Planters November PSA

I made this for my first year animation midterm, we couldn't use digital tools for anything but editing so this is all drawn out in pencil and colored pencils.

Oh dear! wavetro didn't upload a video today!

What? No wavetro video today?? WTF!!! WHERE'S MY THURSDAY FUNNIES??!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BARELY got this video out before midnight. (It's been a rough week with midterms wrapping up.) Instead of making another 15-second video though, here's an experimental alternative for when I barely have time to make a proper video... youtube mirror: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xmKnFhXv9NIoverworld: https://wavetro.net/

Devil in the Details - Animated Short Story

I made this for class and it was super rushed because I had less than a week to complete this I kinda shot myself in the foot because I knew this was coming up for midterms but I kept putting it off until like a week and a half before it was due I would've started it sooner but I got incredibly sick the weekend before it was due and that set me back too Moral of the story is don't wait until the last minute to do your animation projects, kids As for the story itself, the purple haired bastard, Souma, is a voodoo shaman who makes a deal with Whitaker (the uh...fat bastard) to finance his company Of course Whitaker doesn't stick to the agreement (even with Souma's warning) and Souma comes for his soul I used my UTAU Souma's voice, along with the Vocaloids Tonio, Big Al, Megurine Luka, and GUMI I apologize because I know my talkloid here isn't the best but I did subtitle them For more on Souma, go here: http://utau.wiki/utau:souma-kagyakune To download him directly, go here: http://www.mediafire.com/file/jsz2utts1lt1dan/Souma+Kagyakune+ACT+2.zip CREDITS: Art, animation, writing: GraySlate

Devil in the Details

Made this for my High School animation midterm.
A group of three teenagers live together in a trailer until one day when they decide to pull off one of the greatest bank heists of history, with additional lasers. Song: Home, resonance (relayer travel mix)

Turbo Break

I don't animate all that often, so I thought I'd share this college midterm I'm fairly proud of! A good chunk of the end is a lot of keyframe animation with a lack of inbetweens since I had to rush the entire thing in two days. This was also my first time messing around with Famitracker, which I feel turned out quite nicely. All assets, including music, were made by myself.

"Fighter's Art" Logo

An inspirational story about a pencil and the power of words.

This is a project that I worked on for a final in flash animation. This is the first time I've done an animation and I wanted it to be meaningful as my first one. I put a lot of heart into it. The intro was a product of the midterm entry point. Meet Toby, a short pencil, who shares his world with the power of words that can echo into the streams of your heart into a lifetime of possibilities. This story is meant to be taken in different ways including the very ending. My goal was to touch someone's heart by the power of poetry (in a non-rhyming fashion) and retain a sense of understanding that the world has a lot of beautiful things in it. I intended for the viewer to dissect the story in their own imagination and interpretation.

The Fox - Midterm Project

An animation of the Dance of the Cygnets from Swan Lake, done for my midterm project for my animation

Dance of the Cygnets

A short color study of swashbuckling and chivalry.

I submitted this for my midterm project for my color class yesterday. They loved it. I was allowed to use any medium I wanted as long as it depicted the interaction of a predetermined color scheme (in my case a tetrad of red, green, blue-violet and yellow-orange). I wanted to create a simple story that could be told in a short time frame with no dialogue. I suppose it took around 20 hours over the course of one week so I'm a little sleep deprived. Let me know if it was worth it. [Update] Well shucks, guys. After frequenting this site for the past 11 years I've finally made the top 5. I want to thank everyone for the unanimously supportive feedback and for voting. Granted the cartoon I only had a week to work on makes Daily 4th place. Maybe I'm trying too hard. Anyway stay tuned. I have some projects already planned and/or in progress and I plan on getting that elusive Daily 1st. Just you wait. [Update] Now featured on the front page? You guys are spoiling me. I'm stuck indoors because of the hurricane so I'll try to repay the favor by putting a dent in my next project.

The Duelist

This is something retarded I put together for a Flash midterm project. Enjoy.

PowerGamer!

Submited a while back as my midterm in a college flash class. just a short 20 second clip from the movie

Sparta (Alternate end)

We were assigned this project in my flash class as a midterm assignment.

Suicide Over Election

A simple animation of Leo Winters, the penguin with the bowtie, jumping for a fish!

It was a midterm piece for my Principals of Animation class, where I had to made something jump, with the proper reactions and timing. Leo Winters (the penguin) just happened to be the subject! It was fun and it didn't take too long, so I'm proud of it being the first upload I post here. Made about 8 months before posting it here.

Jump Fishing

It's my midterm for my flash class. Again it's rough but I'm trying.

Jobber short.

This was actually my very first flash project. I made it as my midterm for my flash animation class last year in school. Please don't be too harsh on me, I know it isn't a masterpiece, but I have improved since I first made it. I got the effects from youtube and flashkit. It was inspired by a "secret theater" clip from MGS3 .. and also by the fact that I really hate cleaning dishes. Edit: Added preloader and replay button.

Secret weapon.

Just a small animation i threw together, nothing grand, Im still learning the software.

~~EDIT~~
ok, made the screen smaller, hopefully it works for poeple :x
~~END~EDIT~~ woo, my first post here, hurray for not being noticed :D this is just a small animation i threw together for a flash assignment, im still new at using the program but i think im getting there. i primarily make the large graphics in photoshop then import them in, much easier to do than draw it in flash itself >< so yeah, let me know what u think
FYI i will not tolerate foul language towards my clearly plain flash, i realise its nothing special, no need to make an ass out of urself to remind me

Flash Midterm Assignment

midterm project i found a while ago. took about 2 nights and the teacher loved it...got a few woos from the class . the sound might have a few problems around the higher notes so lower ur speakers just to be safe. other than that enjoy...

eggs and you

Suppose to be a class activity for midterm. I hope this entry will make your day.

Enjoy!

Random Entry

Man, NG, you need to stop having your contests during college midterms/finals.

Pico: Blammin' the Baddie

It is the midterm project for my Multimedia 170 class.

Shadow And Light

I made this for my midterm in an intro flash class.

4th and Game

I finally return! With a Belated Halloween movie! Sorry it's so late, I would've submitted it much sooner if the college's internet didn't die. But it's okay. It gave me a chance to tweek it and improve it. My boyfriend Spanio wrote most of it, I threw in a few jokes here and there. It was meant to be an entry for the Halloween flash contest for NG but meh. We got preoccupied with midterms. Anyway, it's done now. I hope you enjoy it. <3 EDIT: 1/8/12: Tweeked some things!

Dragons Are SO Halloween

A Necromancer gets tired of never getting in on Halloween

After about 2 weeks of working on this (all while I'm taking/ studying for midterms) I decided to make this flash. Everything is by me, except music in the very beginning from Kirizzle, the original Pico design, and the Newgrounds Background in some parts of my movie. I used Flash MX 2004, and only used Adobe Audition to lower my pitch for my necromancer a VERY little bit. Any way, I hope you enjoy my movie, and I will try to reply to your comments. I have work a lot, and I still have one more midterm... lol

The Necromancer

The requirements were to have a button, a looping animation, a pan, a fade and sound. I have no idea what my teacher is going to think of this tomorrow.

Anim 340 Midterm

Here is a midterm for my college we had to do in 4 hours.

Crack Mario!

I threw this together at the last minute for my midterm in a flash animation class.

Little Samurai

This movie also has a flash back to my midterm project. Thanks all!!

Twin Knights

This was my midterm project for a Multimedia I class.

Covetous Dragon

I hope there will be many more; please tell us what you think, this was just done as a midterm (We got

The Monthly Bite

This is just a quickie animation I did for a midterm project. I enjoyed it and hope you do too. I would have liked to have put a loading screen in the beginning, but I'm new to flash and I'm just getting use to everything. I'll be working on an Intro or something in the future. For those of you that gave it a bad rating, that's your own opinion, I won't bad mouth you for that. But please, be a little more creative with your critisism. This is a first animation. I'll try to improve it when I get the chance (fully flash animated dog, better font, better audio compression, etc). I just wanted to see what needed to be worked on. For the shmuck that said I can't spell right... chill. I used the word "Feccer" because it was for a class. I don't need to use senseless cursing to get the point across. You knew what I was talking about. ***UPDATED***
Fixed the scene repeating. All is good now. I'll see what else I can improve upon after checking the feedback.

Damn Hampsters

EDIT: The file size is indeed too large, this was my first flash and I had no photo editor, so I basically did all the flashes with the background, this was my first flash. I made this after a major mishap. It was Valentines Day, and i neglected to remember that. (midterms and such had occupied my mind) I was meeting my girlfriend at my dorm in 15 minutes. I realized i need flowers anything. I ripped open my wallet to find that i had no cash on me (damn college student salary). Therefore, i needed something and fast. Then I saw the perfect flowers, everything a girl could want for Valentines Day. Except it was in the nearby graveyard, hell i figured that the dead person couldnt use em, and it was going to a good cause. Now see.. I'm glad I'm not a particularly relgious person, or I wouldn't have felt right taking the flowers. And I'm sure glad this didn't happen, watch the video to find out.
