John & Richie: Been a while, we know. John: Kirby just wants something to munch on. Too bad he's in a cartoon. Enjoy. Richie: This isn't a huge deal- if you get a few chuckles out of it, we did our job.

A Midnight Snack

PK Short - Bed Time John: Kirby writes a bedtime story for Joanna to read. Filled with wonder, mischief, and a life-changing lesson no doubt. Richie: It's been a while since we've had anything out- I hope it'll entertain our fans enough whilst they wait for the game. John & RIchie: Enjoy.

Handy Work

Perfect Kirby" is on another mission. This one is going to be different though...

Perfect Kirby Episode 2
The official sequal to// Perfect Kirby Episode 1. John-
The pink puff ball returns. As promised, Kirby's back to once again complete a deadly mission full of blood, gore, and guns. Richie slaved day and night at the computer, ignoring all home and school work, to bring this Flash masterpeice to life. This episode is a short remake of the Area-51 mission in the Perfect Dark video game (if you've played PD, it may be more enjoyable). Neil sends Kirby to rescue a kidnapped alien within the 'secret' base of Area 52. Wonder how tuff secerity will be? Be sure to watch the whole movie 'cause there are funny out-takes at the end, plus a few other surprizes. Let us know what ya think. Richie-
I'm glad to see that we got a lot of new attention after submitting the PK2 Preview. I hope you like the ACTUAL movie even more. The new animation might throw you off, but this is still the official sequal to PK1. The style is totally different, but you can still tell who's who. I changed the way I animated, mainly because the other episode looked real bad. It'd be out a lot sooner, but while I was animating PK2 (as well as the PK2 Preview), Windows kept friggin out on me, and of coarse, school got in the way. In my opinion the animation is a lot better. I think I'm gonna stick with the new style cause it looks so nice. Now, about the movie: This episode of Perfect Kirby is based upon an actual mission in the game Perfect Dark". You'll notice (if you've ever played Perfect Dark"), that the misson isn't exactly the same. Maybe not even close ...whatever... Just make sure you watch the OUT-TAKES at the end. All the sounds are EVENT, because when I had the sounds on stream, it messed everything up. Also, we would of had more out-takes, but we reached Flash's maximum frame limit ...16,000... John & Richie-
Well, apparentally the apocalypse did come ...And it's name was AOL... We couldn't connect past 2.8K, but that's NOT an excuse, because we did wait till the last minute. We would like to apologize for our tardiness. Can you ever forgive us? We had help with some of the voices in this movie, look at the credits. But at the end, be sure and watch the out-takes!

Perfect Kirby 2

Episode 2 Preview John-
A hippin' jippin' preview for the next episode of Perfect Kirby. Now don't you be thinking it's gonna be just another lame trailor, we added some games for you viewing pleasure, and best of all, it's set up in Windows format. But don't worry, the actual movie will be out in a week. Until then, watch this! Richie-
Well, if your still reading this, that means you haven't been scared off by John's comment. This preview was made to gather interest for Episode 2. I think this preview is unique, because, well, it's very interactive. You start in a windows like operating system, where you can play games, watch the preview, and mess with settings. Yes we both know about Rare being bought out by Microsoft... It doesn't really change anything about the series. But Windows is apparentaly becoming a better company... its OS (XP) seems to be getting better, so maybe the buy out will all be for the good. Anyway... This took me a while, and there are still a few bugs (not real bad, you probably wont notice most of them), but I can't really do a whole lot about it, because I'm using all the scripting I know. If you play Pong and Memory all the way through, you will get a reward ending. The other 2 games (Flight Simulator and Lander) are just variable games (where game variables increase or decrease as the game goes on, thus making it more difficult), and I didn't make a goal to reach, so those two games can go on forever. !Make sure to see the actual preview! Click START>MOVIES>PK2 And after that click "GO WATCH THE PREVIEW" in the movie panel. I don't have much else to say other than *ENJOY* John & Richie-
Unless there is some kind of major glitch on Newgrounds, or our computer freaks out on us, or the apocalypse comes, the movie WILL be out on October 25, 2002. Special thanks to Joseph Blanchette aka "LegendaryFrog" and to all of our fans for their support. *NOTE: If you can't hear anything- check the volume IN the MOVIE. Thanks. PK2 Preview

PK2 Preview

The final part of Kirby's first adventure.

