Two Objects are out on a simple Night Time Drive... or is it?

My first submission and debut for the 6th Annual 48 Hour OSC Film Fest: Night Time Drive! Made in 48 hours in Blender 3D! Everything made by me! Except the royalty-free music this time this short film appeared on Saturday, 26th, 2026 at 4:46 PM CST Live on Legotd61's YT channel. A reference to XanyLeaves, Object Overload somewhere... You can find his channel to vote for three potential winners! I sadly incorrectly labeled 'copyright-free' instead of 'Royalty-Free' music by David Fesliyan for 'Solving The Crime'. So thats my only gripe, however i do not think that should be a problem in Newgrounds case. Very proud of this fun project, regardless.

Dandy's Show: Perfect Day

Zoey picked a bad day to go out in nothing but body paint and a pair of shoes

Zoey decided to be a bit of an exhibitionist and went outside in nothing but a pair of shoes and some body paint. I'm personally not a big fan of body paint so let's summon some rain to take care of it. I'm using some of the unused voice lines from the recent leak Left 4 Dead content. This might be the first F-bomb dropped in one of my videos. I was so taken aback by that line that I just HAD to use it somewhere.

A wild, weird, crazy lyric video for my song grungy rock song Kim Gordon

This song is called Kim Gordon. I wrote it during a depressed winter (for me that’s every winter) when I was living in a small town, writing a ton of music but lacking anywhere to really share it. I wrote more than a whole album and now I'm finally ready to put it out there If I didn't name it that, maybe I would've named it Pulling For You, which isn't as cool. Also, Kim Gordon's music has sometimes felt like a supportive friend, turning to music she's made and artists she's mentored when I needed the kind of emotional support no one I knew could give: understanding 2. The song is about the way we try to help depressed friends and family get through suicidal thoughts but don't always do a great job because it's hard to know what to say. And it's about being the suicidal person (note: I'm NOT suicidal, at all) and having other people talk to you. And the things they say aren't always super helpful. And then when the shoe is on the other foot, you only know how to say what has been said to you. And it's about the way we sometimes act as support for people when we need support, but I didn't always know I needed support and I didn't always know how to give it, especially when I needed it and didn't know it. You know? lyricsAliens coming for your brain and I’m running my mouthYou can’t stop your little drain and I’m running mine southI’m a little bit insane but I love you Oooh yeah yeah I keep stopping for the rain all smelling seaI could see into your brain a melodyI’m a little overconfident but I mean well Oooh yeah yeah Please, I’m writhing on the ground. Max Oakland - Kim Gordon /Lyric Video/

Perception is a very specific phenomenon...

Perception is a truly peculiar phenomenon. If a person sees something on a screen - say, water droplets falling onto flowers - they naturally associate it with rain and assume that it is indeed raining (even though rain might have nothing to do with it - who knows?..). This is the "first impression effect": - something that momentarily clouds our vision, leading us to realize that behind an act which initially appears to be mere mischief, there actually lie noble intentions - an attempt to transform this gloomy, gray world using something seemingly harmless... But to understand this, one must see... -Ivan

Animation test that got bigger than I thought it would

I was thinking about doing something like this for one of my characters instead, but I was pretty far into this already so I just decided to finish it [ I might do the full thing at some point, I already have the whole thing choreographed ] Thought I hadn't listened to this song enough yet so while I was working on my 3rd Yume Nikki model, I wanted to do a small animation test, this was fun ! I think I got a bit better by doing this, and I can carry that over to make my other stuff look better too The main singer of the band gave me permission to use their music in my animations<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/626/iu_1626407_25644733.webp" alt="iu_1518874_25644733.webp" data-smart-scale="653,602"> [ CREDITS ]FlashDream [ 3D models and animation ]gobou-san on YouTube [ The Monoe animation at the halfway point, and the inspiration behind the model's designs ]Cheem [ The song used, Version/Inversion from Power Move : Victory Lap ]

A new bump for my page. Pseudowolf girl can't sleep, so she looks out at the rain and just thinks. I am reminded of a time when I was younger, it was the dead of night and I was downloading the game Prototype onto my Xbox360. It was talking forever, so I looked out into the streets to pass the time whilst I waited. It was nice, it was quiet, and the rain smelled wonderfully.

It was just a sunny afternoon. And then it was still sunny but things happened that might seem more appropriate in rain or even just when slightly overcast. The April Lyrids cometh ~ look to Lyra &amp; Hercules (the constellations) ~ Vega (the star) lights thy way! The April Lyrids = a meteor shower lasting from about April 15 to April 29, originating from dust particles shed by the comet Thatcher ~ the strongest annual shower of meteors from a long-period comet. Observed / reported since 687 BC, no other observable shiny space shower has been recorded as far back in time… In 687, the Zuo Zhuan (an ancient Chinese narrative history) described the meteor shower: “On the 4th month in the summer of the year of Xin-Mao… fixed stars become invisible; at midnight, stars fell like rain.” In the Australian Aboriginal astronomy of the Boorong tribe, the Lyrids represent the scratching of the Mallee fowl (represented by Vega), coinciding with its nest-building season. …may your eyes be filled with &amp; your nests be built with shooting stars… (datamoshing + soundscaping = me)

The Evolution of Communication

I recently played and beat Rain World, and I enjoyed it quite a bit, so I thought it would be fun to animate a slugcat. I had fun pulling off random bullshit. Though when I was animating it, I didn't know where to go with the audio direction. Thankfully, my friend Floombo⁩ was like "yo let me do sound for chocolate rocks," and I was like hell yeah man. She delivered some cool ass sound design that works very well with the animation, plus she added rain, the camera pan, and lighting in the intro, which was unexpected, but very well appreciated.
