A pair of siblings, Jin and Jenny make a snowman together

Back in 2020 I made a 7 minute animated short and I finished it just before midnight on Christmas day. It was truly an unique experience and I doubt I will ever do that again. It's title was '' Delaying the Christmas spirit ''Since I wanted to post one more animation before the year ended, I took inspiration from a framed picture that showed up in the animation. It shows up around the 3:31 minute mark ---------------------[ My links ]---------------------[ Donate in BMAC ] or [ Become a Patron ]Shout out to 🐰 NothanyTPM 🐰the newest PatronNow that we have 5 patrons the Patreondrawing requests are open once again!for just $1 a month you can ask for a requestand have access to behind-the-scenes contentIt's almost Christmas so here isSnow day Memory's BTS for freeMerry Christmas to all and a happy new year!--------------------------------------------------------- Wanto to see more of these characters?Check Out[Jin's Gallery] & [Jenny's Gallery]

Rob refuses to give up insomnia or the internet that fuels it. Johny will have none of it!

A very special thanks to Oney for helping me export this to swf! YOU ROCK!
EDIT: Thanks for the daily award, weekly 2nd, and front page! Also, some people are saying there's a problem with audio not playing at times. I haven't been able to reproduce the bug, but there's a theory going around that perhaps one of the ads that load may be messing with the audio, disabling it or something. If this happens to you, try refreshing the page. This would change the ad and theoretically give you a second chance at playing. If you don't want to mess with that, you could always watch it on youtube. Hope that works! Siblings episode 6: Don't Sleep, Robby! Johny, in an effort to defeat boredom, wants to get on the internet. He cannot get online, however, as Rob is currently using their single line dial up connection. Rob needs it in order to keep himself awake for a few more hours, as he's been awake for quite some time and refuses to sleep until a certain time. Now it is up to Johny to try and get Rob to go to sleep, thereby forfeiting the connection! BUT WILL HE SUCCEED?! You guys should know how things work by now. If you don't, however, press 'H' and each button will show a help message when you hover the mouse above it. Use this to get a better description of everything that you may not get. Press 'H' again to turn the help feature off. This bad boy is about 9 minutes long, so be prepared for that. I'd like to thank inkiemouse and her family for their guest appearances in this, you rock! And of course, Oney for his awesome narrative work. So leave a review! And if you haven't seen "Don't Wake Robby!", you may want to watch that before watching this. Otherwise, some of the jokes in this won't make any sense to you.

Don't Sleep, Robby!

Dedicated to everyone who hates excessive yelling, screaming, or other loud noises

Siblings Untitled 01

Rob and Adrian are tricked into watching a terrible movie called 'Twilight'

Siblings mini-episode 3: tWHYlight Adrian invites Rob to view a movie called 'Twilight'. All they know about it is that there's vampires in it. Poor souls, they've no idea how terrible it really is... no idea of the torture they're about to endure... Made in about three weeks time. Three or four, I forget. I was hauling ass either way. Glad to finally be done working on it. The playhead and menus and whatnot work the same as previous episodes.
I stuffed this damn thing with secrets. There's a 'version B' you can unlock by finding the hidden skull and you can unlock more pages in the scrapbook by finding hidden split second buttons thrown in various scenes. Hell, even the thermos is adjustable... though it doesn't do anything. I sure hope you guys get a chuckle out of this. I enjoyed it, anyway. Holla! EDIT: Front page, daily second? A thousand times thank you, everyone! The one and the three zeroes. Put a comma in there if you want, that's optional.
EDIT EDIT: Well, here I was, thinking I was done editing. Apparently not! Thanks for the weekly user's choice, everyone!
EDITEDITEDIT: For those of you who want the location of all the secret buttons spoiled, find the secrets walkthrough for this at my website.

