A Second Short that I never got around to finishing

This is a short i never finished. I got lots of other projects going but someday ill probably make an even better version of this. The background this time is a 3d model because I fell like it would fit better and it does kind of fit with the 2d Characters The story is that the bowling ball guy wanted to try walking again. But when he did try he kept making loud footsteps which then he got really scared that he mite fall throw the floor. The robot and plant guy tell the frog dude to help him but he didn't so instead the robot guy goes over to the bowling ball guy and helps him up. The robot offers him to carry him back to his room but half way there he accidently falls backwards while holding the bowling ball guy causing them both to make the tiny crack bigger and fall right down the floor. The plant and frog guy go to check on them down the big hole and they can see the robot guys glowing eyes while the bowling ball guy is with him. The plant guy goes to get a rope and lends it down to them so they can grab on and as they grab on to it and climb it the rope breaks and the plant guy try's to look for something else but the robot guy tells him that its fine and that he'll find a way for him and the bowling ball guy to get out. The bowling ball guy walks off in the dark place they fell in as he to try's to find something to help them get out and the cartoon ends as the robot guy looks at the camera and it fades. (This is what the story is supposed to be but the majority of it was not animated)

Mei's Corruption part 01, FINAL FULL public version

So this is it I guess... (On my public MEGA folder https://the-rope-dude.com/ you can find- A version without subtitles and 2D integrations.- Subtitles .srt files in English and French- The full audio separated in Voices, Music and FX.) Drawings/2D animations : @DevioussSama669 Mei Voice: @_PixieWillowMavis+Triss Voices: @CottontailVAVALara Croft + Aloy Voices: @lunamistxxVI Voice: @MacStarVASound Design : Mathieu Hellot, @Benjarost , Sound WizardMusic : Mathieu Hellot & Parviz Rezaï Like I said on the last post I feel pretty strange about this, a bit scared about what will come next now that what occupied my life for these last 3 years is "gone"...But knowing myself I'm pretty sure it will not stay this way for long and I'll soon find myself shoulder deed in a new project that will take all my attention 🤣😝. How was it made? This movie was almost entirely made with Blender and edited with DaVinci Resolve.- Photoshop at the beginning and Krita more recently for some texture/material related work.- Shutter Encoder for quick and easy video editing/conversion (This is a seemingly little known Open source soft but it's amazing, go check it and support it if you like it ^^). - Wan (free and open source AI) + DaVinci Resolve to make the movements you see on DevioussSama's 2D introduction drawings (with her consent of course).- Image Glass for quick and easy image conversion/resizing/browser (another amazing open source tool).- OpenOffice and Notepad++ for the script and other text related matters.I don't know what tools the other people like DevioussSama for the 2D intro and the audio people used. I would like to take the opportunity of this post to give you an idea of the resources needed to achieve this:- This movie was my full time job for almost 3 years.- The amount of money needed to pay every person who worked on the movie (except me) was about 10.000€. That means about 15.000$ of support money (because mainly of conversion + taxes + platform commissions).- This doesn't count the amount of money needed for some software, plugins, hardware, electricity... All this to say, this whole thing would never have been possible without the generous donations of every single person who supported me these past few years. I can't believe we achieved this, thank you SOOOOOO much! And thanks as well to all the people who didn't donated but liked, shared, made kind and encouraging comments etc...! One of the reason I started to make porn was because I wanted to "pay back" the NSFW community and all the amazing porn I enjoy almost every day, but I never would have thought it could lead to such a huge thing XD and it's a lot thanks to this amazing community 😊. What's next?I should take a break, but I don't know if my brain will let me do that 😅(I'm ok, don't worry ^^). I may take a long proper break at some point but anyway.I'm not sure I'll keep my weekly posting now that MC is over. What is sure, for now, is that I want to continue to do exactly what I've been doing since 2021 (with TRD and more recently with KKP) : - Produce whatever the hell makes me horny, share it for free to everyone, repeat as long as I receive enough support ^^.But I think (and hope XD) I won't get back into a big project soon. I want to give room to some of the many little ideas I have in mind and therefor focus on smaller projects, at least for now ^^. I wrote this to help you understand what drives me and therefor better understand/anticipate what could come next :- One of the many things that keeps me motivated is curiosity and experimentation. I love to explore things I've never tried before, never seen or not in a satisfying way to me, things that can help me to explore some of my kinks or show them in a new light. That led to all the rope work/capture in almost all my movies, the French kiss between Lara and Tifa, the magic strap-on for Tifa, the tape bondage and the hanging in Mei's invasion, the Goo in TA and MC, the breast physics in MC, the tentacle in the bath in TA, the violence in Lara's Hell...- Another motivator is the pleasure to build my universe and share it through the narrative part of my stories.- Of course all the nice comments and encouragements are also a big source of motivation so thanks a lot for all this 💚. ANYWAY!!! (I talk too much 🤣😝)I hope you will enjoy this video and that it will bring some positivity in your life, this is all I wish ^^. Take care 💚🍀🫶😊

