Short animation preview, been chipping away on the sound since it's all still very crunchy sounding.

Kite Trouble | a Black and White Cat short.

Hey, remember that random fusion I said I was going to model? I finally got around to finishing it. The fused animals in question: xiphactinus (ancient fish), podenco canario (dog, which I admittedly didn’t use much of), and a long winged kite spider. The model is also viewable on my Sketchfab page:https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/kite-winged-xiphenco-c0dad8cbf0bf43d8b384479214d640f9 Sculpted in ZBrushRetopo and unwrap in 3D CoatPainted in Substance Painter.

Kite Gets A Part Time Job

Kite

Story-
Drago is a Dog kite with a dream of flying hirer then any kite could have ever gone. One day the circus was in town with an act called the human canon. The act launched the performers high into the sky to perform flips and spins before coming back down. Drago found a canon that was left unattended and got into it. With a load BOOM, Drago was launched into the air with great speed. Drago caught onto the updraft of the Troposphere and flew up a level. Drago kept flying higher and high reaching new levels as the sky changed colors with each level. Drago then reached space and continued to fly out of his galaxy to see how the universe looks. The Universe resembles a smile from the distance as Drago flew to infinity and beyond. 2014

Life and Death of a Kite

Kite Runner Parody

A typical day with my sister and I, flying kites and wrecking havoc around the house.

"So will you use credit as usual, or will you use cash this time?"
"I'll stick with credit... because I'm afraid of CHANGE!!! :O"
That's an original dad joke right there. I doubt anyone else would willingly say that in public. So this started as a test for my frame-by-frame animation skills. You can tell I didn't do that method for the whole movie, but you can tell I sort of tried to. Key word being "sort of", because a fair amount is animated in twos rather than every frame (so it's about an average of 18 fps even though it's technically at 24.) The excessive textures are a strategy I've been using lately to get away with applying a lot less effort than it would initially seem. It takes surprisingly little to achieve this effect, but it looks pretty :P Also, Sari legitly helped write this. I'm training her. And yes, my dad is really like that in public. It's embarrassing.

Let's Go Fly a Kite

Sioux goes out to fly her kite but then gets caught in a rather troubling situation.

Roughly a year in the making (from storyboards, to rough animation, then final), this is a frame-by-frame animated short featuring characters Sioux and Tanka. Lots of time and care went into this piece. It was finished just before my graduation. Hope you enjoy it and thank you for watching! This was a tribute flash done for the great animator KiteRide.

[edit]There wont be any game base on this cause..... I SUCK IN SCRIPTING LOLOLOLOL [edit] All Graphics drawn by me, including kite-ride, CCC world background, his 2 critters. It was a short tribute to convert his character into a fighting game sprite. This idea "MGOF" or Meow Glove On Fight is a scraped idea and there is no actual game gonna be made at all. the cat character is MeowMeow, which is my mascot character. This is some of the few "apporiate" content i can submit to NG...so yah. do your worst.
