THE SKELD SKINWALKER [Among us Horror]

Short animatic featuring Anise Uikeyou trying to contain an incident at the Halbe Guild

In the city of Stoliczgrad, the Halbe guild's engineer, Anise Uikyou, wakes up and clocks in to work. Upon entering her laboratory, she encounters a crucial problem with the main component of her energy generator. Following a shutdown caused by a power outage affecting the entire guild, the machine and the Mono-Rail Freight Systems connected to it lose functionality. Under the immense pressure of trying to fix the device, she comes face-to-face with one of her biggest fears - complete system failure. TOTALLY REAL HALBE SERIES PRODUCTION STORYBOARD LEAKSdecided to post the animatic i made a few months ago as an assignment, this features some oc lore (voices by pingyelloe and my friend dan!!) the process was fun and i enjoyed fleshing out my characters and their setting; smth that im especially proud of is the environment design since i want it to resemble a proper eastern european setting;a lot of the inspo behind my work here was my own oc plans along with parts of evangelion, lain, and half-life;

Introducing my solo game project, Misfit Company!

Hey everyone! I left Newgrounds a while ago to pursue some projects, and now I want to come back to start sharing my art and other projects! I am thrilled to finally share what I have been working on through a lot of late nights over the past year!Here is a teaser of my first solo indie game, "Misfit Company."Lead a squad of specialists deep behind enemy lines in a gritty, boots-on-the-ground struggle to dismantle the enemy's war machine from the inside out. You will face down engines of war on land and in the air, all in an effort to prevent the launch of a mechanical abomination that threatens to reshape the continent. The goal of this project is to combine the handcrafted frame-by-frame visuals of the most captivating aspects of today's animated films and television shows while giving the player a seamless action-packed narrative experience where every finisher and interaction feels like a scene from a top-tier animated series. Now that I am finally sharing this project, I want to give some context on how this project has progressed over the past year. I am currently working on this project as a solo developer, and everything you see in the screenshots and teaser was created entirely by me. It's been a ton of fun but a lot to manage while balancing a full-time job and children to raise. In the fall of 2024, I was laid off and was just coming off Halo Infinite, so I took some time to reset, and after a few weeks, I was interviewing with Riot and actually received an offer to join the team down in Sydney. I sadly didn't take the job at that time because I had the opportunity to work with a few past colleagues on some really cool stuff at Meta, and it allowed my kids to stay close to their relatives here in Canada. In November, I was watching Arcane, and I had an idea for a project that hit me like a freight train, and that would become this story of a band of Misfits. As I went into 2025, I already wrote out the foundation for the story and was starting to storyboard out every cinematic the game would require while scouring my film and game libraries for as much storytelling reference as possible. As the year progressed, I started working on the prototype, but also created a large library of concept art, 3D assets, and fully polished characters that would help establish the art direction. What has been really exciting is that I am producing everything on my own with a fresh mindset towards production compared to my AAA experience, and creating a purely handcrafted experience using my 10+ years of experience in games. Now back to our regularly scheduled programming! Steam page!Teaser Trailer!

Jurassic Narc: The Freight Yard – Ghosts Don’t Die (Animated Short)

It’s where loyalty, betrayal, and guilt collide — and where our amphibious antihero, Commissioner Olover Hopz, comes face to face with a ghost from his past: Chuck Fettuccine, his long-lost partner turned revenant with a gun and a grudge.Visually, this project pushes a hybrid style — 2D hand animation mixed with comic panel stills, cinematic camera moves, and pulpy atmosphere. Think Sin City meets BoJack Noir, with that signature Lude Concepts grimy edge. Every frame is designed to feel like a lost page from a crime comic.⚙️ What’s Happening Right NowThis project is currently deep in WIP (Work in Progress) mode — animated live on TikTok, where you can catch the process as it happens: rough sketches, frame breakdowns, voice recording sessions, and the occasional caffeine meltdown.The goal is to not just show the process — but to build the world in real time with anyone who wants to be part of it. Artists, animators, sound designers, voice actors, or even storytellers who want to throw their creative DNA into this world — this is your invite. 💀 Why This MattersThe Freight Yard story is a key piece of the larger Jurassic Narc mythology. It dives into the psychological decay that drives these characters — and sets up threads that will connect directly to the main series and future episodes.It’s personal, gritty, and full of that “animated fever dream” energy that made Jurassic Narc what it is.💸 Crowdfunding & CollaborationThis isn’t a corporate-backed studio piece — it’s a community-built passion project.If you dig the style, the vibe, or the chaos of indie animation, support and collaboration mean everything right now. Whether it’s helping fund production, offering creative input, or sharing the project with people who’d love it — every bit of energy helps bring this vision closer to the finish line.🎨 Interested in joining or supporting the project?

DM me here or hit up ludeconcepts.com

Follow @LudeConcepts on TikTok and Instagram for live animation updates

Drop your ideas, art, or sound reels in the comments — let’s build something raw and unforgettable

The freight yard is alive again.The ghosts are waiting.And this time… they’re not staying buried.– Lou Perez / Lude Concepts#JurassicNarc #AnimationWIP #IndieAnimation #Newgrounds #GhostsDontDie #2DAnimation #CrowdfundIndieArt

A work-in-progress preview of the side freight door and lift of one of my starship builds. The door is opened and raised with hydraulic pistons. The lift uses hydraulic power winches and cables to extend and retract the lift, as well as raising and lowering the lift platform. Still plenty of details to model for the mechanisms and controls and the platform itself.
