Ready to plug yourself back into the world of The Lewesky Show?

(MILD SEIZURE AND VOLUME WARNING: NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WITH EPILEPSY OR SENSITIVE HEARING. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO GENERATIVE AI WILL BE USED IN THE RE-PLUGGED IN SERIES.) THIS IS A COLLABORATIVE PROJECT WITH CO-DIRECTION BY FRIDAYNIGHTFAN2500 AND HOSTED BY BELLKATHOMPSON24. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DON'T DISAPPOINT THE QUIZMASTER. IT'S TIME TO BE REPLUGGED IN. While not much is known about the series right now, The Lewesky Show is both an original (although more [adult swim]-esque) cartoon series that had been running for approximately 1989 to 2001. With the series being found more commonly in 1994, it was thought that would be the point we know the most. For context, Lewesky has three other friends as main characters, so including her we currently have Lewesky the Cat, Mangoes the Dog, Mitchy the Mouse and Stephanie the Rabbit. It was thought to have been lost to time, but... as the years went by, so did the world a familiar company had created. And eventually... the return of Lewesky became a reality. However, with all these really big changes, Lewesky had... changed. Not necessarily being the one going into a rampage and killing anyone, but having no memory of why she was in this world in the first place. Without help, she may never find out. And with someone archiving the story, it is unknown what is to come next. But what can be certain is that if she cannot control the anomaly that has broken free from the world, the world around them will become just a burning memory. Roadkill Studios: Official Opening

Read the description for lore and detailed programme information.

Conquer the Foe To all those whose truth has been silenced or forgotten.— RKS _______FOREWORD:Conquer the Foe is Roadkill Studios first ever short film. It is a hand-drawn anti-incidentalist film which pays homage to classic point-and-click Flash game culture. The film began development in March 2025, and was composed, illustrated, edited, written, and published by one amateur artist. All music and artwork was created by me, although some characters and visual elements are deliberate homages to, adaptations of, or parodies of works that influenced the film. At the centre of the film is the film theory principle of anti-incidentalism. The notion that every visible character in a film must have a defined history and identity, irrespective of whether that history is immediately apparent to the viewer. The film is therefore intended to be experienced not merely as a graphic chase scene, but as insight into fragments of a larger world beyond what the viewer sees on screen. The need for a film like this is to fulfil the duty of laying the groundwork for a comprehensive anti-incidentalist narrative long term. In some respect, the "art" of anti-incidentalism is to attempt to prepare for questions that will be asked in the future. The film was created both as an exploration of this principle and as a personal homage to the visual and artistic style of 2010s Flash games. Conquer the Foe is the first major release under Roadkill Studios, and it represents the start of a wider body of work that the studio will continue to develop over time. _______ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:Hundreds of hours were dedicated to the completion of this short film. Although entirely created by one individual, we must thank the developers whose artistic influences enabled this film to be made in the first place. We thank Chriss Martin, Yan Lepage, Mario Boutin, Jo Fortier and Josee Godbout for Desolation: The Stages of Anxiety. Their work on this project is noted for the prominent grim-minimalist art style and inspiration for many character designs in the film. Stage 1 was constructed as a tribute to Desolation.Credit: https://www.kongregate.com/en/games/webcypher?page=7 We thank Hyptosis for The Sagittarian and for his excellent hand-drawn style, which inspired the horde/chase elements of the film and several character designs, particularly in Stage 2.Credit: https://hyptosis.newgrounds.com/ We thank Mateusz Skutnik for Submachine, and for over 20 years of consistent artistic output and contribution to the point-and-click genre, the influence of which cannot go unnoticed for this film.Credit: https://www.mateuszskutnik.com/ We thank Patrick Majewski for Monster Basement and its sequel. We also thank Patrick Majewski for permission to include The Mud Vile from Monster Basement as part of this film.Credit: https://godlimations.newgrounds.com/ We thank Igor Stravinsky for The Rite of Spring. A composition that completely redefined modern music and paved the way for many of the film soundtracks released in the last century. From the creator:To my mentors from the conservatory — whose names have been omitted for privacy — I thank you for your knowledge and expertise in which you shared with great generosity. The role of mentor should not be undervalued, for the role they play in forming a trainee's professional (and sometimes personal) life can be profound. Their contributions both directly and indirectly have helped shape the vision of this film and will define all future Roadkill Studios productions. I remain indebted to them for their dedication, patience, and time they commit to providing guidance and mentorship. _______Stage Descriptions:

Prelude - The point in time before any disturbance. The prelude is the calm before the storm.

