📺 The Buttles Episode 5 – Captain Emo’s Big StropEmo’s back in a big way, baby — but self-indulgent strops could derail revolutions before they’ve even left the harbour. EPISODE PLOT:The ship has stopped… and no one knows why. Paul just wants to write another song for the “undeveloped minds,” Ron is ranting about the emancipation of workers, Jingo would rather be watching paint dry, and Greg… well, Greg just wants to meet some lasses. But only one man can get the Nautilus moving again: Captain Emo.The problem? He’s having a massive strop. Will the gang’s musical talent, political ideology, and questionable motivational speeches be enough to lure him out? Or will Greg have to do what Greg always does: sort it the hard way. 🕵️ ABOUT THIS EPISODE:- The ships computer actually runs on windows vista- Captain emo was originally scheduled to have a larger role but due to a labour dispute his role was drastically cut leaving him with a non speaking roll- Ron insisted on the actual Voight-Kampff machine being used in his scenes meaning the episodes budget ballooned almost bankrupting the studio- Captain emos strop was inspire by real events during a Pontins residency in 1976 ⚠️ Disclaimer: Any resemblance to The Beatles, their members, or related entities, beings or archetypes is entirely coincidental and unintended. Newgrounds Redux: Metal Gear Awesome 3

The sequel to Solid Sticks 5 with an all new level of action!

this movie is now available for viewing in my Deviantart page: xarugas.deviantart.com. If it appears anywhere else plz PM me asap. :D **UPDATE 4**: err yeah, final update. Due to demand I added the High quality option (then again, the context menu IS accessible xD) and tweaked the music a bit more. This is gonna be the final update. I think it's play options are complete now right? Ok :D (forgive me admins for multiple small updates @_@) **UPDATE 3**: The music has upped quality. It MAY seem the same, but i assure you it has less static than the previous version x_x -- After 3 years of waiting the sequel to Solid Sticks 5 is here. This doesnt mean i did this for 3 years, nope, i took 2-3 weeks for this animation. :D I've been busy in college after doing Solid Sticks 5 so i never got to work on this one til recently. I'd like to thank all those who supported the series, as they were my sorta "development" in my skills as an animator (as evidently seen in the progression of each episode). Be sure to watch Solid Sticks 5 to understand most of the plot (the simplistic, character-centered plot), oh and stick around after the credits guys. Hope you enjoy! ****EDIT 3******: Im overwhelmed with the response, and i kinda want to reply to most of the reviews, thanks for the support! For those people who are craving for a story, Gun & Sword was meant to be the sequel to Solid Sticks 5, in which the plot was VERY simple. --White stick beats up his foe (from episode 3 to 5), the Grey stick. Magnum in the end, being his FULLY ANIMATED self and all, kills both sticks. White CHANGES from stick to non-stick, and there they fight. :) -- simplistic yes, but like i said this is a revisiting of my flash skills after 2 years of not animating, and i was pushing the limits of my action animation style plus trying out new effects, in which ive learned and loved alot of. My future submissions WILL have more plot, you see, cuz this was just fulfilling the cherry on the top for my past series. I mean, fans of Solid Sticks 5 wanted that sequel, and i wanted to make it (plus i go insane for making action shows lol) Uhh, consider it as a sort of "i guess this is what i can do now with animation, so this time ill work on the other side of it, story telling and plots" Thanks for the great reviews and support people! And the score is overwhelming @_@ Thanks to Tom Fulp for the FRONTPAGE TOO!

GUN & SWORD

The result of the audio and flash forums teaming up for the first time. By NG, for NG.

EDIT - There's a new CTSG song in the works for a new CTSG flash! Check it out at http://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/topic/977446 IT'S FINALLY FINISHED. Way back in January 2008, twelve frequenters of the audio forum decided to play something called "Continue The Song Game". They created a song by adding 15 seconds chunks at a time to the previous persons piece, and so on and so forth until they had a 3-minute conglomeration of awesome. It was fine on its own, but I thought something was missing. That's right, a flash to go with it! So I went to the flash forum in the middle of February and put out the call for twelve animators to animate a musicians part of their choice. This concept has never happened before! Since the song had taken only 5 days to complete, I gave the animators a deadline of one month. SEVEN AND A HALF MONTHS AND MANY LOVEBLIMP PARODIES LATER We're now down to ten animators and one of the largest collab threads in the history of Newgrounds. Enjoy the fruits of our labors! Many thanks to Whirlguy, who compiled everything for me :D By the way, the audio forum made a second CTSG while this flash was in production. Maybe we'll do this again! Song thread - newgrounds.com/bbs/topic/853834 - 9 pagesFlash thread - newgrounds.com/bbs/topic/859161 - 75 pages"Best of the flash thread" post - whirlguy.newgrounds.com/news/post/193733 - First successful collab organized by someone with no flashes submitted- First collab based around a music collab- Most Rig parodies created during production D:- First appearance of the Loveblimp- Two contributors were modded during production - Rig & WritersBlock Sorry about the large size - we wanted to have high-quality sound. ;) EDIT - The sig pictures are now clickable!EDIT - Hurrah for the front page! Thank you, mysterious stranger.EDIT - Hey, daily first! And thanks for the collection additions! :DEDIT - Thanks for the weekly 10th!

Another 50+ movies about Metal Gear Solid

Metal Gear Solid: Flash Collab (DISC 2) Another 50+ artists get together to pay homage to one of the best game series of our time! BTW, we're sorry this is late and if you're still angry about it, just think of that scene in Tango and Cash where Tango stops that truck with like two bullets and the driver flies out of the windshield and how exhilarating that was. I feel better already! did somebody say EASTER EGGS?

The final war in the Zelda: Heroic Rage saga.

The Zelda: Heroic Rage saga is now complete with this, Episode 9. To fully experience the movie, I recommend watching at least Episodes 6, 7, and 8 before watching this one. It took over a year to develop this episode due to time constraints on my free time, and many technical set-backs. I tried to stretch my limitations far beyond my ability; some will still complain on graphics, but others appreciate my style. One thing's for sure, this movie is my best and I am proud to present it to the world. Thank you Newgrounds once again! Thanks to the fans who kept Heroic Rage going!

Zelda: Heroic Rage 9

Solid Snake comes home to his apartment to a surprise.

Metal Gear Solid silliness. Otacon GETS DOWN. He should really be listening to some anime song or something but my Sims2 version of him started dancing to this song and I couldn't stop laughing. Frame-by-frame for a lot of this which is unbelievably time consuming. Two easter eggs too at the end! The Raiden one in particular makes me laugh way too much. BY FAR MY FAVORITE PART.

Things Can Only Get Gayer

metal gear solid hardcore sex. Solid Snake & Meryl getting in on OMFG!

Solid Snake/Meryl Sex XXX

The movie is a continuation of the story of the previous episodes. Link morphs ahead 7 years in time, and awakens in a raging desire for revenge. Music: God of War Sdtk, Gladiator Sdtk, Troy Sdtk. Thanks Newgrounds, once again! *I am fairly sure I will continue this series. Update (12-9-07): I am hard at work on Episode 9. There have been many setbacks, and not much spare time in my life for free work like this, it is free, so it is for the fans. Even though I struggle for work time on it, Ep. 9 is my best work ever, I am very proud of it and can't wait to share it, I hope it gets a #1 this time, or I might take another year off again. -Scott

TooF Solid vs Croose

A Short Box Adoption Advert, starring Solid Snake.

Hello, all! This is yet another 24-hour flash by Seth and Jared. This is one for the MGS fans out there. Seth had an idea for a parody of those Indian children foundations, only with Snake standing up for boxes. It's short, but I find it pretty funny. This one was a much busier 24 hours, however. I honestly took at least 2 and a half hours making the cardboard look weathered for the photographs, only to have it appear for maybe 2 seconds. Oh well. I also think I may have broken my toe while kicking Seth. I'm probably getting it checked tomorrow. Enjoy. Sorry about the filesize, it's the pictures!

Adopt-A-Box Foundation

This series has come a long way since its humble beginnings. This movie is about Link and his son, and the continuing war with evil that Link must face. I worked hard on this one guys, so enjoy it! I was going to leave it at ep. 6, but I like you fans out there so here's some love! My hard work for no money... (Episode 8 will be released soon). Thanks!

Zelda: Heroic Rage 7

Solid Snake tries to jump on a guard, but something goes wrong!

This was supposed to be an intro for a much longer flashmation with loads of different outtakes, but I got bored with the MG-theme and didn't continue making it past the menu and intro. Don't let it fool you thought, even if it is just an intro it's quite good ;) By the way, at the end of the flash you can see what the menu would've looked like.
Please leave reviews, I won't answer all of them but I'll try to read them all :)
Well, enjoy the animation! Ps. Sorry for any mistakes in the language, English ain't my native ;)

Solid Snake stars in this completely random but completely hilariouscomedy

The Metal Gear video game series is my favorite video game series ever. Since I love Metal Gear so much, I decided it was time to ditch the sprite films and do a completely handrawn, completely original comedy starring the one and only Solid Snake. My goal is to make the front page or make it into the Metal Gear collection, so if you like my flash be sure to vote! I went all out in making sure this is the funniest and most original film I've ever created, so I hope you truly enjoy the Metal Gear Toast!

Metal Gear Toast

This is the FIRST HALF of number 2 of the MGS:STS seires

Thanks for front page! Well this is the begingin of MGS: STS 2. The second half is still being finished.
The reason for this was because the file ended up being over 5 megs so i decided to split it into two parts.
It's taken the better part of about two months to make this. All the chracters voices a side from Psycho Mantis is done by diffrent voice actors and NOT ME this time. Again i AM playing a male character in this so please don't say that Psycho Mantis sounds like a 7 year old. Let me remind you I'M A GIRL!!! ((And no i did not get the coconut idea from VG cats.
The actor who is singing sent a recording of him singing that song and my editor thouth that it would be funny to add it in.))) Any way i hope you enloy the movie.

Metal Gear Solid STS's 2

Finally it’s finished! Metal Gear Solid: Snake Tale Shorts

(Ok no more e-mails! Thanks to every one for appliying. I am currently looking over you e-mails now. Check profile to see who is needed.) 5th PLACE!! WHA-HOO! thanks every one for you reviews!! ^_^ And just so you know, I'm a girl trying to do Snakes voice. Sorry if it sounds bad.
Also i'm not 7 or 10 years old, i'm 17. So please, stop saying that i sound like a child because it really hurts. This the first part of three and it has taken about a month to make.
From its preview it has been edited a lot.
I hope that you like it. I know most of you wanted me to find a different voice actor to play Snake so I apologise for not finding one. Also look out for little lables hidden about the movie. Please enjoy and leave a review after.
Thanks.
Fox.

Metal Gear Solid: STS's

What would happen if they made a MGS movie?

I think a MGS movie would go something like this...

Metal Gear Solid: Movie

This is a departure from my Zelda: Heroic Rage series to focus on something for my portfolio that can appeal to a wide-range of people, not just fans of violent action. Warrior Boarder is a superhuman bad-ass who is also a hero. Check out Scott1up.com after the movie, or e-mail me at Scott1up@hotmail.com, I like feedback. *Daily award (3rd), thank you! And I forgot:please don't try this at home!

Warrior Boarder

Furious rage of the legend strikes again.

This is for all the people who have supported the series. I would have to say this has been my favorite episode yet. E-mail me at Scott1up@hotmail.com if you have any comments or suggestions. Thanks Newgrounds, and the fans!
*Daily Award again..Kick ass. Thank U.

Zelda: Heroic Rage 6

This was going to be the opening sequence to my next huge Cactuar and Tonberry movie, but an entire scene got erased. I put a lot of effort into it, but it disappeared. If this makes a good score I'll consider finishing the entire movie. ENJOY!

Cactuar Gear Solid

OMG!!!!!!! my first award i didn't even realise until now (10 october)
thanks to all the reviews
========================
==============
originally i was only going to put it on deviant art but i was convinced to put it on Newground by Sioux, thanks to all the people that have seen it already and gave a positive response.
Sorry if you think it is short but it only took me 3 days and i only really intented it to be on deviant art, oh well enjoy N.A.L.O

Solid Snake's Finest Hour

MGS: The Twin Noodles

This is the last episode of the Heroic Rage series. It has been fun, but it has been many hours of hard work. Thank you to everyone who has watched any of the series...The music is by nintendo. Also, if the movie is ridiculously slow, right click and toggle a lower quality. If you haven't seen any of the series, you should at least watch part 4 before this one. *Update* Wow, a number one!...Makes me want to make another episode sometime...

Zelda: Heroic Rage 5

Metal Gear Fiesta

Link returns. I finally decided to continue the series for all the other warrior fans who like adult link better than child Link. It is my fourth movie in the series. There is some interactivity, so it isn't "just" a movie. This movie is based on the old school link from the earlier games. Thank You Newgrounds.

Zelda: Heroic Rage 4

Update! Sound leveled out and a swanky SCENE SELECT DEALIE! It started as a combination of a good idea and a school project......is it good?.....decide for yourself
...f**king sub-par recording equipment

Solid Snake's Day Off DVD

Bigger, Better, Zelda Evolved and Extreme...

I have dreamed a dream...And molded it into reality. I have wished now, for a long time, for adult Link to return and conquer Hyrule once again...This is my best Flash EVER. UPDATE: I may make another sequel to the series because there are so many fans. I'll release a trailer for it in August or September.

Zelda Heroic Rage 3

This is the second movie in my Zelda series. Hated by some, hailed as great by others, the SERIES MUST GO ON! Be Sure to watch The Legend of Zelda: Heroic Rage 3 when this one is done! E-mail me at:
