This episode is about the job market and gambling. Like earlier episodes, I used AI to animate the AI character. Although, I used a lot less AI in this video.

Trailer for our indie animated pilot Off RIP.

OFF RIP | OFFICIAL TRAILER For the last two long years, Cap Gun was formed by four inspiring artists who have a strong passion for animation and comedic storytelling. With the hardships of the current animation industry, they knew they couldn't rely on the industry to get better on it's own. With the rise of indie animation taking the internet by storm, Cap Gun Studio has come to bring you a brand new take on adult animation. OFF RIP is about three adolescent boys, who go out on Halloween night as a last ditch effort to remember what's left of their youth. Halloween isn't just for kids. High School has just begun as we follow Ratt, Tat, and Uno on their journey to rediscover their excitement for life and what it means to live in the moment. Thank you to ALL of the artists and talented voice actors who have helped us make this film a reality! Animated Storytime: Jobs That Went Sideways

Heya newgrounds, this is a compilation of animatics I did for ocs of mine 😎🙏

Howdy, I just wanted to come in and explain what exactly this whole thing is. These are a group of characters a part of a hypothetical game I might make if the cards are played right. The tldr is that they’re mercenaries in a future where the company “Buddy Corp” has basically a whole monopoly and control of the world (think Buy n large from wall-e). They do jobs like payload, capture control points etc. the big thing is that respawning is a massive lore thing but I’m not gonna get to deep into it here. This compilation has VOICE CLAIMS so that’s cool. Anyways I’ll stop yapping and just hope there’s some enjoyment out of this. Wanna see more art and stuff just go to the links in my socials. That’s all and until we meet again

BREAK TO THE BREAK OF DAWN!This is the music video I made for my latest track; <a href="https://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/1579428">Break of Dawn!</a> Finally a new track! :D I have spent some time on this here and there between jobs, and the track has gone through many stages of development. But it ended up here, at the break of dawn! The video is made entirely in after-effects, with licensed stock videos of dancers, and an ungodly amount of custom filters, layers, animation and audio expression controls. I took inspiration from ATARI graphics. I wanted to see how low I could make it while still being visually clear that these are dancers - using only 32x64 pixel width (64 since its widescreen). Enjoy the pixel grooves!! - Bandcamp: <a href="https://waterflame.bandcamp.com/track/break-of-dawn" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://waterflame.bandcamp.com/track/break-of-dawn</a>- Spotify: <a href="https://open.spotify.com/album/75R5RkV80kCWp7oden1S5q?si=4W3pChDeRii8g6NMWNMAxw" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://open.spotify.com/album/75R5RkV80kCWp7oden1S5q?si=4W3pChDeRii8g6NMWNMAxw</a> -- Code for Geometry Dash Creators: 1579428- SoundCloud: <a href="https://soundcloud.com/waterflame89/break-of-dawn" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://soundcloud.com/waterflame89/break-of-dawn</a>- Youtube: <a href="https://youtu.be/_tquWf4u3p0" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://youtu.be/_tquWf4u3p0</a>

Cats of Tottenham a web series about burn out, capitalism and feminism

Cats of Tottenham is a lo-fi web series by Ellie Bradford and Will Stuart. It follows four women—Susan, Emily, Karen, and Jane—who all live in a tiny house share in Tottenham (North London, UK). However, they’ve been turned into gross cats by a scammer online. Their mission? TO CHANGE THE WORLD by fighting evil, etc.—billionaires!HOWEVER, they realise they need money to pay rent and buy food, so all their time gets eaten up working at the Asda supermarket on Tottenham High Rd! ABOUT THIS EPISODE:The Cats are plotting to change the world but tensions start to rise between Emily and Jane when a new CEO (and resident baddie), Zee, arrives at Asda and introduces a fleet of AI robots to “make their jobs easier.” Or are they actually here to wipe out humans and cats, leaving everyone jobless and broke?!Emily just wants to focus on scraping together enough rent for their houseshare in Tottenham, while Jane is determined to investigate the robots and uncover Zee’s real intentions. Meanwhile, Susan keeps writing her blog-slash-website and proudly shows it to Karen’s fish, Ikea who, naturally, loves it.As for Karen? She’s stuck in the middle as usual, being the tiny legend she is more worried about her fish than the mission. But can The Cats hold it all together? A short parody animation of the various zombies in Resident Evil Requiem

Created by Thomas LabowResident Evil Requiem created by CAPCOM I absolutely loved Resident Evil 9 and it's insane zombies, and I was compelled to make this animated parody skit. Before there were AI boyfriends, there were OC boyfriends.