Rob has a great idea for a sonic level, but Johny doesn't care to listen

Siblings mini-Episode 2: Heinous Anus Zone Rob has conceptualized a great idea for a Sonic level, but Johny doesn't want to hear about it. Of course, this doesn't stop Rob from telling him anyway. EDIT: I made the play button in the preloader more... obvious. Obnoxiously obvious, heh. The sonic footage is just a preloader, when it's done loading, you'll know where the play button is now. Click it to see the actual cartoon. For any fans who are familiar with the Siblings series, this one works the same as all the other ones. A cartoon, some extras, a scrapbook... all that jazz. This is a mini-episode, so it's shorter than usual. Explore a little and have fun with it. There's a secret hidden in there, so have fun finding it! You might have to get a closer look to do so... As per usual, you can leave feedback if you wish, but be sure to read the scrapbook before asking any questions. The scrapbook usually answers questions the casual fan may have about the episode. If you don't find your answer in there, then ask away. For more episodes of Siblings, visit "animation.bobert-rob.com "

Extra jokes and scenes from episode 5 of Siblings, most of which are FFXII related

Two months ago I released episode 5 of Siblings, entitled "Not-the-Final Fantasy XII". It parodied... well, FFXII. There were a few outtakes and alternate scenes, but I wanted to release the episode quickly, so I said "Hey, why don't I just release the extra bits in their own submission, allowing me to release episode 5 faster?". So I did. But when making the extras, I figured this would be the last time I'd parody FFXII, so I made a few more parody skits. Now it's practically a new animation, albeit with absolutely no storyline at all. ** SPOILER ALERT. READ BELOW FOR INFO ** This plays like any previous episode of Siblings playhead wise, but it comes with a new option: No Spoiler version. See, the regular version of this includes a parody of the final battle. Obviously, this could spoil the ending for anyone who hasn't beaten the game and likes surprises, so I added a feature so you can watch this without the super spoiler scene. The final battle parody is replaced with a really weird scene, so even if you watch the regular version, you might want to watch the weird 'no spoiler' scene afterward. The regular version is about 4 minutes long, while the 'no spoiler' version is only two minutes long. I stuffed some extra extras in this (in the form of audio clips only) and two secrets (two!), for those who want more. I hope you guys enjoy this. It's my birthday present to you all... so enjoy it! OR ELSE. EDIT: Thanks for the support, everyone! The daily first, the front pagery... all of it, thank you!

Not-The-FFXII Extras

Rob plays Final Fantasy XII while Johny and co. listen to his mindless mocking of it

Siblings Ep. 5: Not-the-Final Fantasy XII Rob is playing Final Fantasy XII, mocking it all the way. Johny, Dan, and baby Mason join the festivities and give Rob an audience to rant to. There are many options in this animation. To see an explanation of all, click the 'more info' button in the top right of the preloader. It opens a page with the information in another window. Also, it's 6 minutes long and has a full scrapbook and a few secrets, so make sure you have the time to spend watching it. There are a few extras in this, but I'm releasing all the good extras in a submission all by themselves. It's not done yet, but will be completed and released upon completion. Also be on the lookout for secrets... seeeecrets! Feel free to leave me feedback, but please: read the Scrapbook before-hand, especially if you have any questions. It may have the answer you're looking for. I also stuffed a few secrets in there, see if you can find them. More episodes:
"siblings.bobert-rob.com" EDIT: Thank you everyone for your support... you have no idea how much I appreciate it! For the daily first, the front page, everything... one big-ass thanks goes out to you all! YAY!
EDIT2: The extras collection for this is done. Go to the submissions list over on the left and find 'Not-the-FFXII Extras' and you'll find it.

Not-The-Final Fantasy XII

Edit again: Woah, front page AND weekly sixth place! Not only that, but the score is the highest I've ever had on any cartoon. THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE! This rules! NG, Mr. Fulp, fans, you guys are awesome!
Edit: Daily feature! Awesome! Thanks to all the ones who voted on this, it's greatly appreciated! Siblings episode 4: Half beard
Rob shaves half of his beard off in an effort to quicken the shaving process. Johny must try to keep Rob from embarrassing him, which proves to be a difficult task. Containing insanity is never easy. About 5 months in the making (only 3 of which were spent on the creation of this), this 6 minute long cartoon is the longest episode I've made thus far. There are plenty of extras and a big scrapbook, so if you don't have 10+ minutes to spend going through everything (if you like doing that anyway), you should wait to watch this until you do. Due to all the stuff I put into this, the file size is a little on the big side. Sorry about that, but it couldn't be helped. Oh, I almost forgot, there's playback control hidden on the bottom of the screen. Hover over the bottom of the screen to reveal it. It's like Pop a Cap's playback, but more advanced, since you can tell it to skip ahead or behind any number of times (up to 99), go to the scene select menu, or turn the subtitles on or off at any time. And for those who didn't notice, the 'happy' and 'scary' choices in the beginning only change the menu background, not the cartoon itself. Hope you enjoy. Leave a review and tell me what you think. Half Beard

Rob mimics a show on TV, to Johny's dismay.