Mei's Corruption part 01, FINAL FULL version

The time has come!If I remember correctly, this is my first ever dedicated Halloween post/media 🤔.(Always wanted, never had time 😝 but this year I found some time with the final phases of Mei's Corruption being a lot of render time, I could find some mental load to affect to this) Lara Croft 3D model by Wildeer StudioSound Design and Music by Mathieu HellotLara Croft’s voice by Patapon ANYWAYLet's answer the question right away because this is also and most importantly my first official prod including AI tools 😱!(Yeah I know this is fitting with Halloween because it's a scary subject 😝) I've posted some WIPs of this project for supporters (https://subscribestar.adult/theropedude) including the first version I tested as a proof of concept and a compilation of some of the sections I didn't use in the final puzzling but that I find cool. TLDR : I love playing with this, see you next time 💚. If you have been following me long enough, you may recognize the first image of the video because it was indeed the first image of a full 3D video I crafted back in the days 😊(https://the-rope-dude.com/2024/05/19/lara-breast-tease-01/). But you may also know that I've been playing with AI tools since at least 2023 and I find this kind of tech absolutely amazing. I've tried a few things and failed a lot but now I feel like the time has come to successfully integrate some of these tools in my workflow and therefore, here is the first example that I'm confident enough to call a success 😁.Of course it's not perfect and I'm not perfectly satisfied with everything but I never am and I'm always learning + the tools apparently can't stop to get better and better every 2 months 🤩. I want to share with you how using these tools make me feel (production wise)As a 3D animator I feel like a puppeteer, precisely pulling every string of my puppet to make exactly what I want. I have a lot of detailed control but it takes a lot of time. With AI Tools I feel more like an art or movie director, trying to guide actors in the direction I want and iterating with several takes until I have the "good one".Both have their pros and cons (Mostly control and speed of prod imo) so I'm looking for ways to have the best of each world 😁.Also for example a specific camera movement is a lot easier to do in 3D but animating 6 hands groping and playing realistically with boobies and flesh is a nightmare 😝.(And to quote Kurzgesagt : I want to use AI like the align tool in Adobe Illustrator.)How was it made exactly?Of course this is overly simplified but I may explain more in depth if some people are interested but to summarize the process :- Make an image in Blender.- (Optional) Generate a 3/8 sec video with Wan2.2 (I2V) and take the last image of the video.- Make an image in Blender or Edit the previous one with Qwen/Photoshop/Blender(Control-Nets).- Generate a 3/8 sec video with Wan2.2 (FLF2V with the last frame you just edited)- Repeat- Puzzle everything in DaVinci Resolve to make it as seamless as possible.- Upscale/Upframe with Wan2.2/DaVinci Resolve- Edit/Mask/FX/patchwork in Blender/DaVinci Resolve to improve/refine/hide/modify the things hard to manage otherwise. On that matter I want to give a big thanks and shout-out to IchibanFutsuJin (https://civitai.com/user/IchibanFutsuJin/posts) we share a lot of helpful technical knowledge with each other and he does some of the most creative and amazing uses of these tools I've seen so far 😍. Definitely go check his work! In any case I hope you appreciated this little comeback of Lara Croft and I wish you a great Halloween ^^! Take care 😊💚

Lara’s special Halloween Show

Just another day of hard but peaceful work for the inhabitants of Windmill Village.

