beginning, THIS IS NOT SERIOUS. /// STORY
I hope you understood that if you already saw that. But if not, it is here:
Because of last working ID, Tricky was resurrected. He gets into a bus and kills everyone in. Yes, there are some bosses, two of them also got on, one just fell onto it(try to find the way how did he get there :D). After he killed the driver, he turned round the bus and drives back to happening in MC9. Why ? It does not matter. His try becomes another failure because of some momment in MC9.

1509 library items
*.fla size - 165 MB
9087 frames

- Please, do not quit it every time there is a black screen or it is going slow(lags, text). You will know when it will end.
- If you want to respond to my response of your review, write a comment on my userpage. I am checking it very often.
- Do not vote 0 just because i used "Standard stolen Krinkels's unoriginal sprites". I had to use some parts of original Mc animation, so i made the rest in the same style. Also, if you want to know, I drew the bus, background, one weapon(RPG at the beginning), Hanklold, Piemoss, all the blood effects menu, etc.
- Loading fixed. Enjoy, if you can, and have mad Madness day :D

Two no-name animators seek revenge and a hostage after their Flash is "unfairly" blammed.

THIS VIDEO HAS BROKEN! WHEN IT STOPS AFTER "BEST MOVIE EVER" RIGHT CLICK AND PRESS PLAY! RUNNING TIME: 13:27 Thank you SO much for the Daily Feature, Newgrounds voters and thank you, Tom for front page! This is all a HUGE honor! Thanks for Underdog of the Week, too! I actually think that award speaks volumes in this instance. In this Flash two no-name Flash animators (RSQViper & boinky33) create their finest work yet only to see their worst dreams come true as their Flash is an utter failure. To climb their way to fortune and fame, they have but one choice: destroy all famous Flash and capture a famous Flash animator for ransom in order to gain front page. Will they reach stardom or will they slip up in their foolproof plan? This movie stars tons of Newgrounds icons, from Bitey to Blockhead and Waterman to Tom Fulp, himself! ALL reviews will be responded to. This is one of the more unique collabs found on Newgrounds. One artist would create a background for a scene and place all voices, then animate their character(s) and then send the .FLA to the other artist to place their character(s) into the Flash in the same scene. You will see two completely different graphical and animation styles RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER. With over 16,000 frames of animation spread thru 16 scenes and a body count of 39, this Flash took just over 9 months to create. We're basically giving birth to it today. It's our love child. Please enjoy.
