Madness Combat 12: Contravention.Sanford can't catch a break. While Hank is capable of slipping the consequences of his injuries once again, Sanford is yanked back into the realms just on the edge of the Occurrent Nevada. The Auditor's grasp is weakening in these broken, twisted lands. Sanford's goal is to survive yet another gauntlet to retain their mortality, and with help he can be retrieved. As he finds his way through this place, he is struck by the notion that the machine operates uniformly, and it demands blood. How is this place so familiar??? It's a film about reflection on the collapse of moral structure in modern times.

Michelle Foucault in his book "Discipline and Punish" imagine modernity to be a panopticon (a circular jail with a guard in the middle). The pandemic was the literal manifestation of a panopticon. But it doesn't seem that it's imposed on us, and probably a civilization of tool making organisms could have only reached in the state in which we are.Nietzsche was afraid that as good as the scientific revolution was, it would completely replace the idea of a divine and more importantly the morality that can be derived from it. He wrote that "God is dead, and we killed him", he was actually reflecting on the collapse of moral structure in modern society. So this short film is a culmination of these two major ideas where the god like guard of the panopticon had disappeared (or dead) as the panopticon expands.

Another day on the job, huh? Not too bad though old top, gotta keep on that grind, get that dosh, that dinero, that chedda, feel me home slice? Gotta save up so you can buy that thing you wanted, yeah you know the one, right? That'll make you happier. Sometimes I question the morality of erotica, is it truly okay to peddle the human body as a product? Maybe I shouldn't think too hard about it, it's really not what I'm paid to do. I'm just paid to hand over the dirty magazines to the unwashed masses for a few dirty, sweat-stained and BO-kissed bills that were scrounged up from the console of a '97 Saturn SC or possibly a 2007 Saturn Vue if my customer is a man of considerable wealth and culture. The reductionist approach is appealing for several reasons. First, insofar as we doubt the normative basis of moral reasons, such a reductionist strategy promises to ground morality—or at least a very basic version of it—on the prosaic normativity of the basic requirements of instrumentalist practical rationality (Moehler 2018). The justificatory question “why be moral?” is transformed into the less troubling question “why be rational?” Second, even if we recognize that moral reasons are, in some sense, genuine, contractarians like Kavka also want to show that prudent individuals, not independently motivated by morality would have reason to reflectively endorse morality. Furthermore, if we have reason to suspect that some segment of the population is, in fact, knavish then we have good defensive reasons based on stability to build our social institutions and morality so as to restrain those who are only motivated by prudence, even if we suspect that most persons are not so motivated. Geoffrey Brennan and James Buchanan argue that a version of Gresham’s law holds in political and social institutions that “bad behavior drives out good and that all persons will be led themselves by even the presence of a few self-seekers to adopt self-interested behavior” (2008 [1985], 68). We need not think people are mostly self-seeking to think that social institutions and morality should be justified to and restrain those who are.

Psychological thriller about an old man facing mortality. Wont spoil it beyond that. I was making this prior to production on my feature length animation "<a href="https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7892780/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Winter of Empires</a>". That has a budget, this doesn't. Raced to finish this in like under 70 hours of work or something crazy. It's part animation, part motion-comic. I'm just happy it's finished. Anyone interested there were influences from Old Man's War, Inception, and Alfred Hitchcock. Lol, please don't judge the super-rushed animation too harshly.

The episode begins in the elevator leading to the higher levels of the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. "Blue Guy" and "Mischief" emerge into a large room with a singular painting next to the elevator (see: Painting). An intercom/PA system announces that the museum will be closing shortly, casually interrupting Mischief throughout. They both inspect the painting and this causes Blue Guy to have flashbacks about his past life. Notable memories include his wife's funeral, the nuclear blast (see: Operation Tumbler-Snapper) and images of the ship's hull seen in Episode 01. Blue Guy's daughter (unnamed) speaks throughout the flashback questioning his mortality. The episode ends with Blue Guy on the floor and Mischief visibly distressed.

Mindy the teenager encounters drama, emotion & high adventure in "Me, My Cellphone and I"!

*** PLAY/PAUSE BUTTONS ARE IN THE TOP RIGHT CORNER OF THE MOVIE. :) *** Welcome to the pilot episode of "Mindy Learns a Moral", my new Flash series that pokes fun at today's teenagers, exaggerating the drama that befalls them and overblatantly delivering the lessons of dubious morality that they learn. This movie was actually made for the TOFA competition on Albinoblacksheep.com, but I'm making it into a series now - so watch out of episode 2 on that site next month. This episode, which was created in about 2 weeks, deals with the unprecedented drama of getting a new cellphone... Or rather, getting rid of one's OLD cellphone. (Don't be fooled by the pink decorations and flashy colours, guys, this movie gets quite dark and sinister as it progresses. You can still watch it and retain your manhood just fine. ;) )

Well, had to cut it in 2 parts because the movie started to freeze again. Ha ha ha..ha..ha Okay ,okay, I couldn't finish the movie on time, happy now?
Heh, wonder by wonder I got all the voice actors in on time, but I failed myself, whoo. That, and the movie actually did freeze, so I had to cut it in 2 anyway. Well, behold the true horrors of halloween with morality stories, pathetic perversion, street vendors, chickens and of course Bob Saget. Speaking of whom, a bunch of old IMP characters make a quick cameo again including Shadic, Danny angel, the Butler painting, moogle cavern puppets, and good ol'Bob, not to mention Djosh who is yet another manifestation of my dear old internship boss I love so very much. And introducing Nightsdragon, the first fully fletched female villain. Well part 2 will be along somewhere this weekend.
Guess I better think of some filler scenes to beef it up, otherwise it's just 3 minutes long or something. Oh, and I love those cheesy 80's horror soundtracks. Ah, just listen to those awfully awesome organ/syntiser tunes in the episodes. Lovin' it.

Extremely foul language to accompany a beautiful display of cuteness.

This is a great example of how corrupt/horrible people ruin beautiful things... for instance, my light side put this video together to give good feelings out like candy, and my dark side turned it into a horrible message of greed, laziness &amp; a sick approach/reminder of mortality. Mortality: I really like reviews and will try to answer most of them. Hope you enjoy this movie.

Mortality

What is this place where skin and muscle have decayed, and skeletons amble about clothed only in mortal vanity and self-righteousness? A purgatory of some sort? But there's no wailing or gnashing of teeth. The woman may miss the flesh, but not the sculptor: without it he is no longer the starving artist he was in life. Hope you enjoy this grim little morality play and have some critiques to offer. Thanks for watching.

(not a 'Beyond good &amp; Evil Spoof, which is a video game, I guess) I did this cartoon almost a year ago. It took about a month, you can probably tell I filmed parts of it and rotoscoped them roughly into flash (all the action with the hands). Essentially, its about the morality of finding money, and what is the truly 'right' thing to do. (don't review saying "dis is stipit, why didn he jus kep it!1") I have a little fun with the concept of the conscience as the little angel and devil. The music is St. Germain's "Land of..."