*insert obligatory gen ai take from the perspective of an artist in the form of content here* This is a real stylistic departure for me, but I'm trying something new. The world’s changing (as it does) and with all the convos surrounding gen ai and the security of creative jobs, I’ve sort have felt compelled (ambushed really) to show the human behind my art. Started working on this last November, but (as always) it took longer than expected to complete. Anyway, this is the intro to a longer video I just uploaded to YouTube. The full video is mostly live action with comedic illustrations thrown in so I didn't think it would be appropriate to upload it in its entirety here. Welcome to the country of Phantia! In the center of Phantia, there is the great city of Orlin. Where the main branch of the "Power Up Security" resides; A public service company that specializes in sending out super powered operators to assist everyone across the country for... anything. A short animation I did as my senior project with naught more than Adobe Flash and a mouse

Finished in 2020 during the pandemic with nothing but a copy of Adobe Flash, Premier, a mouse, and most of my free time, Hallowteens is pretty much my first major animated project I even really pulled together! There's actually a lot more storyboarded and voice acted content for this project but as always I ran out of time to do it in a timely fashion lol Maybe one day I animate it properly for a full on series pitch or something. This was also the first project i ever hired professional voice actors to preform and they all did excellent jobs bringing my characters to life. Definitely check them out! Fast Food Havoc (Deltarune Collab Short)

Support me <a href="http://www.patreon.com/wafellmaker" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">www.patreon.com/wafellmaker</a> Well here we are; The STPPM finale. I had so so so much fun with this project. I'm Genuinely so happy with how the finale turned out. I will leave below another little diary entry about this episode. I understand my pipeline - release infrequency does not please the YouTube algorithm, and I know of strategies I could employ to better my odds. (making smaller, easier projects, animating trending topics, etc) I believe while these strategies would better my chances of getting my art out there, they would make me disappointed in myself as an artist. I've made the conscious decision to take the hard route to make me happy with what I'm doing, even if my work is less publicly 'successful.' Despite knowing all of this, it is still extremely disheartening to spend months and months on an episode, only to release it and see it gain zero traction. So disheartening that it actually had me seriously consider giving up on Super Turbo Power Punch MAXED after episode 2. I am so glad I didn't. I am so glad I finished this series. I believe it to be something truly special to me. But before I get ahead of myself, lets talk about episode 5. This chat may leak into topics across the whole series, as at the time of writing this I just watched the series as a whole, and feelings towards STPPM as a whole certainly are flowing. Kal's redesign was planned in the script. But I didn't actually have a plan for what I wanted him to look like when he became the Keeper of Radness. I waited until I got to Damian's death before modeling Kal. I really like Kals new design. The black belt caused me some headache, but I think the result was worth it. I really like a lot of the dialog between Kal and Korloc in this episode. It's a lot of high inspired confrontational silliness. Stuff I like to imagine Kal picked up across all of his movie watching both in the vision realm and over the course of his childhood. I watched a lot of Kung-fu movies as a child. Which of course was accompanied with all kinds of action movies of all way shapes and forms. Basically everything Jet Li, Fearless, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, The One, The Protector, Ong Bak, Matrix,. I could go on and on. Martial arts always attracted my interest as I am a huge action fan. My family means a great deal to me, and while I have always and continue to connect with different members of my family over different things, I spent a great portion of time watching these films with my Dad. My Dad was hugely involved in my childhood and is unquestionably the culprit in injecting an appreciation for kung fu movies into my life. (Hey what do you know, The effect you have on others, eh?) Anyways, kung fu movies hold a special place in my heart, and I thank my dad for that. The shot towards the end of Episode 4 of Kal and Damian watching Kung fu movies in the vision realm reminds me of those days with my dad. huddled in front of the family TV rewinding the VHS to watch the cool fight scene once more. A lot of Kal's kung fu is just him waving his hands around. As though all he did was perceive kung fu fights through TV rather than being trained seriously. Because that's exactly what he did. There was a time when I was a kid I used to think I could be a master just by watching TV. But after just 10 minutes of jumping around doing kung fu in the backyard, it was always easier to just go inside to watch more kung fu and daydream, much like my fellow enthusiast Kal. Kal takes his 'training' much more seriously than I ever did. But the inspiration for his character was a hyper-dramatic version of my younger self. A caricature of the 'I watch kung fu movies I know what im doing' type. The fact we did not see the lessons Kal learned in the movies directly was perhaps a strange choice for the story. It was however a conscious decision for the overall message and theme. We learn from the influences around us. Of those influences, it's our jobs as people to filter and deduce what is worth passing on to others, and what we can let go of. With this in mind, it doesn't matter what specific influences did what to Kal directly. Kal made the decision that of everything he's learned,. Being Rad is whats worth passing on. I feel I could talk all day about the nitty gritty but a lot of it is pretty self-explanatory as to what I was going for, so I leave it to you! I started writing a script for my next project back in August of 2024. I plan to start working on my new project very soon. But fear not, Another action packed story is coming. Thanks again everyone for your patience, and your loving support through my journey. I love you all dearly. Special thanks to:<a href="https://bonguy.newgrounds.com">@Bonguy</a> for his background &amp; illustration work. <a href="https://chromacee.newgrounds.com">@ChromaCee</a> for letting me use her music. <a href="https://mayalacookie.newgrounds.com">@MayaLaCookie</a>,<a href="https://bluebanana.newgrounds.com">@BlueBanana</a>,<a href="https://ash1car.newgrounds.com">@Ash1Car</a> — for hearing out my stress speils throughout all this lol.