It is a beautiful day in the Valley of the Windmills, and its inhabitants are hard at work. Beneath a great earthen jungle mound, in their subterranean chambers, the Frogapes of Windmill Village bustle about one of their most important grain mills. Within the compound walls, pulleys and rope lifts move precious stores of grain and flour into the old stone chambers. The complex, which also serves as a fortress in times of trouble, stands as a testament to the early builders of the valley. Other than repairs, it is doubtful that such a structure could now be built by the new generation of Frogapes. The complex runs so deep into the hill that some have disappeared within its depths, into secret corridors and hidden vaults where the old stonework rests in silence and no torchlight ever reaches. The Rope Dude PMV, 4 years anniversary compilation

This is the start of a new journey (so dramatic I know XD(But it's true))DON'T PANIC📔I'm not stopping anything, quite the opposite in fact. As I started to let it know recently, I've been working on something big these 6 last months and the time have come to start to reveal it 🥳.Start? Yes because this huge project is in fact a collection of projects I will reveal over time when they are mature ^^.The common point of all these projects is of course the 3D porn I've been working on for 4 years. So I thought it was adequate to start this new adventure with a summary of what brought us here 😉. It's no secret that I love PMV so I commissioned one of my favorite PMV artist (Taimer) to make one with everything I made in these 4 years. You can go support him here ^^:https://subscribestar.adult/taimer What brought us here is of course all the work I put in this whole "The Rope Dude" project but it's above everything YOU who made it possible ☺️💚! Everyone who have ever donated and supported this amazing journey. All this exists thanks to you so from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU💚💚!If you are not yet part of the team ad want to join you can do so and have a few bonus here :https://subscribestar.adult/theropedudehttps://fansly.com/The_rope_dude/postsBut also thanks to those who made nice, encouraging or interesting comments/messages, those who shared my creations and helped their spreading, those who liked them etc...I feel so lucky and thankful to have all of you, I'll continue to do my best 😁. Lala wanted to get in some cleaning in her gym clothes. But after a little trip and fall, Lala falls over one her inventions Bind-bind rope. Her invention coils around her body and her sensitive tail which weakens her, so Peke(her AI robotic hair pin who equips her clothes) leaves to get Rito's help. Until then Lala is tied up at the moment, but either Rito will think of something or Lala will use her immense strength to save herself. Environmental Concept Art presenting My Game's atmosphere and exploration.

This is one of many concept art posts for a “spooky” supernatural-themed NSFW Visual Novel Game that I’m planning on doing! The game’s current working title is ESTATE OF THE LATEFor the INTERACTIVE VERSION you must visit the version I posted on MY SITE………………………………………………………………………………………………………… This is just an environmental concept art that is made as two interactive 360 panoramas, so the only way I can post them here is via video. For the interactive version please check out the linked post on my site. Originally the environment was made for the "Game night" concept scene comic, because at this point I want to be a lot more concrete with environments and backgrounds in my concept scene sketches. Then naturally the environment art became an exercise in displaying the personalities of it's inhabitants. Both these Panoramas cover one big room that belongs to Angelica and Dorothy that is divided into 3 parts. Angelica’s side of the RoomI consciously made her side of the room more packed with stuff – she’s definitely is a material girl and a general theme of hers is her values toward “external” stuff that can give her power. Therefore, while she is into magic, I am also trying to illustrate how the quickly growing technology of the 90's was starting to seem like it’s own type of “magic”. Especially if you are rich and can afford the latest and greatest hardware and software at the time. She is also a dork. The whole shelf right of her PC is filled with media – 90’s Strategy games and Point-and-clickers. I hope to maybe have a scene where if you prompt her about her collection of media, you can get her to start gushing about the games that she likes and that are coming up. Dorothy’s side of the Room. She is the more humble one. She is a lot more inwardly focused. So most of the stuff she has is about self-development and not instant gratification. Her interests mainly reside in 2 directions – Art and Fitness (to a point where it seems as if she made up of 2 different people). When it comes to fitness, she is heavily into calisthenics, because she loves maximizing the freedom that her body can do, which is why she has that pullup rack and rope outside her window (that I’ve featured two times in concept drawings) which allows her to B-line straight outside to the river with the alligators. When it comes to art she likes her 90's nu-metal (this universe’s analog for bands like Tool and NIN). Her Room is filled with posters, but I’ll fill them out later. I hope to get some help in making parody versions of IRL nu-metal bands. She does also try to create in the realm of Music, which is why she has a whole guitar set. However, a big theme about her artistic pursuits is that she is not good at them.