EDIT: A bit late with this, but yay for front page. Wee. Siblings mini-Episode 1: Pop a Cap!
Rob mimics a show on TV which leads to the fall of Johny. As the title suggests, this isn't a full episode. Rather, it's a quick minute of Siblings to hold you over until episode 4 comes out (which shouldn't take more than a month to finish). I've practiced with making better playback features in this, but expect episode 4's to be better. Hover the mouse at the bottom of the flash window to reveal them. I've also figured out how to easily put subtitles in without taking up too much space (just uses a single frame movieclip and a variable, so simple I'm surprised I didn't think of it sooner), so those of you who are always wanting me to put those in can rest easy. So I hope you guys enjoy this; Make sure to leave a review. I read and appreciate them all! (as long as they're actually reviews and not pointless spam) More episodes:

Pop a Cap!

Siblings Ep. 3: Dog Daze of Boredom It's just another day in the life of Spike, and that means barking at anything that moves, laying around, and putting up with Johny's neglect and Rob's idiocy. There's a hidden play/pause button down in the bottom left corner of the screen in case you want to pause it for any reason. It kind of goofs up the audio sync, so be warned. The scrapbook's last four pages are unviewable at this time due to an error in my coding. I'll fix it as soon as possible. Until then, if you wish to view the full version of the scrapbook, be sure to go to my site. There's a link to it on the main page. So watch and enjoy. Don't be afraid to leave a review, I appreciate all the feedback I get. Truely. More episodes:

Dog Daze of Boredom

Johny is instructed to wake Rob, but this proves to be quite the challenge.

Siblings Ep. 2: Don't Wake Robby Johny, in the middle of playing a game I won't mention, is told to wake his brother Rob. Rob, who has been sleeping for days, refuses to wake up. Johny must go to great lengths and hairbrain plans to awaken his hybernating brother. It just gets crazier from there. "Play" plays the movie. "Scene selection" picks a specific scene to start from. "Scrapbook" is a collection of images and behind the scenes information from me. "Extras" contains a few bloopers (one animated, two just audio) and a pointless feature to watch Johny say "Fail!" repeatedly. While the animation plays, there's a hidden 'play/pause' button in the bottom left corner of the screen. Pressing this button either pauses or plays the movie, depending on which state it's in. Music credits are as such:
"Chop Suey!" by System of a Down
"(Wake up) Make a Move" by Lost Prophets
"(O.J.) Wake up" by Snoop Dogg
"Wake up everybody" by Harold Melvin & the blues notes
"Wake up America" by Darryl Worley
"Rob's Dream" by Robert Winchester As always, leave a review if you please. I always appreciate them, even if they are negative. This movie took two months to create, starting a day or so after I finished Runesuck. More episodes:

Don't Wake Robby

Johny plays Runescape and Rob makes fun of him for it

Siblings Ep. 1: Runesuck After watching his favorite show, Rob is bored. Johny is playing Runescape. Rob, in an effort to occupy his mind, proceeds to watch Johny play and makes fun of everything he does on the game. There's a hidden play/pause button down in the bottom left corner of the screen in case you want to pause it and read some of the text that goes by too quickly. There's also a secret animation hidden in there, try to find it. It's a pretty useless animation, but that's why I love it. So the premise is the same as 'Day of the Devil', but without the Devil-themed humor. This one focuses primarily on Runescape and the mocking of it. The animation is also better as I have more experience with my shitty tablet. That and I spent three weeks on this, rather than 10 hours. So yes. Check it out and leave a review, if you would. HD Special is out now!

Runesuck

It's the day of the devil and that means bugging people about it!

Siblings Ep. 0: Day of the Devil It's the day of the devil and Rob can't shut up about it. Unfortunately, Johny can't stop playing Runescape, so he has to put up with Rob's case of motormouth. Will he ever stop rambling about it? Probably not. Did this animation in like a day. A straight 10+ hour period of hardcore animating. I recently got a tablet, so this is my first attempt to animate using it. Leave a review. More episodes:
