Pizza Kidd | Kickstarter Trailer Extended Version

Music by Armin Jusuframić, performed 2025, https://arminjmusic.com/Thank you so much for this fantastic dark ambient reinterpretation! The original version of this comic-animatic was drafted around 2010. Dead Space was the game that motivated me to buy my first proper gaming computer back in the 2010s.Back then, during a gaming party with some friends, one of them introduced us to Dead Space which he played in his Xbox 360. I was Blown away. I was unaware of the advancements in horror gaming and loved the immersive environment and creature designs. So I started saving for both a custom gaming computer from a small PC building business(a Rig which would also serve me for art and design) and a physical copy at an Office Depot (I didn't know of Steam until the sequel came out). While I was setting apart the money to buy my gaming rig, thanks to the immense hype and anticipation I started drawing the original version of this comic. This scenario was drawn thanks to the lore that my friend who owned the game at the time, told us while he was playing, and I also listened to the lullaby posted here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bpYz4EQVo1w&list=RDbpYz4EQVo1w&start_radio=1, Something to note is that, prior to drafting the original version I didn't see the marketing trailer, I didn't watch other gameplays or youtube videos, I didn't check the Wikia, and the character references for drawing were scarce on the internet. As you see that version was left incomplete. I was lacking some art skills, and the figures and books from the game were not very available in my country until much, much later. I got my PC and my game and forgot about it for a long while. I picked up this fan art piece, after many years as it was a fun exercise in graphic narrative, and now I learned a bit of extra skills to properly finish comics. For the storytelling, I took inspiration from the Lullaby and used the lyrics as symbolisms to narrate the sequence within these pages. This is the tought process and break-down of the panels you see: Twinkle Twinkle, Little Star (glowing eyes)How I wonder what you are (a lifeform, a necromorph)Up above the world so high (necromorph falls from the ceiling)Like a diamond in the sky (Necromorph's glowing eye+ The Miner looking up)When the blazing sun is gone, (Sun=Miner's life)When the nothing shines upon, (Darkness=Miner's death)Then you show your little light (Little light=Infector's Proboscis, sign of reincarnation/life, tunnel of light while dying or near death)Twinkle, twinkle, all the night. (All the night=Time Passing, transformation ongoing, preparing to return to life as a new form) Then the traveler in the dark, (Isaac)Thanks you for your little spark, (living monster=uncleared area )He could not see which way to go, (path unexplored, exit level is near)If you did not twinkle so. (if Isaac didn't find a living Necromorph) When the blazing sun is gone, (Marker blocks sunlight)When the nothing shines upon, (Darkness=Marker is the source of the nightmare)Though I know not what you are, (the necromorph looming behind)Twinkle, twinkle, little star. (necromorph glowing eyes, little star= a lifeform) I haven't checked newest sources or lore expansion to see if what I "saw" in the lyrics was accurate to the story's representation XD. But still, wanted to finish this. Thanks so much for watching! I hope to get/play the reboot and buy its artbook soon!

The long awaited final round for the CRAB3 tournament

The final round battle for the 3rd annual CRAB (Comics and Random Art Battles) tournament, Awesoman versus Lenard. Be sure to watch Awesoman's Intro, Round One, and Round Two here for his full CRAB3 journey. The ongoing comic series can also be read here. After overcoming an existential crisis by saving Tokyo from the monstrous Hogzilla, then spending some time unjustly imprisoned in Nuremburg, Awesoman is facing his most difficult challenge yet in the final round of the CRAB tournament. His opponent is the leader of Team HAUNT, the mastermind mechanist and illusionist who defeated Monomyth's young leader Soren and his nigh unstoppable mech Centurion on Mt Fuji, Lenard. Awesoman meditates, stilling his mind in preparation for the intense imminent battle. But will he have what it takes to win, and if so, at what cost? The classic "Ace" and Zero look 'Pre-PLATFORM 1699' Yes, I VA'd this. Japanese is not my first, second, third, fourth, ..., hundredth language. In the original story, they were simply trying to survive, constantly evading monsters that hunted them 24/7, while scavenging just to make it through each day. They were lovers. (That was before I changed them to twins trapped in the void because, my high school chud-incel brain couldn’t write a lover couple. Later, I made them adoptive siblings.)

One of them unfortunately ended with Wilhelm becoming a vampire... Which was okay! Since he has an amulet of protection. But everytime he loses it, his life is threatened by the sun. After an epic battle with a hydra Vito realises, that they need to do something about that curse. They only defeated the hydra thanks to the beautiful druid Gaya, whom Vito instantly shows interest in. Later at the library, Vito finds a cure for any curse in an old book, they just need to find the "Chalice of Restoration". Then he spots Gaya at the library as well and his focus goes to her. The three of them go to the place where the "Chalice of Restoration" is supposed to be. But they find nothing! Again, Gaya is ahead of them and notices in the book, that it will only show during a full moon. While they wait for the full moon, the three of them travel together. Vito and Gaya fall in love and they are busy everytime there is a full moon. Finally, Vito and Gaya have a treehouse and Gaya is pregnant. Wilhelm says that he can't wait anymore, now is the time to find the cure! Vito says that he can't, he has a family now. They get angy at each other and Wilhelm leaves. Wilhelm meets the one who made him a vampire and is invited into his guild. In the guild he finds his purpose, meets others like himself and learns how to use his curse to become even stronger. Meanwhile, Vito has gone to find the chalice of Restoration himself, despite the danger of monsters. Wilhelm learns about this and come to help his old friend. The following stuff are failed collab entries, cancelled projects, anal sex... I got this concerning this: "My god !!!!
Ok, it's me or you're cancelled project are better quality that anything I see before from you ?
Man ! This video truly show you're better in not-porn animation, you must be kidding me ! Too sad for my libido part, lol !!
But even a lot of porn parts of this animation is better quality and... (a... how do you say ?) "smoothness" is much more better !
It's been a default in your precedent animations : sometimes you loose on smoothness or proportions regularity... no, not good, not proportions : on... hummm... "shape's credibility". Yeah. fluidity and shapes precision was a point of improvment, in your style, but this video show you evolve a lot more faster than I expect, on those points !
I'm really surprise, you know !
Lol, I think I better make more details, because I think you will not trust me :
- the first knight fight : nothing impressive from your initial style.
- the sucking : much more smoothly and better drawn than other PT style ! Can be more smoother, yeah, and the hair go to high in the air to be "credible", but better quality after all ! I see it on the nose, lol ^^
- frustration space brawler : THAT'S the astonishing quality part !!!! Smoothness, shapes, animations, shadding, everything almost perfect ! The rocketeer girl really impress me, because I make a game with hundreds of playable races. On of them was rocketeer nation, with those kind of girls !!! Look like I was not the only one to have the idea, lol. The shadow monster put me on my knees too, as the fighting style of the big yellow thing after that.
- dynanimations things : not amazing part, not good enough face to your initial style, done too quickly, too badly. That's just my opinion ^^ Motions stay impressive, but that's your strong point, as I say before ^^
- PT machine fetish : better than any precedent PT, on quality !!
- music video : very very amazing on smoothness of the parachutist scene. The rest is equivalent to your other PT quality, not worse, not far more better. I see a progress on "background set", too ^^
- Metal gear collab : impressive. Much more better than usual things ! Set is far more better mastered, too.
- A.... shit, I forget. Yeah, santa claus : funny as hell ! seems incomplete, and background set and image composition look false (like mine I mean : you got the elements, but it seems they are not really in the good place in the image, lol ^^). I laugh at the "drop the tree, santa !", looool ^^
- All the PT scene lack of smoothness, even if you put more images than before (and that's a good thing). But I understand : as you are not playing with static shapes like me, drawing each time a new picture entirely, it's huge and harassive work ! ^^ But the quality of shapes and details is improved, and I can see it clearly !
- I forget the other things (I see the entire videos for ten times, now), but I think you got the idea : you improve faster, and better on non-porn animations !" From Chastan

The Defeatist Reel

In reality, truth is only believed by a single individual.

In reality, truth is only percepted in its own way by a single individual. According to the less realist trends in philosophy, such as postmodernism/post-struct uralism, truth is subjective. When two or more individuals agree upon the interpretation and experience of a particular event, a consensus about an event and its experience begins to be formed. This being common to a few individuals or a larger group, then becomes the 'truth' as seen and agreed upon by a certain set of people - the consensus reality. Thus one particular group may have a certain set of agreed truths, while another group might have a different set of consensual 'truths'. This lets different communities and societies have varied and extremely different notions of reality and truth of the external world. The religion and beliefs of people or communities are a fine example of this level of socially constructed 'reality'. Truth cannot simply be considered truth if one speaks and another hears because individual bias and fallibility challenge the idea that certainty or objectivity are easily grasped. For Anti-realists, the inaccessibility of any final, objective truth means that there is no truth beyond the socially-accepted consensus. (Although this means there are truths, not truth). But of course as a whole, modern thinking will only rely on what is seen and not what is thought of. So here's some specs before we start. 3 months of labor intensive work
