The series finale to the Sonic Sprite series, Chaos War.

Been a very long time. Newgrounds isn't something I keep up with, but for completeness sake I figured I'd upload the finale here as well. The series finale to my long running Sonic Flash animation is finally finished. What's next for me, who knows. Maybe I'll still do animation from time to time. But, after doing this for 15 years I think it's time for a break. For anyone who cares about this humble little series, thanks for your viewership and sticking around this long. For others whose sprite animation isn't their thing, thanks for stopping by anyway. Credits for characters would fill way too much of this space! Mike & Revio Adventures: Cold War DX Chapter 1

Ty and Friends - Undefeatable So, let me start with some backstory. I started this atleast 12 months ago, still recovering from the whiplash of the Sonic Frontiers emotional rollercoaster. Specifically that tasty soundtrack- hoh my hod. One day i decided: I GOTTA stop animating these things in my head, and start putting pen to.. tablet. So I was off and running. I hadn't planned to do any more than like, a few words, showcase a couple action scenes, then sorta cut it off randomly but, hell, I couldn't stop myself. The sheer energy and force of the song drove me to finish atleast the whole chorus and outro, and so, here we are. Now you're probably wondering, what the hell is going on in this animation??? Well, this is just a visual guide of Ty (red flannel)'s journey as card (purple suit guy) sends him down memory lane, starting back at the extinction event, where everyone died except Ty, then, 100 years later, death is trying to kill Ty when he harnesses his POISON form, which eventually he succumbs to, which is where Ty and Friends: Project Alpha starts, and Ty runs through the gateway to the afterlife, then, the Uncomfortable Machine, then into hell, and after a nice long adventure in between, Ty ends up toe to toe once again with Card himself, this time both of them are powered up on a cosmic level. TL:DR, it's basically a showcase of Ty's adventure. anyhoo, thank you all once again for your support. I know animations have been dry this year, and i've tried to sustain interest via art, but, yeah, you can only do so much before burning out. i'll try and do more simple easy stuff like the intelligent exchange animation just to fill in gaps (with no dip in quality obviously) but yeah. Thank you all (:

Two artificial science experiment antagonists who both have an army of clones and crave a hunger for power (both figuratively and VERY literally)! Who will come out on top??? Find out! A unique blend of modern progressive metal which incorporates crushing guitarwork, dynamic vocals that flow from brutal to ethereal seamlessly; voiceover passages and sound effects which hone and craft the storyline while simultaneously capturing the listener's attention to transport them to another world; this album dives deep into themes of great and devastating loss, re-discovery, exploration, eternity, and nothingness, all while telling a familiar story in a completely novel way. This first offering from Ellimist is surely not one to miss!' IN THIS, the 10th track on the album; we describe the internal conflict between Toomin and the hive-mind creature 'Father'; the sponge-like, moon-sized behemoth living deep within the oceans of the blue moon. Capturing any wandering ships which stray too close to the waters, Father ensnares the bodies (and minds) of those unlucky enough to fall into his web. In this song, Toomin contemplates his constant losses in Father's games, which take place in mental simulations of various scenarios derived from the memories of the captured. He experiences the abject horror of being left to drift in an ocean of corpses, surrounded by the bodies of the last Ketrans, slowly giving way to an ever present existential dread; until, that is, by chance, he glimpses the path to victory with his discovery of music. Music changes Toomin profoundly, and with his mastery of the game of music, he is finally able to turn the tables on Father, absorbing the captive minds in Father's possession in the process, thwarting Father, escaping his tethers, and destroying the blue moon. With this, Toomin begin his transcendence into the Ellimist, a biomechanical, intergalactic being of immense strength, and embarks on his journey to find his place in the universe as the cosmic do-gooder... Lyrics:Father is all!Forced to fight, eternally ‘gainst a Menno from my memoriesA living corpse, never decayingThe endless mawForever tethered to the tendrils of the memoryFather is all(Spoken)It’s been lonely, with only the dead to keep me companyWhat is it that you want? You’re a gamer, are you not?Well, I simply wish to play a game...Shall we immerse? On the other sideClinging to a miscueOnly from me can demise come slowly into viewI must set them free! The Unemites are the keyAnd the end to this eternal miseryI MUST END ITStep into my lair, said the Dreth to the ChorkantYou’ve given me the tools I need to lead you to oblivionStep into my lair said the Dreth to the ChorkantYou’ve given me the tools I need to lead you to the endOver and over I best you, andOver and Over, I’m left to rotOver and Over, I’m left in a field of death I cannot escape fromOv-er and ov-er and ov-er, and ov-er and ov-er and ov-er andThe game is allforced to fight, eternally ‘gainst a Menno from my memoriesA living corpse never decayingThe endless mawForever tethered to the tendrils of the memoriesFather is allHow long until you realize? How long until you see that I’ve won...shall we immerse?ON THE OTHER SIDEIn the end, you are nothingA parasitic hive-mindOf planetary scaleA being without meaningAnd in the end I am becomingAll that you once were and moreA billion minds in one;I have become the multitude!(Spoken) The tendrils had penetrated deep, and when I finally freed myself, it nearly killed meAs I surfaced, every mind that I had acquired from father cried out in a thousand languages at onceI was overwhelmed, and in the end, Menno was right after allI had to adapt, or die... How it is When Nux gets an Idea

Look, I tried changing my movies to MP4s because of the whole 'Flash is dead' BS. But the last video I made wound up super fuzzy. On THIS website. I don't know what happened, I don't know how to fix it and my attempts to learn went belly up. So instead of trying to integrate with times, I've decided to double down and resume Flash and Shockwave files. Any thing that comes from it is more your problem than my problem. The idea initially came about when we first went into that "two week" quarantine when the pandemic started. The first animatic was made during that period. This by far is one of, if not the most ambitious and longest 2D animation I have ever worked on for my OCs (and in general). Now that its finally done I do have some thoughts and feelings about both the experience and the outcome. PRODUCTION:When I first was working on the animatic I tried to push myself to get it done as quickly as possible because I knew if it became dragged out I was never going to finish it let alone animate it. There were two songs I couldn't decide between; those songs being "All I do is sit inside my house all day" by Josh a and "Losing Interest" by Paycheck. I ultimately just asked a friend which song he thinks works better, and that's how we got the song we have now.I did end up getting the entire rough animatic done within 24 hours (March 22-23, 2020). I did some cleanup near the end of May and probably a bit in June. I didn't actually start animating until November. I used a school project as an excuse and as a way to force myself to get a good chunk of it done (since my grade depended on it). The first shot animated was actually the classroom shot. During the fall semester I managed to get a whole 20 seconds done (0:30-0:52 was the bit I animated for school). I felt pretty proud of myself for actually getting the animation started. During winter break I tried to keep it going and managed start working on the part preceding the classroom shot starting with David (the one in the white t-shirt/red hoodie) spinning into the sky. The other shots before that were animated in order I believe. My spring semester started and no work was done on it during that time, that semester left me drained and void of motivation. I would start getting animating again on may 23rd working on the remaining shots in chronological order. The second to last shot's lip sync only looks that well because I rotoscoped a recording I did of myself singing along, and honestly, that was a great decision to make because had I done it from scratch it would have definitely taken forever to do that shot and it would have probably looked worse. I rendered the final video yesterday (July 5th, 2021) at 9 am after working on it all night. CONCLUSION:So after all that and finally putting this project to rest there should be some closure, right? Eh, not really. Immediately after rendering it I felt pretty underwhelmed, to say the least. Seeing everything all together it feels like a mess honestly. Its just all over the place. I guess that's what happens when the entire animatic was made within 24 hours I suppose; but I can't see myself coming up with something better even had I spent more time on it so who knows. It is also worth noting that since around March 6th of this year my channel kinda just started tanking drastically and unprecedently and is at the lowest point its been since May 2017, so there's a good chance all this work won't even be seen by many people combining my dead channel and the fact that this doesn't have the support of some pre-existing fandom like Undertale, Sonic, or Dragonball lol.But that's ok. Because honestly the best part of working on this has been the tremendous support my friends have given me while working on this (and when I make anything really). I mentioned feeling underwhelmed to my friend and he immediately hyped up my work so I appreciate that a lot. Wait, did I just pull a "the real *blank* was the friends we made along the way"? It doesn't help that no one else really knows the two characters' backstory, so I'll try to explain a tiny bit: This is about my story called "Ashes". It follows David, who is a superhero and the main character, and his best friend Matt. It is supposed to thematically contrast them as people and how they deal with negative feelings. David is more prone to intaking substances whereas Matt will simply try and sleep it off. David tends to see the bright side of things while Matt is more cynical. #Genus_Art #GenusEntertainment #Genus #Genus_Entertainment "Genus Entertainment" "Genus Art" "Genus_Art" "Genus"

I was playing Sonic Dash some time ago, and when I selected (and played as Amy), I couldn't help but notice just how GINORMOUS her hands are. And the fact that she has such an over-the-top girly casual run cycle didn't help matters. Now I know Sonic Characters in general just have big hands, but Amy's just seemed to stand out to me. And her pose in the Sonic Forces Christmas Advert in the app just reminded me of the fact.So here's this animation!