Episode 1.3 1.1, 1.2, & 1.3 are all the same story. Please, watch all 3 so it makes sence. John- The final part of episode one. This one has the hilarious fight scene with so many twists and turns, you'll want to view it over and over again. Richie had a little bit too much fun animating the blood, it squirts and drips everywhere. So, if you're one of the 0.47% who hate animated blood and violence, watch yourself. Hope y'all enjoyed this episode as much as we enjoyed making it. Richie almost went insane trying to finish animating this series with me nagging him day and night. I know the first two episodes were not the greatest, but this movie is the best one and it makes up for a lot. It WILL get better. Ideas are welcome for the upcoming episodes, although we already have many of them planned out. I'd like to thank my buddy Andy for letting us use his voice at the last minute and I hope he likes this series, too. Work has begun on Episode 2. The pink puff ball will return. Richie- This was kind of fun animating, and I had a good time with the blood, but some viewers might be a bit squimish. There's even one scene that I find a bit disgusting... But if you thought the last episodes were boring, well, um.... I hope this one ain't... I'm gonna make more episodes, and from what I've learned by animating this episode, the next one will be much better.
I was gonna make another game... Would any of you like to play pong? ...Kirby Style...? If enough of you respond, I'll make one.

Perfect Kirby 1.3

The second crossover of Perfect Dark and Kirby.

Episode 1.2 John- In this episode, Kirby is initiated into The Institute where agents keep the world safe from evil doers and evil gamers. Kirby is a master of disguise but really lousy at killing people, so he goes through some training. Then he recieves his first case and soon discovers who is doing the dirty deeds. One episode left to go. See the shocking conclusion after busting your gut watching this one.
There's a hidden scene in this movie. I'll give you a hint: Elevator. Richie- If you weren't able to sit through the first episode, this is the story so far... Kirby was once living an ordinary life, in his appartment (eventually he'll move), except that every night he went out to do good deeds... that part is pretty UNordinary. Anyway, he was invited into this secret organization. "The Institute", to become an agent. Since John is such an idiot, I'll ask you, viewers: Do you think Closed Caption would be a good idea? There would be two buttons on the stage, one to turn it on and one to turn it off. Write it down in your review. In this part 1.2, Kirby learns stealth and combat skills and figures out who the bad guy is. Guess who it is... guess...
The animation in the movie varies... There are parts of the movie where you can tell I was real into it and there are parts where you can tell I just wanted to get it finished.
There are a bunch of hidden pictures in this movie, too. There is also a hidden scene... I'll give you a clue-7.

Perfect Kirby 1.2

Episode 1.1 John- Here at last. A new spin off of Rareware's Nintendo game 'Perfect Dark' and everyone's favorite pink puffball, Kirby. Every hero has a beginning, this is Kirby's. Countless hours of work and patience went into this three part epic. Hopefully the public finds this to be a very enteraining series. Many more episodes will follow. I write the story line and Richie does everything else. I'm pretty useless during the creation process, but I do supervise him. Enjoy. Richie- Sorry about my brother above, he's...well...strange... We've been making this movie for a while now, and man am I happy its finished! I've had the idea of making Kirby an action hero for a long time. I was so excited when we bought Flash 5. I read a couple of books on animating and ActionScript and finally started animating. It wasn't for a while though, 'til we started animating the Perfect Kirby Series. As you can tell it starts off with pretty horrible animation, but gets better as the movie progresses. I know this movie isn't the best, but the series had to start somewhere. We'll make more movies, and they will be much better. This movie was origionally planned to come out the first day of spring, but school ended up gettin in the way. You know how they give you homework and so on. And the rest of the time I was just too tired. Some advice to give you... never pause during the movie. It messes up the timing of the sounds and movieclips. I've got my own account on NewGrounds, but we decided to place all the Perfect Kirby episodes on John's Pikanjo account.
But for now, *ENJOY*
There is also a game(20k) you can play while the movie loads. And while the game loads, you can read below. But since the movie goes at 12 fps, the game is kinda slow. Messes up the movieclips on the stage and, also, cause we didn't stream the sounds. Streaming the sounds causes the quality to drop so it sounds all staticy. To fix this I would have to make the quality much higher. And another 500 kbs added to sound, I'm guessing, is not what you want.)> There are a couple of hidden things in the movie. Not that great.