Stage 1 - The first stage is the experience of a sudden distressing event; this stage is the realisation that something has gone horribly wrong as panic sets in.

Stage 2 - This is the stage where panic is quickly replaced by a state of blunt, numbing dissociation.

Stage 3 - Stage three is where the density of consciousness reaches its breaking point. Sanity is erased following a flash of light, and the incomprehensible suddenly becomes known.

Stage 4 - Consciousness returns hours later; the embers of the previous stages continue to burn as comprehension slowly reconsolidates. Episodes of delirium continue, with flashes of mnemonic rupture followed by further disorientation. The acute event is over but effects fluctuate over several hours.

Support Roadkill Studios on Ko-Fi: https://ko-fi.com/roadkillstudiosofficial NOTICE: This film contains disturbing, graphic, and mature material. Blood in the Cut (tw eyestrain/flashing lights)

i dunno im kinda just fricking around don't take this seriouslu

Was playing around with a GarageBand plugin and made a cool sound (melody inspired by this song oops: https://youtu.be/PLJCcZPWiV8). Then I wanted to do something with it, so after some thought I pictured flashing between photos to the melody. Once I thought of that I wanted "something simple" art-wise and pictured a different solid color for each flashing image then decided to use my OCs and then this happened auhwah. Anyways feel free to use the song just credit me n stuff. Characters (left to right) are Tippie, Topper, and Clover, from my story "Best of Luck!!"

An Encounter with Temptation [Found Footage]

Short animatic featuring Anise Uikeyou trying to contain an incident at the Halbe Guild

In the city of Stoliczgrad, the Halbe guild's engineer, Anise Uikyou, wakes up and clocks in to work. Upon entering her laboratory, she encounters a crucial problem with the main component of her energy generator. Following a shutdown caused by a power outage affecting the entire guild, the machine and the Mono-Rail Freight Systems connected to it lose functionality. Under the immense pressure of trying to fix the device, she comes face-to-face with one of her biggest fears - complete system failure. A Brawlers World fan animatic, set in the wake of disaster

Another Brawlers World fan animatic. I intended to have it finished around Halloween last year, but I ended up overshooting it by a week or two. Honestly, I'm not completely happy with how it came out. The project became very unstable partway through, which limited me and made exporting the video a complete nightmare. For instance, the rain layer somehow came to weigh 40 GBs in memory, making it impossible to save the file again, and crashing the program 6 times, crashing Windows Explorer 2 times, and somehow crashing Firefox once. I'm sure there was probably some better way to do it, but I was kind of in too deep to back out. So if I went to open the file right now, it wouldn't actually be the finished thing; the latest save is close to finished, but basically each time it would crash I would have to re-do the final bit of work because I couldn't actually save the final version before exporting. Also, I would've liked to, well...animate it a bit more, but that's on me. The better I've gotten at drawing, the worse I've gotten at animating, and now animating feels so incredibly painful to me, that I ended up not fleshing this out as much as I could have. The only solution is to do more animation, I suppose. But also I use Krita, which is great for drawing, but in my experience is only okay for animation and tends to be pretty buggy and unstable, but it's also my only option and I don't want to learn another program just for animation either. Oof...! However...I am satisfied with how the tone and atmosphere came out. To get back to the point, Brawlers World feels like it has so much to explore, in so many different times and places. This idea had been on my mind for a while, so I was determined to get it out there no matter how painful it became.

Chicken Little ReHatched!

A man comes home to a surprise involuntary guest and reacts accordingly.

A little warning: Some flashing video effects (Lights Flickering On/Off)This man, we'll call him 'Buddy', returns home from a date with some snacks bought for his brother and has a quick supernatural encounter. Is it a chance encounter or a planned intrusion? ----- Personal Note -----The quality itself has some issues because I barely use Blender and I definitely messed up on setting up keyframes, so some shots got extremely inconsistent. The good news is I learned how to do it better, the bad news is I wouldn't be able to fix it by my Halloween deadline lol. I may make more to expand on it down the line, just gonna do it in a less time constrained way next time. I focused more on the latter half than the first, so it does look a lot more choppy there. The SFX itself I went and found or made in the last two days, so that also may not work the best either, but we work with what we got lmao.
